The one lady that works here is lazy and rude! She has hidden half of the laundry carts before. She snapped at my sister when she tried to tell her one of the driers was not working. She has left the bathroom door open and unlocked when she was using it. There is only electrical tape over the dryers that arent working! Going to go to a different laundry mat!! If I could give it zero stars I would!!! 7:28pm 07/22/2021

The facility was very clean and well run. I didnt have a lot of interaction with the woman that was the laundromat when I was there but the the little interaction I had with her was helpful. She was pleasant and knowledgeable.

I have had this happen a couple of times, so I hope management is looking at these reviews. I was starting the washer and one of the washers was not introducing cold water. I alerted the attendant. She tells me the the water fills in from the bottomof the machine. How in in the world does that make sense? Just give it a minute. Then she said add warm water ( to my cold water wash?!) Its not that warm It was hot! So, I told her that the water was hot. Then we changed it back to just cold water. How. Again with the it fills from the bottom story. And she walks off. Now, the washer beside me was also washing on cold and apparently it was working differently from mine. But, mine was functioning fine? No, maam. So, I told her I dont think this is going to work, my cloths arent going to be clean. So, then she says to whoever she is talking to, Im not going to go back and forth about this. I know her name and I wont publicly humiliate anyone. However, I have always believed that even if the customer is not always right their concerns should be acknowledged. This is the kind of customer service you are offering Washland? She wasted my time and her time because her phone call was more important than her job. I wont go back if shes there. And I will be calling your offices.

They have lots of machines and dryers. They work very well. Clean establishment. Could use some outlets, additional seating, other entertainment to pass the time. Staff were not exceptionally helpful or pleasant.

My daughter and I go here at least every few weeks to wash our rugs and comforters. The washing machine and dryers work well with cleaning the heavy itemd...and the place is very clean. Customer service is good.

The facility was bright and very clean. Newer washers and dryers are very easy to use, and dryers are very effective at quickly drying clothes, reducing over money and time. The only drawback, not being a frequent user of outside the home laundry facilities, is the manner in which one pays for their use of machines.The washers and dryers do not run on US currency, a reloadable card is purchased for $1.00, then any amount may be placed on the card. One only needs to pay for the card once. The effectiveness of the dryers made spending the extra dollar worth it, but it is still a dollar I was unable to spend on my laundry. Open until 10 PM!!!

Your place is highly recommendable.It is clean as well as the machines. You have a very industrious woman employee today who make sure the place and machines are clean.Thank you for keeping a safe place for us👍

Neat and clean with plenty of good washers and dryers. Bring a face mask and dont put the burden on their employees to tell you its the right thing to do. Near to plenty og shopping and take-out coffee and food joints.

This Wash Land has ceiling fans which makes it much cooler and seemingly less humid than most other laundry mats. Very clean with excellent staff. All the machines are modern and in good working order. Certainly one of the best laundry mats around.

Its always a nice and clean place to go to! Im glad that you can stay inside now with the mask on, but I was so used to going back outside, I continue to do that!

I had an amazing experience! The attendant, Felicia, was extremely helpful. I had several cards from previous visits and she took the initiative to ask me if I wanted to combine all the cards to one. I was highly impressed with her work ethic. We were at the facility for approximately two hours and I did not see her sit down once! She not only cleaned the outside of the machines, but she also cleaned the insides and I even witnessed her SCRUBBING the compartments where the detergent goes in.The outside of the facility could be a little more well lit, but Felicias work ethic made such an impression on me.

Staff is so friendly and sweet! Never had a bad experience with them. They always keep the place super clean and tidy! Love them!

Clean and nice environment but come prepared for higher prices. Also, be sure to read fine print on signs posted on flower pots and not machines. Water temp must be selected before starting machine. If you push stop to change, you will have to pay again, regardless if wash hasnt started.

You wash your clothes

My clothes smelled worse when I left then they did before I got there. Smells.like they dont clean their machines. Also, they charge you a deposit on a plastic card that you use with the machines that you never get back.

All ways clean and I never have to wait for a washer if I had to use one or a dryer. The staff is always nice and attended to the customer. Never have I had any kind of problem.

Never have an issue here. People that work there are kind, and is always clean! I live in Chics Beach and drive there passing five other places. If that tells ya anything. :)

I come here to wash all my comforters because they have 3 jumbo sized washers and I think 3 jumbo sized dryers. They also have wifi, tables and benches for seating while you wait. They have tv for you to watch and also have soap, fabric softener etc. to sell if you forgot anything. There are plenty of regular sized washers and double load washers. The regular dryers are pretty big. If you dont have cash on you, their wash card can load money from a credit card, which I think is so much more convenient. They do laundry services and the employees there are so nice and helpful. They have 2 entrances, so no matter where you park, it will give you easy access and convenience. Its right next to Burger King. 👍

Horrible attendants. Locked the doors open becuase they were too hot. Horrible smoke allegy. Kindly asked for them to close the doors for my allergy. Fail to do so. Said that they were too hot. Replied that they cant make him stop smoking.

Ive been there many times extremely rude employees as soon as I walked in the first time the woman was extremely rude and ever since this last time the one was very rude and I will never return to use their facilities

Im in management and the customer service here at the Holland Rd in Virginia Beach Va. is very poor. I would either retrain your staff or FIRE them! I have a washer and dryer at home but I use the laundry mat for my large comforters. My relaodable card from another location wouldnt work. I asked the attendant for help and she told me to keep shoving the card in and out of the card reader. I went to her a second time after two other customers processed transactions with no problem and she again told me to just shove the card in and out of the machine! I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN! I feel bad for people who do not have a washer and dryer at home!

I love going to the washland on Holland Rd. An i stay way in Norfolk the attendants are very helpful an the place stays very clean the ladies work very hard

Very rude staff, They think they are Queens of the world by demeaning customers in front of other customers. Way too high of prices for a washing machine. I was there on Sunday 4/22/18 between 2:00PM and 4:PM. Not the late shift employee, but the one before her.

DO NOT GO HERE! I was going to go to the laundromat, but the woman working had the doors locked and wouldnt unlock them, stating she had kids and didnt want to keep the place open until 10pm, this was at 8:15. I wont be going back. Terrible customer service.
