I am very impressed with the sales and service here. I wasnt pressured into anything extra that i didnt want nor did I catch any runaround on trying to get me into a different vehicle or I have to talk to a higher-up. There was absolutely zero pressure throughout the entire process. Diamond was extremely helpful with all of my finance questions and I spent roughly 2 hours altogether (about 45 minutes of that was my fault). Pro tip: customer/guest parking is in-between the Jaguar and VW building unlike what GPS would have you believe.
We had a scheduled service appointment for state inspection, oil change and tire balancing - when we got there they told us our car would not be ready for 2-3 days - WHAT! They told us they were like 30 cars behind! They should have called us to see if we wanted to reschedule or wait the 3 days.
I had a great experience purchasing my E-Pace from Mika. She was on-time for my appointment, knew the background of every car I test drove as well as all of the features. She made buying my first Jaguar a great experience. I am so pleased with how smoothly my car buying experience was.
My 2015 Jaguar XF has been there is August 19th. Guess what it’s still there! I have been paying for a rental car since July 7th because that’s when my car start to have a problem, but the first available appointment wasn’t until August 19th. Fast foward to now, I have to constantly text for updates. Sometimes my rep gets back the same day and other times he will get back days later. I have been on a list for a loaner since August 19th yet I still don’t have one but my car is still there. The newest issue is once we put the car back together some of the control modules would not re-initialize, we are waiting for Jaguar to assist. I’m confused are you not a Jaguar dealership with certified Technicians? However I’m still paying for a rental car and have no date as to when my car will be ready. Well my wife wanted the new Jaguar F-pace but after this interaction I’m definitely will have to reconsider.Update. Went to the dealership 9/13 and was told the same story awaiting communication back from Jaguar Headquarters. I was told I was next on the list for a loaner and would have one on 9/14. No call or text from my Service Agent with an update as usual. I text and the story is 3 loaners came back and they each had an issue. One was involved in a collison on the way back to the dealership, the other one was due maintanence so its will have to go in the shop and the third one has nails in the tire. Ok so how many days does it take to put a new tire on the rim of a vehicle? Im still without my car or a loaner and today is Wednesday 9/15.
I had a scheduled maintenance service with Shaq. He was extremely helpful and thoroughly explained the entire process. He informed me of my car’s status throughout the day. The entire experience was exactly was beyond my expectations as I’ve had previous horrible experiences with the service department. A+!!
$3,017 This is the bill I got 3days after purchasing a car of $46,000 2018 Range Rover Velar from this dealership and drove it to Atlanta Georgia,I called them and all I got was they could only pay $250 because they only cover 300miles on the car.. now this is supposed to be a fully inspected car from a Range rover dealership selling a 2018 range rover to me as is...the range rover dealership in Atlanta even contacted them to see what they could do because this is less than a week old car ...plus as I type this today 08/11/2021 I am still yet to receive my TAG since April 2021 because my state said they havent received anything from them meaning my taxes have not been paid to my state Georgia, all they have beensend me is temporaryTag 3 times andeventhe 3rd one is expiredand cantevendrive to work had 2 order Uber after payingmy car note andinsurance...the only person that have communicated with me is lyesley the finance lady and the worst ever SALESMAN is HUNTER the sale guy that sold me the car which I put down a $10,000....Land Rover need to cut out this dealership and avoid them if u can thanks...
Ok so I rented a Nissan Murano for a trip for the 4th of July and I loved it so, I told myself after I returned it Im going to purchase one. I went looking online right then and there and started searching. I finally found one that I liked and was in the price range I got pre-approved for so I pressed interest on it. And the next day a nice car salesman name Aran Benjamin called me and we set up an appt. I couldnt keep that appt so I made another which was today. Just from the conversation on the phone I knew I was going to buy this SUV from him. When I arrived he made my Husband and I feel like we were at home off gate. Aran is one the best car salesman I ever came across. We laughed and joked around but he still was working and I wasnt in the the dealership that long. Cause we all know how long it can take to buy a car. If I ever need to purchase another vehicle I know where to go. Checkered Flag Jacquar yall need to make sure you keep Aran on your team. Cause hes amazing
Service: I have been rescheduled 4 times since May 18th for engine rumbling/growling. I am now being told that they are booked out until September. It is July 9th.I was told that if/when my Discovery breaks down, they recommend having it towed in for emergency repairs.

The only good experience we encountered was honesty from our car salesman Estevan. I hope I spelled his name correctly. At the end of the day we did not purchase, because the appraisal guy tried to lowball us on our trade in vehicle. My vehicle GMC Acadia through Kelly Bluebook is worth at least 27,000 and he wanted to give me 22,000 roughly for it and plan to sell it for 33,000. I know this because they disclosed it on the paperwork. My car is in great condition. On top of that he said because of tires, no sir my tires were new from GMC and have warranty. My entire car has a lifetime warranty. I will not recommend business to this place because of how the appraisal guy will lowball you.
Ordered a logo kit through this dealer, jumping cat with lettering . When it arrived the template was bent and two of the letters were dislodged. The protective cover for the adhesive backing was loose and the adhesive was dry and not tacky at all. The set looks like something that should have been thrown away. Instead they sold it online for $80. Not the kind of quality or attention to detail I would want to trust my luxury vehicle purchase with.

When I first initially called the lady who answered the phone was nice and pleasant and was able to transfer me to the department that I needed which was the Jaguar Services. Once I was transferred I explained to the guy that I was calling to schedule an appointment and immediately told him that I tried to do it online however, the options that I was looking for were not up there and I rather call to make sure I had things RIGHT. The guy asked me had I ever been there before and I told him no.. Under his breath he says Oh Jesus, (which I didnt know we were in church) okay well we have to create a profile for you. My first thought was to provide him some customer service skills real quick and continue on with it but instead I just hung up the phone versus allowing him to control my first initial thoughts which wasnt pleasant at all. For one: If youre not willing to help or direct a customer to where they need to be in a professional manner then DONT GO IN TO WORK your job is to help people and make sure they get on their way. Two: If you dont feel like doing the work or if its a hassle dont take it out on the customer when all the customer did was call for assistance! AGAIN, youre there to help (so I thought) matter of fact thats what youre there for!!! It sucks because now it feels very unwelcoming to even drive almost an hour to go up there and their the only Jaguar dealership in this area. So far not a good experience very uninviting... Hopefully itll be better when I take my car in for servicing. DO and BE BETTER!
Was having issues with my cooling system where my tank kept on using excessive amounts of antifreeze and causing multiple fault codes. Sat down with the manager Ashley who explained to me in detail what was happening with my supercharger. I really appreciate her taking the time to do that, you don’t receive this level of personal interaction at other dealerships. My service representative Johnnie went out of his way to get me a loaner car so my appointment would not be missed. The Checkered Flag staff once again lived up to their higher standards of service and customer treatment. Thanks to Ashley and Johnnie I’m back on the road.During these times of constantly having to adapt and overcome; it is very refreshing to know that COVID did not impact the Checkered Flag family’s ability to deliver the same quality A+ service. Ive had two completely different experiences here. My first time about a year ago was terrible. The sales associate was very rude and abrupt with me. The second time around was definitely a 5 star experience. Hunter the associate was greatly accommodating. The showroom has a funny smell though.

This was a very smooth process from beginning to end. More specifically, I would give high praise to my salesman, Thomas Suggs! Not only was he down to earth and extremely genuine, but also a true professional. My wife and I walked into CF Saturday with the intent on buying her an AUDI, the more time we spent talking with Thomas about what she wanted and the time he took to pull all the Q5s side by side for her to look at to pick what she liked. The knowledge and experience in the vehicles was far superior to that of the salesman that I have encountered in the past. His approach is relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all. Due to the experience we were having and the fact that a few Jaguars caught my eye, we talked it over and decided to trade my car in for a new car for myself! My wife and I came up with a price point we wanted to meet and Thomas made it happen! He even found a better car for me than we originally looked at for a better price in the color I wanted! They closed at 7 and the team stayed hours after to finish the deal for us. I would like to also say thanks to the Sales Manager Michael Wood. He worked the deal out for us to stay in our original budget.
Very disappointed in the service received. High pressure up sell was so unprofessional. I know how much a tire costs. Had to wait over 4 hours to pick up vehicle. Was supposed to come up tow package and didnt. Dealer had vehicle for over a week and never was installed. I thought I would receive some type of instruction on all the features and technology vehicle comes with. Nope. Given keys and adios. One would figure your brand new Jaguar would be washed and ready to go. Nope, rained night before pick up and they didnt ever wash it down during the 4 hours I was just waiting. Thank god, I will be utilizing the local Dealer in Norva. At least with my previous BMW and Benz vehicles I was provided training on how to operate the car.

I walked the lot looking for a XJ R 2019 model and i did not see one. Went inside the showroom and still did not see one. No salesperson approached me. Walked to the back (left side of the building) and saw more Jaguars waiting to be serviced than ones to be sold. After all that, I am rethinking my choice of a car. Me experience was not good.
I had by far the most amazing car buying experience here. Hunter/Salesmanager helped get me approved on a G37 sedan. This was just what I was looking for at the right price. I highly recommend anyone in the market looking for a car to buy here.

I had spent almost a year looking at the F-Pace online. I even signed up to come into the dealership but I chickened out. I continued to read the reviews and admire the car online. I came in on a Sunday when the dealership was closed and walked around and took a look at a couple of them. But I was still on the fence about buying one. On Monday, January 22, 2018 we were told the government was shutting down and we were going to be furloughed. So I went to lunch with a friend and when we were finished I said, Lets go look at the Jaguars! She said okay. So we arrived at the dealership and started looking around. We were only on the lot, maybe a minute, and Bob greeted us. We told him that we were looking at the F-Pace, so he said, okay, Ill go and open it up for you. He opened up the car and began explaining everything to me. He started at the trunk area, moved to under the hood, and then to the inside of the car. Immediately upon stepping into the vehicle he began breaking everything down. From the floor mats, the back seats, the heated steering wheel, and the touch panel. He told us to hop in and we drove over to the lot where the other cars were on overflow. He began showing me the difference between the 4 Cyl Turbo and the 35T 6 Cyl. He showed me all of the different colors on the lot. I immediately saw the green one. He stated it was British Racing Green. He said lets go over and get the keys and I will show you the difference between the two. He took the time to explain that vehicle as well. We took it for a drive and that was all she wrote. I knew I had to have that car. It was even more than what I dreamed of. Bobs service was exceptional because he was patient, positive, and answered all of my questions no matter how small I thought they were. He really gave me specialized service by laminating my insurance cards, and the car sale sign. I felt really special. I was not hurried and he let me know what was going on every step of the way.Thanks Bob for the Outstanding service!!! You are second to none!!

I went there needing work done on my 2009 Jaguar Xf needless to say I got more than I bargained for. First off they fixed stuff that didnt need to be fixed and when confronted about it they finally found the problem which would cost us an additional $4000 and some odd change and that includes a discount for the thousand dollars worth of nonsense that we didnt need. They are crooked. Come to find out the part which is a transmission control module brand new would cost about $320 from the original manufacturer. We asked for a refund of the bogus work which they promised to refund only to be still waiting for said refund over a month later. Stay far away from these con artists. We work hard for our money to buy our dream car and these guys treat you like your not good enough to own a car of that caliber. I feel disgusted knowing I took my car to them for them to jack it up. They also messed up my drivers side window which shouldnt have even been touched. Yarra the lady who schedules the work seems nice but really shes just as bad as the second rate mechanic they employ. She cant do anything without having to talk to somebody else, and she always calls back right before she gets off. Beware!!!!!This is not the service I expected from a dealership especially a luxury car dealership! Before I go back to them and let them play me for a fool Ill take my Jag three hours out to someone else.
