Highly recommend! My entire experience with Hatchett was amazing, from initial consultation to final walkthrough. Ron and Eileen offered a design that met all my needs and most of my wants! Dennis and Robert took such care of my home. A superior work ethic is evident with the entire team. There were no cost overruns or unexplained delays. I would never call anyone else for a kitchen or bath remodel after this experience. I LOVE my new kitchen!! it is everything I hoped it would be!!

Cost more than we wanted to pay, but my Dad always said you get what you pay for. Hatchett team was professional, responsive and completed the work within the estimated time frame. Im completely satisfied with the finished products.

We have used Hatchett a number of times for major remodeling projects over the years and been very happy every time, so naturally turned to them when our water heater failed, causing water damage to floor and walls. Meghan was out the next day with Fred, our project manager, and got things moving quickly. Fred was able to coordinate drywall, flooring, paint, and plumbing to get us back to hot water as quickly as possible. As always with Hatchett, everything was done professionally, on time, with good communication and flexibility. Highly recommended!

We were very pleased with our kitchen remodel with Hatchett and our Project Manager, Fred Reynolds, was wonderful. The remodel involved removing a wall to open up the kitchen into the family room. It makes such a difference! The cabinets are high quality and look fabulous.Fred really went the extra mile to make sure the process kept moving and we finished right on time!

I couldnt be happier with the experience. They put a picture window in my bedroom that is gorgeous. The inside walls are perfect, and the brick outside looks as though the window was always there. They came when they said they would. They worked efficiently and quietly (especially when my grandson was napping.). They also protected all my carpets. Ironically, a neighbor was having her house remodeled and a different crew from Hatchett was doing her work. She was just as thrilled as I was. I am so thankful for all their work for me.

Fred Reynolds was my project manager during the initial COVID-19 outbreak. Some delays were expected due to virus circumstances, but Fred and the Hatchett Team were always accommodating and expeditious. My kitchen design and materials are top-notch! I’m very pleased with my project manager’s carpentry expertise and his communications! I very strongly recommend Hatchett to anyone looking for high quality and workmanship!

From our first meeting with Michael and Tara, we couldn’t have been more comfortable. They were patient and helpful as we had a general idea what we wanted in a totally new kitchen and master bath. The designs Tara came up with were really representative of the finished project. On site, Tommy and Fred were fantastic all the way thru the project. All projects have bumps in the road plus we had Covid 19. These guys were fantastic! We would be proud to recommend them to anyone. Hatchett was really great to work with. From design through execution, their team was amazing and they were able to create and build my dream kitchen. Major construction jobs are always difficult, but they definitely did what they could to minimize the mess and disruption. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to do a home remodel!
