My favorite place to distress from life routine! Trinity is like a mother to me Ive been visiting almost a year and I dont regret any penny from pedicure to massages. They are super clean and have the best way to prevent covid new set for every customer, washing hands before any service and an incredible crew.Thank you Aloha for being so open and friendly.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and will accommodate it. I requested to have a pedicure and a manicure and I was also walking as well, so I automatically assume it was going to take a long time. I was wrong. I was taken to be seated for my pedicure first. I was offered a drink and the water was ran nice hot for me. Victora is the nice young lady who took care of me. She was awesome, very impressionable, quick, but efficient. I told her I had to be somewhere at a certain time and she kept that in the front of her head. My manicure was also quick and well done. This was my first time here. I literally google this place on the way to another spot and came here. I’m glad I did. 5/5, 10/10, 100/100. The spa was very clean, quiet, smaller great. Atmosphere was very relaxing. Thanks Victora. I’ll be back. You have to bring cash is my only add on. Worth every penny to me. It’s the customer service for me. Superb.

I used to come to this place, but the service has gone downhill.They now also mandate masks, so I took my business elsewhere to a nail salon that believes in the freedom of choice when it comes to masks!

This was my first visit to Aloha. I spoiled my self and got the top of the line pedicure and it was amazing.I had my acrylic nails removed which took time and the technician was very patient with me. I then had a dipping powder French manicure which looks awesome. They listened to what I wanted done; length, shape and color.I felt relaxed not rushed and as I observed the other technicians around me service their clients they were providing similar service. Clients were happy, staff was smiling and engaging the customers even though it was busy.The price was good for what I received. The shop was clean and you can even have a glass of wine or a Mimosa during your appointment. I will be back.

On a busy summer Saturday and without an appointment they were able to accommodate two of us with an wait of no more than ten minutes. Impeccable service. Go for the Aloha pedicure package. You will not regret it !

Let me tell you....THIS is THE place! Got a full set of coffin nails and a spa treatment pedicure. Baaaaaby.....Lydia and Brian give GREAT foot massages and do great work on tired feet!!!! My feet were feeling like firewood when I went in (hadnt had them done professionally since COVID hit!); when I was done with the hot rocks, warm towels, conditioning and pedicure.....my feet need to be giving out autographs! And Jenne (pronounced Jenny).....I love her! She did my gel nails. Such a professional! She was picky just like me!! And she just knew what I wanted....short but classy....she NAILED IT!! (Get it? Nailed it! 😉☺) Jeanne (pronounced Jean) did my daughters stiletto nails and SHE did a great job, too!! We drove from Chesapeake near the Suffolk border allll the way to Aragona Boulevard in Virginia Beach and WILL be driving from wherever for Jenne, Jeanne, Lydia and Brian again!!😍😍😍😍

My experience at Aloha Nails & Spa was great! It was my first time there, & I got an amazing pedicure. Trang thinned out the acrylic already on my toes from a previous nail tech 🙃, then Jennie gave me an amazing pedicure with massage. The woman has magic hands! My arches never felt better until today. Grace and Trinity are absolutely incredible! I have been going to Aloha religiously for almost 2 years now. I won’t go anywhere else. They take their time and make sure that the do exactly what is asked. I normally get dip powder manicures and a regular pedi and I always leave looking and feeling my best! Everyone at the salon is friendly and helpful. I always get compliments on my nails since coming to this salon and I highly recommend them to all of my friends and anyone who asks about my nails.

First time visiting Aloha. My daughter and I both had pedicures and I also received a manicure with gel polish. The shop was colorful and busy. Much louder then I’m comfortable with but the staff we encountered were so very nice. Manicure done by Yolanda and pedicure was gone by Ben and Victoria who are very good and I would tell anyone to look for them if visiting. Victoria was the most attentive nail technician I’ve ever met. Pricing: 2 standard pedicures and gel manicure $107. When making an appointment a $25 credit card deposit is required.

I like this place but the only thing I didnt like was when the woman/owner that was doing my nails seemed to get a tad bit upset because I asked if I could soak my nails a little longer because there was still acrylic on some of them. She didnt let me soak my nails again and said the acrylic would come off when she buffs them but it didnt come off and I was disappointed.

I was referred by my beautification and happen to call to schedule an appt. I prefer appointments than waiting. Past experience with other establishments are that they schedule appts to come in to wait. They were professional, quick, and kind. I lucked out with Trinity. She was AMAZING! Though she runs the plan I did not wait long in between her duties and the quality of work was not taken from when she have to assist with her other duties. I enjoyed my first visit and definitely going back.

I love this place! The staff is great, and they make you feel at home. Its a very relaxing/comfortable atmosphere. And they offer you beverages while you are there. Its a great experience, and is now my go to place for my nails. =)

You have to make an appointment, wear a mask and wash your hands before sitting down. Everyone was cheerful and skilled that my husband and I saw. The hot stone massage was great. Prices are reasonable with a range of choices.

I love aloha nails! I have been going on and off since 2018! Today my 6 yr old got her first princess pedicure and they did so well! was so gentle! As for myself, I received the Spa Gel pedicure and BEN did AMAZING!!! I literally felt tension leave my body when he was done. Highly recommend

Abbie was amazing. I made a last minute appointment this evening and she took me with no problem. She took her time and gave me the ultimate pedicure. I broke my big toe nail and she suggested that I get acrylic to even it out. Again she took her time and paid attention to detail. That is important especially when you are the last client of the day. In my past experiences the service is rushed and details are overlooked during busy or close to closing times. With Abbie there were no short cuts! The massage was amazing and I recommend her to anyone looking for the best pedicure experience. I will definitely be booking my next appointment with her before I leave and I can’t wait for my next pedicure.

Soo I wasnt the one to have my service done, but I had a facial and body wrap scheduled for my mom and shes VERY pleased with her server, so much so that she gave me a tight hug and cried!!! I’ve been coming here for my nails for three years and I have been thrilled every time. I think they have a student discount as well which I’ve definitely used. I’ve probably gotten my nails done by almost every technician here and every one has been great. The customer service is exemplary. I broke my wrist last year the day I got my nails done and I had to have surgery a few days later. I came in and they removed my nails for no charge. Before that, I opened a window the same day I had my nails done and broke a nail clean off. I came in and they fixed it for free. I’ve never had a bad experience. I even have my husband coming in for pedicures now and he loves them. He’d had a pedicure once before at a different salon and had a bad experience there so he was hesitant to go here but he loves it so much that he even asks to go now. They are always super clean, and have been great with taking precautions during Covid. Tools come out of fresh packaging even. I 100% recommend them.

I have been going to a very well-known establishment for some time now; however, my last few experiences have left me more than disappointed. I decided to try Aloha, and not only did they do an amazing job, they were super friendly and the establishment was upbeat and friendly! I will definitely be returning and look forward to becoming a regular.

Service is average, nothing outstanding. They sell alcohol, if you prefer to drink, while youre getting your nails done. What I didnt like was they payment system. They asked for a CC # to book the appointment and they charged $25, when I booked. Then they just charged for the difference when I went in for the service. The cashier forgot to tell me that I can keep $25 as the credit so that they dont have to charge me again when Im scheduling for my next appointment. There are nail salons closer to me and for this payment system, Im going to check out other places.

I’ve been to quite a few nail salons and spas in the area. This by far is one of my top 3! Joanne was very friendly, professional, and did an amazing job with my manicure and pedicure. The staff is very on top with customer satisfaction and quality of services. I will definitely be booking another appointment soon!

My go to place to get my nails done! Great ambience & employees. You can even get a drink while you get your nails done. Can get busy so I would suggest making an appointment, but even then they try to ensure your wait isn’t too long. Many nail options especially when it comes to the gel polish (mood changing, cat eye, tiger eye, etc) and glow in the dark dip powder. Another positive is they honor yelp discounts and I believe they now have a teacher discount + others.

Been going here for a while now and I love it here. the atmosphere is nice and the workers are friendly. Prices I feel are fair more so because of the new pandemic protocols. Also they use new pedicure sets with every customer, and clean and sanitize the stations after every customer is done.

Everything was wonderful. I highly recommend this place. The vibe is amazing. The drinks are good. I feel so relaxed leaving here. I will be back.

Very nice spot. My MIL and I went here for pedicures and was not disappointed. Got the deluxe pedicure and my favorite part was the massage. Being pregnant a lot of swelling ends up in my ankles and feet and they did an excellent job.

I was a little skeptical of the area, but dont let that deter you. Prices are reasonable and they are military friendly. They were busy so I would recommend an appointment! So first of all LOVED the whole experience, will definitely be going here for all future appointments, brian did my toes and he was so nice and did a wonderful job on my pedicure, then i had abbie doing my nails she did a dip type of acrylic that was sparkly and EXACTLY what i hoped for and more! My sister and I came for a well deserved and overdue mani-pedi. We got gel pedicures by Grace and Ben who were amazing and very nice. The nail tech who did my nails was nice but the quality of the gel manicure wasn’t what I was expecting. My nails were chipping within a few days and the gel polish wasn’t applied evenly and transparent, and because of the inconsistency a couple of my nails have broken. It’s very frustrating because I told the nail tech (her name might’ve been Yolanda) that a reason I’m getting gel is to build my nails stronger only to have them break so soon after the manicure. The employees were nice and I’ll most likely come back for a pedicure but I’m hesitant to get a manicure here again.

My polish only stayed on 2 days before it started to peel. My toes were not cleaned so they didnt hurt on the sides. I always come in with my 2 grandsons and the staff always chooses to start them first when clearly my mani pedi will take longer than their simple pedis. It is never very relaxing. I think I have given them enough chances to get it right. If your staff is going to wear gloves they probably shouldnt have holes in them.Mahalo.

Getting married in 3 days! My soon-to-be-hubby and I have been coming here together for a couple of years (hes been coming even longer) and we live about an hour away. I knew that my wedding nails would be top notch at Aloha Nails & Spa. My go-to most awesome gal is Paulette. Had the foot spa and as picture shows the french manicure with (OF COURSE) a splash of glitter! My fiance was very impressed, watching as she applied the layers and final touches. I usually get my eyebrows waxed here and it’s usually pretty decent. I went today and I left in tears because they looked so bad. I asked for them to be cleaned up and made to look natural. As well as to fix the random hair humps that grow. None of that was done. I am extremely disappointed.

Very much a community salon. Technicians are friendly & love talking to customers, as opposed to other salons where they dont speak fluent English & only talk to eachother. The downside of this is that its usually pretty loud.The salon is a little small, and the drying area is right on top of the front door & the coat rack. Service is wonderful and the technicians always do a great job on my nails. I recommend making an appointment as they are usually pretty busy. The salon does serve alcoholic beverages including wine & pre-mixed mimosas. Bring headphones with you if u arent looking to socialize as much.

10/10 !!! The staff are extremely friendly and the front desk lady was highly professional in person and on the phone and my final price was exactly what she quoted me over the phone. They were able to give me the perfect shape and length that looks fabulous and doesnt hinder me at work. Also this holographic powder is to die for!! I was searching for a place that used quality products and that showed a good rating in the Virginia Beach area. I ran across Aloha Spa and Nails and to me and my sisters surprise the staff was awesome. Lidia, Ben, Joann, Tae Tae and Trinity were very professional and attentive to me and my sister. I’m a talker and they were very engaged in conversation with me. My sister has been sick and totally enjoyed the caring treatment she was given. Our gel manicures, gel pedicures, leg massages and brow waxing looks amazing and the hot rock leg massage is a must. We have definitely found our new nail spa. I didn’t know they were one of the top five nail salons in Virginia Beach until we were already there for our appointments. This was another plus. STAY CLEAR OF JENNIE!I’ve only been twice. Love the gentleman who did my nails the first time, his name I believe is Quang. Went recently on Friday, Oct 11, had a different person do my nails. Her name is Jennie. Absolutely horrible. She was extremely rough. She trimmed my cuticles without even asking. She repaired two nails for me and did not check to see if they were the same length as the rest of my nails so I had to ask her to bring them down. I shouldnt have to ask, you do nails as a living, you should know that they don’t match. She also cut my cuticle from being too rough and honestly I believe she was rushing because she had a client waiting for her to do their pedicure. Do not rush with me as if I did not make an appointment. It was just absolutely a terrible experience. I’ll be back because the price is great and the place serves drinks so it’s cute but from now on, Quang will be the only one doing my acrylics.
