I called the office the day before I traveled from the Outer Banks of NC toto drop offa bathroom sink and the girl I spoke to told me she would be there on Friday. When I arrived noone was there. Very disappointing. I would not use this company. I found another company in Virginia Beach luckily the same day. Very unprofessional!!!

Sparkle refinishing did a repair on a tub that was peeling in a home I was renting and after 3 months the tub was peeling again. I called and had them come out and the tub was inspected and the technician said the tub repair would be covered under warranty. After finally setting a date that the repair could be done, Sparkle charged the full amount for tub refinishing and say that they never claimed it would be covered under warranty. Dont believe a thing they say and get your tub refinished elsewhere. It will save you a lot of time and headache.
