Our house flooded the day after Christmas and our insurance recommended this company to us. We read the reviews and everything seemed like it would be fine. On top of them continuously moving our move in date back while we were in a hotel with three kids and three dogs the finished product was subpar. There was so much stuff done halfway as if they didnt really care about the project. They painted over light switches and the few they took off were never reinstalled. They painted over tape on the walls, there are spots where they didnt even cover the primer. Its honestly too much to even put into a post. It was already a difficult situation for our family. Now we have to have another company come out to fix all their mistakes. Thousands of dollars down the drain.

I work for another contracting company and our team delivered an appliance to the home of one of our mutual customers. The representatives from Superior that were on site were asked for help getting the appliance in the home. Our rep was told that since we didnt bring a helper, then its our problem. Its hard to believe that two people standing around doing nothing couldnt spare a minute to help another human being. It was incredibly rude and showed their complete lack of human decency.Additionally, our mutual customer has expressed dismay multiple times in their lack of progress throughout the process. They lack accountability in their errors blaming other contractors that have not been on site in more than a year....thats how long it took for them to do the repairs.

Superior! Just like the name, thats the work I received. Had Major water-damaged bathroom flooring, shower, tile, windows, etc. Overall project lead, Tim, drew up plan; teamed with Derek! project lead/foreman/on-the-scene daily operations lead, whose continual focus ensured multifaceted job was completed professionally, to highest standards-bathroom completely renovated and even all trim painted! An extremely responsive team, addressing all of my concerns, with Derek running point daily. Professional and superior work! -Retired military officer.

Superior did an excellent job in repairing damage to our home after an internal flood. Derek Lambert, as project supervisor, kept in close communication with us and our needs throughout the process, and he was a pleasure to work with. Superiors workers are very competent, and Derek made certain each job was completed well and to our satisfaction. We were very happy we went with Superior Contracting Service!

Excellent contractor and highly recommended. I have worked with this company twice now and had superior results both times. First encounter was set up through an insurance claim to fix a leaking window on our first floor. Crew was sent immediately and fixed the issues. They told us to monitor the leak during the next storm. The leak returned and they did not hesitate to come back and try something else. Next time it worked for good. They did not cut corners nor make excuses. They took the time to diagnose and fix the problem.Next encounter involved Hurricane Matthew. We had an open claim from a previous storm that caused water to enter our attic through a vent pipe and ruin a ceiling in our sons room. We had begun to clean up the issue and the hurricane hit. Water was entering pretty steadily into our sons room so we called the services emergency line and a crew to two came to our house in the middle of the hurricane. There wasnt much they could do, but they tried their best in the bad storm. Once the storm passed clean-up and repair began expeditiously, and the end result is incredible. Like nothing had happened.These folks have some necessary attributes of a contractor. Professional, on time, and courteous. From the receptionist that answers the call, the folks in polos and marked trucks, the contract folio in a professional folder, to the follow up when work is complete, these guys have it from top to bottom. Recommend for insurance claims or all contract work.

Horrible service - First it was a he called out sick 45 minutes before the scheduled appointment. Then when hr did make it out, even though it was stated that the water leak / busted pipe started in the attic the guy never went up into the attic to take a look or take pictures. My husband even asked him dont you need to see the attic? and he replied No, I know what needs to be done. Well, now USAA has asked for those pictures and documentation.Hopefully there is a General contractor out there who cares about doing the job right the first time instead of consistently inconveniencing the customer.
