Had my vehicle serviced for inspection and oil change. Noticed over the weekend that car was leaking oil. Now unable to drive car due to potential loss of oil and have to take off work on Monday to bring my car back for servicing. Vehicle was fine prior to being serviced. Frustrating.

I have had a kerfuffle with the Title on my Wifes RAV4. Between the goose chase at the DMV and the lean holder I could not get a Title. I called the business office here and within 5 minutes they were able to get me the Title once I had given them the verification they needed. This was a big help as my Wife is an LPC and works long hours. I am a student and work from home, being able to fix this issue is a big stressor out of the way. Thank you to the professionals that helped me with this issue.

Bought my is350 fsport from here and was told they were going to change the brakes before I picked it up. One year later and it’s time for a brake change and when they take the tires of they put aftermarket brakes on my car last year and now they are saying “we have no record of your purchase or services” I will never buy another car from these people. They want me to pay $1,000+ to put the Fsport brakes on my car ever though they were originally suppose to be on the car from the start.

Thankful they spoke honest and didn’t have me spend money on things I didn’t need yet on my 2010 Toyota. Long enough wait times, but in the time of social distance I appreciate their safety measures. Wish they put out outdoor seating.
