Hours of operation are great, the staff is very friendly, facilities are clean and I havent had a problem getting a machine anytime Ive been there. Also convenient that you can Now swipe a card but you also could still use quarters. Inexpensive and fast. Great location.

The wash and fold service was amazing by Cathy was very friendly and helpful. If you’re in town for a visit they even give great restaurant advice!

Last resort because LaQuinta Inn and Suites dodnt have a laundry. Old machine but the fryers were so hot it burnt the rubber in my laundry bag. Periodily check your clothes when drying.

Came to this place and absolutely loved it. Very close to my hotel, super clean and the attendee is a nice gentleman who is friendly and helpful. All machines worked nicely and were all kept super clean. The TV is on with a movie or sports games, not crowded and conveniently located next to a 7-11 if you need some coffee or a quick cold sandwich etc. Thank you for keeping your place very nice and super clean!

Nice, clean, quiet, helpful, the quaternary machine wasnt taking any of my many $1s though... but was able to get some change at 7 eleven. Washer cleaned well, dryer was quick. As a mom was my little quiet time lol

Washers are clean and fast and dryers dont make your clothes smell burned. Also, the laundry attendants are super sweet and helpful ☺

Very convenient wash and fold.

I show up at the laundry mat one hour and change before they close .the night clean up /closer guy says they are closing at nine sharp I couldnt start it in dryer and come back and get it in the morning. I spent 7 and change each way and couldntwash anything because it was too close to closing time

A good place to do laundry if youre on vacation and your hotel doesnt have a washer. The washers take credit cards or cash and there was an attendant on duty.

This was a super clean laundromat and plenty of washers and dryers to accommodate.Cathy welcomed everyone and made sure everyone who came in knew how the equipment worked. She also let everyone know they could have a service to wash your laundry for you. Highly recommend. :)

The staff are very nice and accommodating. The prices are cheap and service is definitely 4 stars. I had this long coat that was super stained and grungy which I had no hope to bring back to life. This place made it look brand new! They even gave me 10% off because it was my first time there. Definitely coming here for the rest of my dry cleaning!

Super friendly and helpful staff. I used the wash and fold service so that I didnt have to wait around on my vacation. It was finished timely. More than Id like to spend for everyday laundry but it was perfect for what we needed as a last minute had to get the 4 yo bed sheets washed!

I was not welcome here. Who knows if this lady was telling the truth, but she posed to be the manager of the facility. I walked in making sure they had a machine for change. I am here for several weeks and needed a place to do laundry. I was told I could not use it. As soon as I pulled up the lady was looking out the window with a disgruntled look and when I walked in she kept giving me a look and asked if I was lost. I thought she was kidding. I would advise to go somewhere cleaner anyway.

I would give them six stars if I could. Family owned business with exceptional customer service. Highly recommend and I will continue to use them when visiting Va Beach.

Simple laundry. Functional but minimal. No restrooms for customers. No wifi and not enough seating.

I went here Friday to wash some larger blankets and fleecy cat beds (thick items that I cant wash at home without having the dreaded unbalanced cycle and wumping noises). As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by an employee that asked if I needed any help - I did, it was my first time here and they have all kinds of different machines, methods of payment, etc. She was very helpful, polite, and directed me to the heavy duty front loaders according to my wash load, told me I could use quarters or credit card, where to put the soap, and how to tell how long the cycle would take. She also mentioned they had drop off service where they wash and fold your clothes for you for a bit more money. The wash cycle was quick and the machine worked magic. My items came out extremely clean, smelling nice, and only damp, so the heavy duty dryers made short work of the drying part. A quarter for 5 minutes isnt cheap, but because the washer was so efficient, I only had to spend about $1.50 to dry. They have a sink there if you need to wash your hands or rinse out your little tupperware(s) that hold your detergent. The place is clean and there are places to sit and wait. I didnt see any bathrooms, BUT its right next to Smartmouth Brewing and maybe 2 blocks until you are at the ocean. Reward yourself for doing laundry and adulting by having a beer or taking a quick walk at the beach while your clothes are washing!

Cheap, but no free WiFi, and the change machine doesn’t work all the time. They increased their prices, which is discouraging for customers. Also, there’s hardly anyone to help customers. Finally, there’s no restroom available.
