Im upset I can only give them 5 stars. When I say they were patient and understanding, that is the understatement of the year. They worked on my sentras transmission and handled my entire claim process to make the experience a painless one. They kept me up to date on the entire process and stuck to the estimated completion time. Once almost done, I asked if they could look at my ac and they did with no problem or irritation. Very professional and will definitely be using them again

John has lots of experience and was able to determine and repair the brakes. The dealership had the car for almost 2 weeks but couldnt. We didnt have confidence and had to rent a car before we went to Hi tech. And thanks to Amy in the office.

This is a great family owned auto shop, my in laws recommended them to me after theyve been going for many years. They have had service through them from the old owners and new and the quality is always up to standards. After listening to them I took my nissan versa for an oxygen sensor repair and ended up having issues the following day that were completely unrelated. They towed my car back to them for free and tried to figure out the issue, turns out I had a bad catalytic converter as well and so they found me a GREAT DEAL on the part. Once replaced my car was still acting crazy and had to replace my fuel pump as well. Little John and John paid out of pocket the price for my fuel pump and only charged me labor because they felt bad they didnt know it from tbe start and it took longer than expected. I ended paying quite a few hundred dollars less than expected. Highly recommend hi tech to everyone! (However avoid a car sales lot named Auto Pro Virginia LLC on VA Blvd close to 17th street. I bought my versa from them and it was supposed to be in perfect condition and new inspection but no it had a bad o2 sensor, bad catalytic converter and fuel pump. Car drove perfect for a day and a half before dying and having all these repairs. Do not buy a vehicle from them) But do go to hi tech!!! 😁😁

Just found out that the people who use to own this company.. Are no longer there its a new guy who kept the previous owner name for the shop.. And hes using the previous owner review.. To pull people in That why i went bc everyone said that the people that work there were honest people.. Now that i know the truth I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS SHOP...This guy over charge and it not right..

I made my appointment a week ahead for a oil change and stresses that I wanted regular oil. When I picked up my car I was told they used synthetic oil.Way more expensive then I expected. If you have specific instructions make sure you tell them at the appointment

Okay Umm, Im here at 9 am. They opened up an hour ago. I need an inspection and oil change. Ive tried to get work done here for almost a week be it over the phone or in person. Im here currently in person, I walk in and the front desk lady is already giving me a look like she doesnt want me there, and then. I go to ask for and oil change and an inspection, and she goes on to tell me she has a bay full of car and that she probably couldnt even get to me today and wont even ask me about setting up a date and time. As an inspection station, you take inspections on a first come first serve basis daily. Im here currently and they have only been open an hour. I wanted to bring my car here. I really did. But apparently its impossible.

I dont take my vehicle any where else. Hi-Tech does what their name implies, Hi-Tech service! I had a hole develop in my exhaust system that the warranty did not cover, and the experts at Hi-Tech crafted me an entire muffler and exhaust system for 5x lower than it would have cost at the dealer. Truly an amazing experience and mechanic shop. Bring your car here and you will never be dissapointed.

Very honest and fast service. Only 2 chairs in a small office so be prepared for no where to sit and bringing kids or any one else with you because there just isnt any room. Another option is to drop your vehicle and go back and get it later.

It was hard to find a mechanic shop that I felt like I could acutally trust, that was not taking advantage of me, that explained to me what needed to be done, that did not charge some crazy $200 diagnostic test, has all around good prices and that actually had some hospitality! I couldnt ask for a better mechanics shop. Ive gone here for the past 5 years! Thankful for their honest work and team. (thought I had put a review on here before)
