First time there and I went 25 minutes from home because the reviews were amazing but I’m not happy. The staff was super nice and so sweet to my son but when I got to my car I noticed right away my hands don’t match! The nails on my right hand are noticeably longer and wider than the ones on my left! And I can’t afford to go get them fixed so I’m stuck like this! I’d have given five stars if they all looked like my left hand.

I love this nail salon. All of the employees are friendly and accommodating. I always make an appointment but walk-ins are available; theyll just try to work you in between appointments. They are all qualified and personable.

Usually great service. However, due to being short staffed, I feel that my pedicure was rushed. #wastedmoney

Usually i have decent experience but lately they have done a poor job of doing my nails. I show pictures and even tell them directly what i want and they still cant do it. Even simple designs are a struggle. My nails always come out chunky and thick. For the price of the nails i should get what i exactly want no if ands or buts about it. The only thing they are good at is eyebrow waxes thats it. They need to expand their knowledge on new nail trends and designs to keep up.

Ive been going to this phenomenal Nail Spa since 2002 ... from ring dances... proms... weddings... now im 32 and just absolutely love the family company. Each Nail technician takes their time with each customer. I highly recommend going to get your nails done here and even your yoes and eyebrows! Their selection of Colors, mood polish, Cats eye Glow in the dark, and a vide variety of Gel polish and hand crafted designs. 💅💯✔💚

Had to walk out before my pedicure even started. I called around 4 to make an appointment, they said they could get me in at 5:30. I showed up at 5:25 and was told “you are early and we are late” I said “that’s okay” having no clue just how “late” they were. I was soaking my feet and a technician walked over to me and said “it’ll be a little wait” I wasn’t in a big hurry I said “no problem” then another customer walked in and she started working on her feet. Looked at me and said “sorry, her first” I was so confused, thought maybe she’s just getting her water set up. Nope! I sat there for a half hour with my feet in now cold water. She looks over at me again and said “soon”. I said “no, I think I’m gonna go”. She said “I’m sorry, other customer was late. Almost done”. I said “no, I’m good”, got up and left. This was my first and last time at this salon.

Always make me feel like Im important and special. Great service!

Great service and prices and especially: the three who work there - Joy and Cindy and Kevin. Ive been going there for more than 15 years, even after moving to Suffolk and now in Elizabeth City. Have tried various services, from acrylic nails to pedicures to brow-waxing; most fun is having designs applied to nails, especially around the holidays. Highly recommend

Okay so I made an appointment today and they seem nice. I have a nail tech but he has been booked and I need my nails done. So I came over here and I chose them bc they also have a better star ratting then my salon. When I walked in I felt like I was being bombarded and getting rushed to wash my hand * I understand with the whole COVID thing. I didn’t get a greeting or anything. I then got told to come sit. Then the lady just seen like she wasn’t interested in doing my nails. I told her what I would like and she said it will cost extra because of my shape I wanted. I said that was fine bc I only like coffin. Then my nails came out slanted an everything. Then i got rushed to pick out my nail color. Over all I never have been disappointed in my life with my nails and wanted to cry more then right now.

Very nice people and the massage and callous removal was great, my feet are so soft. However all I got for polish was solid white gel and I am really upset, it looks like an 8 year old painted them, theyre so uneven and all over my skin. I dont think Ill ever come back.

Kevin and Joy are the best owners. Ive known them for 20 + yrs. I highly recommend to anyone.

Great place, great people. Tonight I walked in after hours needing a man/ped ASAP for an event I am attending. The owners graciously invited me in anyway, and worked diligently to provide me, their last customer of the day, their very best services. I had not had a man/ped in years, so I was probably their hardest client of the day. I am so grateful for the kindness of these folks at Lovely Nails II!
