I knew I was going to like this business from the second I called and talked to Jennifer. She knows the business well and is enthusiastic about delivering a quality service. Dennis applied the racing stripes on my Mustang. Clearly he has been doing this for a long time. Great work and even went the extra mile to teach and assist me with the application of another accessory. Great price combined with a great service!

If I could give SIX stars, I would. Dennis, Jennifer, Lori, Clay and the rest of the team were absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. They are very responsive, genuine, professional, extremely helpful and just amazing to work with. There are several other companies that I interviewed before making my selection to go with them, and they are the kind of people who go over and beyond for their customers. VERY customer oriented! They all made the whole process as easy as possible, worked quickly yet efficiently. I will be using them for my fleet in the future! Full disclosure, I did not know these people prior to meeting them a (few weeks ago) when I was on my search for my wrap and I am not getting incentives for this review.

I Responded to an ad that DC Design and media had on facebook offering Wrap design and installation, They were super fast to provide an estimate to wrap my enclosed trailer. within 3-4 days they had my preliminary design ready, and once approved they gave me a date to drop my trailer off. once dropped off they completed installation sooner than promised, and the finished product is amazing. I gave them my ideas and they delivered a stellar design. I highly recommend them for your wraps, lettering and window decals.

What an excellent find! This place has an amazing vibe to it. All the people are wonderful here and they make you feel very welcome. My car looks absolutely fantastic and they really did a great job paying attention to detail. Its not a cheap endeavor but they assure their work even on the off chance something happens to the wrap. They are all great people but Carlos was the person that made the difference for me. He seemed more excited about what my car could be than I was lol. He was very passionate about the whole process and I could tell my car was in great hands with him. Awesome experience here. The owner Dennis was friendly and communicated really well. I had a horrible experience with a roof wrap on my brand new car at another shop and the staff here at DC told me they would fix it and make it better. And they definitely did! Once the problem is dealt with I will put the name of the shop so you know where NOT to go. Amazing work and Im happy I chose them. The whole staff is awesome and really friendly. DC Designs did phenomenal work on both my Tesla 3 and my Alfa Romeo! Their paint correction process and clear coating of the CC Tesla made it look like a brand new car! The vinyl carbon fiber wrap of the Alfa looked superb!!! Highly recommended for any automotive paint or graphics work!!

I received poor communication from this company after paying my initial deposit. The sign was not installed on time, and then it did not work for 2 1/2 weeks after being put up. I called and text the owner multiple times sometimes I didnt get a response, and others, Id get promises that it would be done that day. On my GRAND OPENING day, they showed up wanting to discuss the sign while I was interacting with my customers. POOR customer service at its finest. As stated up until I gave the initial deposit, response and communication was great, I even recommended them to a friend during that time, and now she is losing business because they took her current sign down without replacing it in a timely manner and her customers think she is closed. She is getting the same sorry service that I got, when the owner Dennis promised they would treat her better than I was and that it was just by happenstance that things didnt go well for me. DONT Use this company. Its not worth the headache.
