This place shocked me.First off, the business was extremely clean and I mean clean. I’m talking about the bathroom, lobby and machines (thanks to the lady working there)Second, the prices weren’t that bad, $10.95 for the largest machine, $7.95 for the medium and $5.95 for the smallest. The dryers were $0.30 for 6 minutes.Lastly, the ease of use and security. It was very easy to just go to the machine towards the back of the shop and get a new card (if you don’t have one yet) and load it up with money (they take cash or debit/credit card) and just wash away. The shop is also covered with security cameras for your “safety”.

This was a very pleasant experience the woman that worked there was amazing and helpful and we couldn’t have figured anything out nowhere near as quick without her!!! Her name was Marina and I recommend anyone to go there above anywhere else!! Very good experience for the whole family especially when we needed it!

Just washed my clothes here! Absolutely fantastic experience. Place was clean and did a load between washing and drying in an hour.

Love that this is open 24 hours, my work keeps me busy and I the Wash House was a great place to get the Wash done. Was very clean and all machines worked

Ill never go anywhere else for laundry. Very clean. I just happened to be there when this delightful lady came in to wipe everything down sanitize everything and make sure I had no complaints.

Im satisfied. Very clean and bright. I love washing on Wednesday because the washers are half price. Convenient because its in the neighborhood and I even did a bit of grocery shopping while waiting. My new favorite laundry facility. 👍👍👍

WATCH OUT FOR THE RUDE LADY/OWNER + DRYERS DON’T HEAT WELL!!! I’ve had to use this place while waiting for the part to arrive for our dryer to be repaired. It’s a nice and clean facility, but the dryers don’t get hot. You have to keep adding time. I don’t care if you need to charge more—-I don’t have time! Also, the owner/lady is really mean and DOES NOT WEAR A MASK!! I was minding my own business folding when she approached me to talk about how I need to open and close the dryer doors...like I needed instruction. When I asked why she was in my face without a mask, her response in broken English was that “she don’t need one.”

I called for assistance, and even though the young man I spoke to was no longer associated with the Wash House (evidently he had been let go), he kindly talked me through step by step how to fix my wash cycle. He even told me of a more convenient location closer to my home. He also gave me the service number of the person who replaced him so I could get a refund. Amazing customer service, even though it came from an ex-employee. I can only imagine how great the person they replaced him with is!

Half price washers are the best. The bums that hang out there are the worst. Makes me not feel safe to wash here late at night alone 😜

Best laundry mat in town. I never go to laundry mate with cards but this place changed my mind. They have an attendant there who is helpful and very friendly. Id say he was what made this place so great. I got a piece of a long sleeve shirt stuck in the washer door and didnt realize until a small stream of water was coming out at the gasket and making a river on the laundry mat floor. This man rushed over and stopped the machine, drained the water,mopped up the mess and reset the machine with no extra charge. He was fabulous and didnt make me feel bad for my mistake. Other then that they have super large machines. The place was clean and tidy. Dryers took longer than most. Please fix that, it really adds up and I want this to be my laundry mat. Thanks

Wash house is really nice its clean the lady that work in there was really nice and helpful, the only problem I had was the dryers heat was to low, you have to keep drying until everything is dry, on my towels I had to dry 7 times before they were dry. You can go up on price for dryers just give me more heat. And yes the dryer was on high. Other then that I love it and I will go back, hopefully we will have more heat in dryers. P.S they have nice new big machines to wash with.👍😃

Very clean its best to go on half wash day meaning all machine is half price. The only thing is the dryers dont get clothes very dry, have to spend a lot to get clothes dry.

I like the place enough but the hispanic attendant is the rudest lady Ive been around in quite some time. Ive had incidents with her 2 out the 3 times Ive been here and if I hadnt just added money to my card I would never be back to this location! She had the nerve to call me rude after she grabbed the rolling basket I was using and standing right in front of so she could mop the floor under the table I was also using. She did say excuse me and I said well excuse me thats when she said I was rude. I was the ONLY person in the whole place, she couldnt mop the floor elsewhere til I was done? Probably find another Wash House til my card is used up then go elsewhere!

I gave this place a five star because it’s always clean someone is always working but during the pandemic there hasn’t been soap in the bathroom for two weeks I called the owner to make sure he was aware and he basically hung up the phone before I finished talking so maybe he was busy so hopefully he’ll see this review
