They told me to come at 8am and someone was actually here to open up at 8am. Very professional and honest. The office was very clean and comfortable to wait in. I would definitely come back here again.

My experience was really great from beginning to end. They are truly honest and very professional. I normally only go to one place to get my car worked own, but has come to terms that I cant really afford all the mark ups, and the pressure of being asked to get other things worked on. So I found Automotive Remedies with is closer to me. Truly its only down the street. I called to get a price of a wheel bearing, and the price was more then reasonable. I dont know if its custom for them to allow customers to buy their own parts, but I asked if I could because it was the only way I could afford to get the work I needed done on my car. So with the ability to buy my own part that I brought with a lifetime warranty, and Automotive Remedies labor. I was able to save 180 bucks from my estimate from Firestone. Even greater they have labor warranty. With is great to know they stand by their work and skills.

I awarded 2 stars because the work was completed and my car was repaired. It is riding fine so far, but I have not had it back a full 24 hours yet. They offered a lifetime warranty, but I fear they wont honor it. I was told to postpone bringing it in until a specific Monday because per the man who scheduled the appointment, they could do the repairs (4-5 hours of labor) and I could pick it up by end of business. He gave me the price and said it would not increase. I followed his instructions and then the gentlemen at the shop said, well we will try and disregarded what the first man told me. 6.5 hours go back and I called to get a status update and at that time the man said they ran into trouble with the crank bolt but they were working on it and would call me to let me know when I could pick it up. They close at 5 and by 3:30 I hadnt received a call even saying it would be a second day or not. I called again and the guy said, if I dont call you back you can just pick it up in the morning. The next morning comes and nearly 3 hours into their business hours I had not heard back. I called and he said they were finishing up and needed to test drive it. I had to wait for a ride and headed there more than an hour after and they literally called when I was up the street to say it was done. Had they said it might take two days I would have been fine. Had then been more personable, I might have been okay. Had they not charged me an additional $60 after confirming the original price on the phone but not in person this review would be a lot different.

My car broke down on the highway during rush hour. Barely started up again for me to slowly drive in to Automotive Remedies. I came in last minute, when Damien and Daniel took a look at my car. They stayed an hour after close to get me taken care of same day. Gave me a beer, sat me down to relax. They really helped me out in a time I needed it. Even gave me a discount on the repairs for the holiday period.Cant say enough good things about these guys. They really care and put in the work. They know what theyre doing and fair on the service. Well deserved 5 star review in my book

We’ve been looking for a mechanic and will add this one to the list to avoid! I was argued with over did we or did we not make an appointment or mention we even had a coupon because making an appointment would change if I pay $60 vs $100 for the same service! If you can’t be honest and fair and level-headed about conversations you have with paying customers, how can you have integrity in your work!!?? There’s a lack of customer service that doesn’t make me feel welcome to come back and spend money on a simple service.UPDATE: I JUST CALLED THE OWNER TO TRY TO RESOLVE THE MISCOMMUNICATION AND COME TO A COMPROMISE. After being blamed and screamed at on the phone, I persisted and almost came to a compromise when the owner Damion saw that this initial review was already in place. He then says, “why would I want to compromise with you?” And decides he will not resolve any issue AND HUNG UP ON ME! 1) you didn’t know reviews can be deleted and replaced with praises? 2)you didn’t know multiple reviews can be made on different outlets? 3) you didn’t know word of mouth is more effective? 4) you don’t want to create a business of excellent customer satisfaction!?Don’t waste your money here. Other reviews paint them positively, but If you catch this guy on a bad day, you’re SOL! If I could give. 0 star review, I would!!

Very professional, customer friendly auto mechanics. Damien and Daniel are knowledgeable and have always completed my car maintenance services in a timely manner. They are my preferred auto mechanic/repair shop. I’ve been going to them since 2011. I was referred by a family member and they haven’t let me down.

I am so glad my husband told me about this shop! I’ve been using them for a few years now and am super happy with their services. It’s nice to know that I’m not being taken advantage of or being pushed into repairs or parts that I do not need. Super pleased by our first visit to Automotive Remedies! We brought in our sons 1996 Ford Bronco with a tricky clutch issue and Damien was able to repair it at a very fair price. He was also exceptional at keeping us updated on the progress and was happy to explain what was done and how to keep the problem from happening again.

Great customer service, with any questions I asked was able to help me understand what was going on with my vehicle. Got the services done in a timely manner.

My experiences with Automotive Remedies have been great! I cant say enough good things about Damion and his crew. It is a professional, clean, and well organized shop that offers timely service at an affordable price.I found his shop when I was seeking a second opinion on a $1,000 quote I had received from another auto repair shop. Not only did he show me that parts I was quoted on DID NOT need replacing, he also explained to me (in laymans terms), why other parts did need replacing. My total bill (parts and labor included), came to less than 1/2 what I was quoted by the other shop. He earned my trust at that point. Because of this I refer my family members, friends, and clients to his shop.Professional, clean, honest, and timely service from people you can trust. Now thats refreshing!

My son went to another service center that was close to home. They tried to rip him off with unnecessary repairs. After checking the internet and seeing the great reviews here, I decided to give them a try. They impressed me a lot with their superior professionalism and ability to get the job done in a timely manner. Not only was my son charged a very fair price, I could feel secure with my son driving a vehicle that was well repaired.

There was a clear miscommunication on both sides when I dropped off my car about what services should be made. Instead of trying to resolve the problem, the owner blamed me, yelled at my wife and was not helpful in making a compromise! Then he even says “why would I want to compromise with you?” What kind of customer service is that??? I don’t want someone like this to work on my car, which is an investment for our family or even have to talk to a person like this. We overpaid so don’t waste your money too!

Checking the tire pressure on my Sienna van yesterday afternoon and noticed that one of the lug bolts was broken off.I called Autmotve Remedies and they fit me in this morning. After replacing the broken bolt, another bolt broke so I had them replace all of the bolts for that tire. Very professional, work done in a timely manner and for a reasonable price.

In my opinion, the service here has degraded dramatically. We drove our truck in for service. We were told it would need a engine. The owner indicated he could do so for $4000 with $2000 down and $2000 upon delivery. We agreed. He then called to say he could not find an engine. He told my wife the city was on him about the number of cars in front of his shop and that she would need to tow it from his shop that same day or he would push it into the street and let the city tow it. I was out of town at a meeting. She asked him to please wait. She also asked why she could not drive it out. He had taken the old running engine apart and refused to reassemble it. He said it was because it might damage the old engine and catalytic converter. This made no sense.I am going to sue him to recover damages. I am also reporting him to state consumer protection. I suggest you avoid similar issues with him.

Total professional, does excellent and efficient repairs. Completely honest and never tries to mislead you. Gives accurate diagnosis with spot on work. Always bring my vehicles to them and nowhere else.

Will never go to another mechanic! My nephew was visiting from Pa and having problems with the radiator. I recently moved to the area and wasnt sure where to go and my landlord highly recommended Automotive Remedies. Im a single mom and my nephew was a college student and the owner fixed the problem and only charged 20$. He could of easily overcharged or taken advantage that I have no idea what was wrong or what things cost. He was honest and it is difficult to find mechanics that dont add extra charges or overcharge..Ive learned the hard way in dealing with dealerships and larger shops that not all of them are as forthright with their labor fees and prices, especially with people like me who dont know a thing about cars. He won me over and since then Ive referred several friends to him and after meeting Damon and his crew they wont take their cars or trucks anywhere else either. These guys go above and beyond for their customers. Thank guys!!

My Mercedes G-class was idling with very low rpm, causing my car to stall occasionally. I dropped off my car on Tuesday morning and got it back Wednesday around noon. It cost me pennies compared to the dealer.
