I will never ever go back this shop again. Service is so mean and rule. When you live in America, if you buy something but its doesnt work then you can come back and return the items. But this shop is never let you return or exchange the item you bought. They said you bought it already, you couldnt return or exchange. It never happened to me if I buy stuff from others shop in US. Its so weird. If you want to buy some in this shop. Please be careful.

Owner was great to deal with and store was super clean. He had the newest products out and could speak to each one. Was not from area but since he helped us so much we purchased many items.

Every Nail Technician Dream. Love It

This has to have been my second attempt with trying to visit this store. I read some of the reviews and trust me when I say they aren’t lying to you when it comes to time. The very first attempt was on Wednesday of this week I went around 4:45-5 pm and the door was locked there was no note posted nothing. So I waited about 5-10 minutes because I made calls and no one picked up after that I was just over waiting and I left. Mind you the closing time states 6pm. And today Saturday 10/17 I arrived at the store around 11:10 am just as I was parking a young lady was leaving the store and as I was getting out the car they closed the door and locked it. So I wasn’t only upset but annoyed because I just found it rude of the to do that being that the closing time isn’t until 12pm today. The store needs new hours since no one is there and they like to close early or only open certain days with specific hours.

My first and last visit. I wish I had left and gone to my usual place when I arrived at 3:50 and saw sign in window saying back at 4:15. At 4:21 I called number on sign: they were just pulling into parking space.I received a nod only. No apology, no thank you for waiting, no how can I help you? Walked around store 3 times without finding what I wanted and was never asked Can I help you?, not even as I was walking past owner to go out the door.Stock is extremely limited compared to Elite Nail Supply on Holland Road, where I have always been able to find what I needed and always been asked if I needed assistance.Would give 0 stars if possible. I do not know how they are in business.

I’m a beginner nail tech and the people there helped me out and had such great service. I’m not from the area so I definitely would come back when I’m in town again.

I drove 30 minutes just to come to this nail supply. I arrived a little after 5pm to find that the store was closed. If you’re gonna leave at 5pm update your closing time to 5pm & stop making people waste time and gas.

This is always my go-to spot for nail supplies. The owner is always extremely helpful when searching for specific products.

Great selection of products at wholesale prices! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Be sure to call on Saturdays before you go off after 12pm. They close early sometimes...

Compact store, pretty crowded but excellent prices on supplies

He is the best I love this store from the day 1. I drive from hampton and always have great customer services and great prices. This store is for professional nail artist or nail tech, manicurist.
