Great service. Fair and reasonable pricing. Very strait forward, tell it how it is kinda people. So easy to work with. Not trying to sell you a extra stuff just to get more money from you. Have asked them avout certain work that other shops have recommended and they told me that it looked great and there was no reason to change said part at this time, and shouldnt be needed for another 50k miles.My go to shop every time.

Love these guys! They fixed an oil leak on my motorhome and they got my generator running again which I thought was doa. They were very attentive and they know their stuff! Highly recommend them!

We have rented trucks from them and had work done on 2 of our vehicles. Such highly skilled mechanics with an excellent work-ethic. Their customer service is top-notch as they kept me in formed daily regarding a major overall of an antique truck. So appreciate the work and quality they provided.

Very disappointed and upset with service received at Plaza Garage. We had our truck serviced to install struts. Within a month, had some problems with the suspension and ended up getting it serviced at a different shop. Found out that the strut mount was never installed correctly, causing damage to the threads and mount. As a result, the thread was ground down to near breaking point and the hardware cannot be torqued down. We had to replace the whole assembly! At the time of initial service, we were also told that alignment is not necessary after installing front suspensions. Again, found out that this is not the proper way to do things. The whole experience caused unnecessary expenses and safety issues that could have been avoided if the technicians took the time to make sure proper procedures are followed or if they knew what they were doing.

I have used PLAZA GARAGE on several occasions and their work is highly reliable and their prices are fair. As a woman, it is hard to know if a mechanic is ripping me off, however they were great to deal with and made me feel comfortable. I will recommend them to all of my friends..

NEVER USE PLAZA GARAGE FOR TRUCK RENTAL!!!!! Absolutely unprofessional and extremely poor service!!!They were 40 minutes late for my Buudget truck rental! This is NOT a Budget issue, it is a Plaza Garage issue!!! Initially, I received a phone call telling me that the owner would be about 15 minutes late. I called after 25 minutes and the Budget agent called the owner again. The owner said that she would be there in about 3 minutes and it took another 15 minutes for a total of 40 MINUTES LATE!!!
