From the moment I emailed, Buddy was great at making sure to get back quickly with me and he answered all my questions. He was professional through it all! He is the nicest and most genuine person and you can tell he has the knowledge to back everything up. I did the bronze package and he traveled to my work (how convenient by the way) and completed everything in about 3 hours! My car looks like it’s brand new (and it’s a 2012). Honestly how driven and passionate he shows himself to be is what makes me want to hire him over and over again. He is dedicated to what he does and his work shows for it. You won’t meet anyone else who is as sweet and caring for your car!

I inquired about an interior auto detail plus shampoo with Buddy from Pro Touch Mobile Detailing. He was very responsive and accommodating. He was able to squeeze me in his schedule immediately and did a FANTASTIC job. He arrived at my house promptly and was so cheerful and friendly. I highly recommend his services.

Buddy was absolutely great to work with! To begin with, he was accommodating with the schedule (despite getting booked up quickly). Not only did he leave my car spic and span (and smelling wonderful), he also gave me tips and tricks to maintain the vehicle. Package: Platnum advertised as a showroom finish for a 2011 Toyota Highlander. Cost: $450First the goods: the engine compartment was in desperate need of attention and came back looking great.The finish looked as good as I possible could have hoped for except not fully wiped down and clear of chemicals.The others: arrived at my house and said my driveway was too steep so followed him to a parking lot that he knew he could work in without getting the cops called on him. First warning sign but gave benefit of doubt due to being crippled.“Finished” in 4.5 hours.. = $100/hour which is fine for the best of the best. Bottom line, I have had better detailing jobs in 3 hours for half the cost. For $450 I should not have to go home and vacuum, clean off excess chemicals, wipe smudge marks off of a brand new windshield, polish the trim nor finish cleaning out the cup holders.Good on you for working through your disabilities but this is not the quality that I paid for and for your top package I should not come home with a chore list to clean up what you did not.Biggest issue: I pointed out the discrepancies and he shrugged his shoulders, swipes my card and left. He made no effort to correct.Good luck.

I bought a used car for my daughter with stains on the seat that I thought might never come out. Buddy at ProTouch identified the stains right away and was able to get them completely out. I was so impressed and grateful that the upholstery looked brand new when he was finished! In addition, he was a really nice guy.

He arrived 10 minutes early and worked diligently through the entire length of the job. I was pleased with the outcome too, it looked like it did when I drove it new off the lot, if not better. Great car wash. The interior was vacuumed and the dash thoroughly dusted. I had some spill spots on the front carpet, and those were washed away. Highly recommend.

I had just the interior of my car detailed and I really wasnt impressed. I ended up going back over it later that day because I became annoyed by how much had been missed.

I have never used this service but encountered one of their mobile units driving like a maniac, swerving in and out of lanes without signaling, and basically being a jerk, so before you solicit this business, or if you are this business, consider whether you want to enable this kind of wreckless driving. How can I believe youll care for my car if you dont give a cr** about my life?
