I had originally gotten diagnostics and a quote from another shop, who tried taking advantage of my lack of car knowledge to sell me services I didnt need. My neighbors insisted I get a second opinion at this local place down the road. Let me say how totally professional and kind Kevin at Arrowhead is?? Not only did he cut my previous quote to a TENTH, he also let me know what actually needed done. Im thankful there is someone trustworthy in this business!

Came for a State Inspection without an appointment and the timing was perfect, no wait. While my car failed, I was showed the cause and could clearly see the issue. I definitely dont want to operate an unsafe car and corrected the issue on my own. Outstanding part was when I returned within a week, Kevin again fit me in right away with no appointment. Nice to know a reputable repair shop that I can trust.

They did not disappoint! I called and they were able to change my oil the next day. I was in and out in about 20 minutes and it was very affordable!! So glad a friend recommended Kevin and his auto service center, Arrowhead Alignment & Automotive. They now service all of the family vehicles. I know they are fair. When my AC needed a major repair, we expected to have to replace several parts in the system, which I agreed to pay. After starting the work, they determined I didnt need 1/2 of the parts I expected to replace, thus saving me parts and labor costs. This shop has experienced service technicians, and the have integrity. I would recommend them to anyone.

Its always nice to bring your vehicle for an inspection just to get scammed into believing you need $740 worth of work on your vehicle. Just to have your mechanic husband go to work on it and there is NOTHING wrong with it. THANKS FOR THE COLLOSAL WASTE OF TIME!*Yes you did. It is likely under my husbands name.

This place literally sucks. They said i had a bad strut and then did an alignment on my car. Makes no sense. The old white bald guy at the front was rude when i asked him about it. -0/10 stars. Literally wasted of my time.

Always excellent service. They go above and beyond for their customers. They keep costs down and do GREAT work.

To replace lightbulb on my car, they charge 60 over the price of the bulb and charge 200.00 for 15 minutes of maintenance and tried to charge me 700 dollars more for a high intensity ballast which cost 236.00 dollars from Napa parts, arrowhead was trying to charge me 500 dollars plus a 15 minutes install for 200.00 dollars. Arrowhead automotive is taking advantage of their customers.

This place will fix your car but they charge more than the dealership (I will never come back to Arrowhead). They wanted to charge me $405 bucks just installing a pair of brakepads, and not even rotors..only pads (they treat you as if you were born yesterday). I said NO WAY, and I took it to the dealship and was charged $195 for the same job. The dealership beats Arrowheads prices!! That is mindblowing because usually the dealship is the highest price place to take your car. Arrowhead will rip you off on prices and parts. They even rip thier normal customers that have been coming to them for years (thats a shame). Dont trust these guys and dont take your car here.

Initial Appt time was much longer than I was told. Re-inspection was a joke. Ended up having to leave and go elsewhere. Kevin is great but the delay and then todays joke ... Ill go elsewhere.
