Leave the complexity of protecting your vehicle in the hands of the talented men and women at Simple Details! the owner, Yohance, guided me through the options and never tried to upsell any service during our initial phone conversation, which lasted about 45 minutes. i then had a formal consultation where he and his wife, Shelly, meticulously went over the details of the protection as it related to my BMW X5 45e. because of their patience and knowledge, i committed and turned over my key to them.Brandy provided a Trello link to keep me apprised of its detailing progress that included installation of full stealth paint protection film plus headlights, door sills and interior trims, interior and exterior ceramic coating including wheels and calipers, window tint with IR heat rejection, rear wheel spacers, carbon fiber hood/trunk roundels and antenna cover, and a flow-through rear spoiler. photos can be provided, but i agreed to a surprise reveal upon completion, so my dashboard contained only a couple teaser photos. ;)im to blame for imposing such a gargantuan project, which took 3 weeks and culminated with a final call from Justin to ensure the last details were accomplished according to plan. i am convinced the following photos prove they treated my vehicle as if it was their own. i can highly recommend to anyone to confidently entrust Simple Details to correct, protect, and preserve his/her whip.

Simple Details was recommended to me by someone I did business with. I was looking to protect my new Audi A5 in some way. Yohance and his staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He sat down with me and explained everything they do and told me to take my time to think about my options. There was zero pressure and I never felt rushed. I chose front end paint protection film, a light window tint, and a ceramic coating on the wheels and calipers. When I dropped my car off it was by far the least expensive vehicle on the premises. However, it was given the same care as the Tesla and Lamborghini it was sitting next to. When I picked it up, the car was cleaner and looked noticeably better than when I bought it. I couldn’t tell without very close inspection where the film ended. Everything was perfect. I was given full instructions about how to care for it, and was emailed a photo album of the process. I wholeheartedly recommend these guys! A high price for high quality, you get what you pay for in the work on the car, professionalism, and customer service. In dropping off an (almost) brand new car, I had absolute confidence they would take car of it like it were their own. I would go to them again, but in a sense wont have to with my car snugly wrapped in PPF and ceramic coating. I am certainly enjoying the piece of mind driving now with the constant sound of rocks flying up on Hampton Roads area roads; in the time between the consultation and drop off, numerous chips developed which now have no evidence of ever existing. The team at Simple Details is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Scheduled a maintenance detail for my truck that had been ceramic coated almost 2 years ago. I do upkeep here and there, but I definitely do not baby my truck since it is a daily driver and my work truck. They did an amazing job getting all the winter grime and dirt off of it. The interior was cleaned up along with the wheel wells and door jambs. They are more expensive if you arent familiar with how much goes into good detailing, but for what I know goes into it, the pricing is very fair and it came out awesome. Brandy is extremely professional and awesome at communicating the steps and even gave a walkthrough of the shop which sold me completely on the entire place. I will be back to have a level 2 detail, ceramic coating, expel paint protection, and ceramic tint either on my current truck or if I get a new vehicle.

Even a brand new car had minor paint imperfections and they took the time to restore the paint and added a ceramic coating to the exterior and interior which made it look showroom perfect! I just picked up my new Shelby GT350 . My car was one step paint corrected, full XPEL ULTIMATE PLUS paint protection film and XPEL PRIME Window film to all windows. To my surprise he also took off my wheels and fully decontaminated my calipers and rims . Then gave them and car a coat of wax . All I can say is wow . Yohance is the best in the business . With less than 100 miles, I was looking at several places and just happened to luck into his website where he had videos of his work. Immediately I saw someone passionate about his work and that was my number one criteria, that someone treat my truck as if it was his own.My first visit I was blown away by the immaculate shop and the obvious pride he took in his setup.I went away on a 2 week work trip and over that time, he installed an expel film, expel window tints, and ceramic coating. He kept me up to date while I was abroad and I even got to see snippets of the work on Instagram and let me tell you, it was exciting to see the work progress thousands of miles away.I came back and was floored. I didn’t think my truck could get any glossier. Even when the truck was pulled out, Yohance and his wife still kept trying to wipe away cloth lint and I told them it was fine, but until the car leaves, you can see they will continue to make it the best it can be.Are they the cheapest, no, but if you care about your ride, what matters more is the pride and care they take versus a quick buck. They have a client for life in me!

My paint and trim were starting to look dull and discolored after less than 2 years and I thought I would have to just accept it. A review and video on facebook led me to these magic workers. After multi-stage restorative paint correction, ultimate coating inside and out, and a full front end XPEL paint protection my SUV looks brand new again! From the moment I entered the waiting room at Simple Details I knew it was a professionally run business. This impression was further confirmed when I received a tour of the work bays. We just got our 2013 Toyota Avalon back from Simple Details for a thorough detailing, paint correction and a ceramic coating. When we went to pick up the car, it looked so perfect and beautiful that we were not sure if was the car we dropped off..lol. Technically, it really isnt as Simple Details just gave us a brand new car! Yohance, the owner, even showed us how to wash and care for the car properly, so we could keep it looking pristine, and that was great information. We felt comfortable to take his suggestion for some quality car products and also got the Gyeon kit he offered, so we could continue to use the good stuff on our vehicle from this point forward. Past history: We got this car with very low miles a few years back and the unfortunate thing was that the previous owner and/or dealership did not care for it properly. It had bug and bird dropping etching it in, fine scratches all throughout the paint and an area that looked like someone that had no idea how to use a buffing machine went to town on one of the back fender areas. We knew it was a great deal with the low miles but we were sick as to how badly it had been cared for. The dealership tried to sell us a package to protect the paint but, leery of dealerships from past experience, we were hesitant to pay them for such services. Honestly, we were hesitant when considering Simple Details because, frankly, ceramic coatings are not cheap... but we hesitated only at first..... We know that you get what you pay for and if we wanted to protect our vehicle, we wanted to do it right and have the right person do it. When we saw the effort and detail and beautiful results of the vehicles Simple Details had worked on to date, we KNEW we picked the right place to do the surgery on our abused Avalon and give her the special attention she deserved. Simple Details went ABOVE and BEYOND what we ever imagined could be done to her without investing in a new paint job. We knew if we went that route, we would still have a cost to protect the paint, and doubt we would have been happy without Simple Details efforts and expertise. The Avalon looks so beautiful in the driveway, although it looks SO good, we keep looking out the window and admiring the gloss and shine..and it is shining even with it so overcast today, too...lol. Simple Details did an awesome job ceramic coating our M3. She looks WAY better now. The car doesnt look like its been sitting in a driveway for 4 years anymore. Theyre easy to get a hold of and super flexible with pick up and drop off. I was able to custom choose the options that I wanted and they keep in touch the entire time they have your car. Yohance even went so far as to keep my car during Hurricane Dorian so it didnt have to sit in our driveway after all of their hard work. We will for sure be back.

I brought my car to Simple Details for some minor rock chip repairs and Paint Protection Film (PPF). When I walked in, I was immediately impressed with how immaculate their shop is. Shelly gave me a tour of the facility, and then I met Johance, who inspected the car. He then thoroughly explained his process. Both Shelly and Johance are extremely professional, friendly and courteous. Over the next two weeks, they strip washed the car and decontaminated the paint. Paint correction was done with a high quality polish. The rock chips were repaired to the point where I can’t even see where they once were. Johance applied the PPF to the hood and front end, rocker panels and outside mirrors. He also applied it to the black plastic trim around my rear window. When I picked up my car, I couldn’t believe how good it looked! Better than when I bought it new! Johance’s attention to detail is obvious! This is a first class detail shop. You will not be disappointed if you use them!

My wife and I are completely thrilled with the results! We took our brand new Tesla Model 3 and Honda CRV to Yohance and Shelly for PPF and ceramic coating. Hint: the white Tesla you see on their Facebook and Instagram site is mine!! I’m ultra OCD about everything and have a hard time leaving anything (especially our vehicles) in a stranger’s hands. We also live in the Richmond area. So, a detail shop has to be something extraordinary to make us drive over 2 hours each way to Virginia Beach. Since we only have two vehicles, we had to have the detail work done in stages. This meant making three separate trips to their detail shop in Virginia Beach. First trip was to drop off one vehicle and leave it there for a whole week to finish all the work. The second trip was to pick up the first vehicle and drop off the second vehicle for another whole week. And finally, the third trip was to pick up the second vehicle at the end of week #2. In total, that’s over 12 hours of driving!!Normally, I would be super stressed about leaving our vehicles in someone else’s hands/care for such a long period of time. However, there was something about Yohance and Shelly that made me take that initial leap of faith. Boy, am I glad we did and we would do it all again in a heartbeat. This is not a knock on any of the other fine detail shops in the Richmond area. I’m sure they are also capable of doing good work. However, I just felt more comfortable with Simple Details, and that comfort factor far outweighed the hassle associated with the longer drive... at least for me. I’m still smiling from ear-to-ear every time I see our vehicles or run my fingers across the PPF or paint and feel just how super slick all the surfaces are!! Simple Details did such an outstanding job it’s hard to cover it all; from a full two-stage paint correction, removing 10 years of scratches and restoring the paint to original glory. Replacing the hoods aged paint protection film with a full XPEL PPF. He also did a full ceramic coat that makes the car shine better than the day I picked it up.
