Did a complete kitchen make over. granted from the day I cut the first check the country went into shut down and Im not complaining about all the normal covid delays. my complaint is they dont finish. I waited months to move into the new home to keep from living in a dust bowl and Ive been in 5 weeks now and they have yet to respond to their punchlist or fix their mistakes. mistakes, fortunately, were not too voluminous but they were quite severe. their contract reads heavy on prepayments with only $500 left at the end and while I complained and argued the point up front on the lack of motivation to finish, they assured me it was no problem and their reputation was on the line and they always finish. Ive yet to see that. Rather quite the opposite. no motivation, days go by without a return contact and each of the 3 primary players (the sales lady, the cabinet maker and the contractor) are pointing fingers at each other.at this juncture they collected more than they did work for because I was well under on my allowances and are not making an effort to make me whole with return of my funds and their efforts at solving my significant floor damage issue (all of which were addressed up front) have been lame at best. other issues were brought to light by one of their subs indicating a rough and careless approach to fit and finish. at this juncture, Im giving it another 10 days for a definitive and committed action plan and if it doesnt happen theyre going to hate the way I fix it. should they change their ways I will augment this post. to their credit, they were able to successfully implement my kitchen vision about 85% but just didnt care enough to finish. the moe, larry, curley trifecta routine however, was just plain mickey mouse. having managed well over 10000 projects as a business owner for the last 35 years, this one really was ill-conceived and highly unprofessional project management system and very poorly executed at that.

Their tactics to get jobs are questionable!! They gave me an estimate 2 months ago and now they want to hold me legally responsible for an estimate!! Not recommended!

I used this company because of the high reviews and the the sales pitch of the designer but what a mistake. The projected started late and the comedy of errors i had to deal with during the renovation was something no one should have to endure. Even thou the final outcome of my kitchen is what I wanted ( which is why they get two stars) getting it to that point certainly wasnt worth it. I had to hire a attorney to get the project finished after 6 months.
