Haven is the Best!We have never had anything but kind neighbors and staff to welcome us to this neighborhood.It’s a beautiful well maintained community!!This is our dog bringing home his treat that a very sweet lady on her golf cart gave to him on his morning walk.

This was my first apartment I have rented in my life and has set the high bar for other apartments in the future. Straight forward application process, great apartments, great area close to a major shopping center, quiet despite it being near said shopping center, and fantastic staff!I highly recommend Haven to to those looking for an apartment in the Virginia Beach area.

I recently helped my parents move into this community. The staff was very nice and very helpful. The property is well kept and so far seems very quiet. The amenities are pretty nice also. My parents had one small issue with the apartment and maintenance was able to come and fix it the same day. I would really recommend this community for anyone who is looking for a nice and quiet place to live.

Since the day I walked into the leasing office to inquire about Haven I have been welcomed and cared for! Kimberly has been so helpful and made the move in process a breeze!! She even went as far as calling to make sure I was settling in just fine. The community is absolutely beautiful and quiet. I look forward to calling Haven my home for many years.

I have been a resident for almost 1 year and I am about to renew my lease for 2021 to 2022. The staff Kim, Nikki, and Cheryl are very attentive and quick on resolving any issues. However, I have not had an issues other than having questions answered for covid situations. The grounds are beautifully managed and the crew that checks my living quarters are very routine and efficient. The overall campus is quiet and the pool and fitness center are really very very nice. Management is the deal breaker for all of us I would believe, and this management group is on top of everything around here!

Where to begin. Had a roach issue as soon as we moved in. Everything inside apartment was not leveled out correctly and had warping in flooring. Maintenance was rude half the time, including having a member of staff follow us at take pictures to make sure we were cleaning up after pets. She took them with her personal phone, and then said she deleted them. Most leasing staff were kind, except for one. Kimberly working in main leasing office was completely rude when we were doing the moving out process. Suffice to say, this location is not recommended. Look elsewhere.

We moved into the Haven in August and have had the best experience! Kimberly and the other office staff has taken care of us extremely well, and taken care of any issues quickly. I have lived in a few complexes over the years and this by far is the best service I have ever received. The maintenance is also very quick to fix any problems which are far and few between. The renovations are beautiful. The neighborhood is great to live in as a single or family as there are quite a few kids in the area and pets are welcome! It’s a perfect location in VB as well. 10 minutes from the oceanfront, 10 minutes to shore drive, and about 6 minutes from the interstate! Anyone looking to rent needs to live here!

I love the pool it looks so inviting and the fitness center very clean and the grill and fire pit area is nice also I give 5 stars

This is the fourth rental property I have lived in in the past 5 years spanning across the entire state of Virginia. All the rental properties were relatively the same with minor variations in price or amenities, which until now were the only variables I took into consideration when searching for a place. I never thought about the employees of the apartment complex. Due to Gods grace, I had the pleasure of being apart of a community where the employees seemed to cherish their relationships with the tenants as much as their own family. I genuinely knew the maintenance personnel and we could speak about anything like we were old friends. The Community Manager in particular was, and still is, an incredible human that helped me in more ways than one. Out of respect I will not share her name. God bless these people and thank you all for your kindness.

We had been to several apartment communities this week and we stopped at Haven Apartments to see how they looked and if they could meet our specific needs. As soon as we walked in the door, Kimberly, met us and asked how she could help us and, help she did! We are older and not computer wise. We told her what our needs were, we checked out the apartment and we have submitted our application with her help. Kimberly listened to what we needed and helped us all through the process. We cant wait to start living at Haven Apartments!

I helped my grandparents move in the area, so I’m there often. Very quiet, clean, friendly atmosphere. Friendly neighbors. Cheryl helped with touring & signing the lease at move in & she didn’t pressure them to sign it! I spoke with Kimberly, however meeting her in person was much better. Very nice! I see a few ladies in the leasing office every time I go they are friendly. My grandparents live on the second floor which when you walk in the door it’s a flight of stairs so it looks like a townhome but it’s not, I love it! They complained of hearing neighbors however they are a very quiet couple so of course you’re going to hear noise here and there it’s apartment living! Nothing a Bluetooth speaker can’t fix :) Nothing major! The pool area is very nice! So far 5 stars no complaints ( will update for them if anything occurs, it’s only been a month) My grandparents were supposed to receive a key fob for the gym and leasing office but they do not care about either other than that they love it! The only con is the fire station and ambulance behind them. We’re from NY so the sirens don’t bother us lol, LAST there are a lot of follow up emails (I receive them bc my grandparents arent tech savy at all) checking on them to make sure everything is going smooth, they keep you informed about everything ( missing dog etc ) my grandmother wanted to add how spacious and beautiful the kitchen is!

Used to live there, it was a great place to live until you move out and get a package sent to your old address. Kimberly in the office was so rude, her tone of voice was like I was bothering. Even stated she got my voicemail and proceeded to never call me back, I had to call again.

Being that the area has so many options to choose from it can be overwhelming and a challenge to choose the right place to call home, this place was it and I def made the right choice! Nicky and the rest of the staff is always amazing and helpful! So glad I made this choice! Highly recommend! Okuurrrrrrr!!!!

I have been a resident at Haven Apartments & Townhomes for many years and my experience have been great. From the office staff, the maintenance staff and the all-around appearance of the community is great. Great location and a very safe and quiet atmosphere. I love my apartment. I have recently moved out after been a resident since 2007 and all I have is great memories and loved my apartment and how professional the office staff was as well as the maintenance technicians. We have been residents of Haven since December 2019. I was in California during the time prior to us moving in and my husband was here in VA. Kimberely was a godsend through the entire process. She made signing the documents and receiving our keys a smooth process. The grounds are clean mostly and the gum is always clean. I have had a few maintenance requests and they are always answered within the hour that I submit. The one I submitted over night was completed before my husband left to work the next day. I am overall extremely satisfied and when my lease is up I plan on renewing.

Closed amenities due to covid yet still paid rent in full. Office said amenities werent included in rent. The apartments are nice but they arent a months worth of rent with no amenities. Thats why we moved there in first place. Kitchen was small and had to buy a pantry just to store food.

I’ve only been living in haven apartments for a couple months now, but so far i haven’t had any issues with anything. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The location is great just because work is only 15 minutes away from me. The neighborhood is friendly. Definitely a place I’d recommend to someone, especially for those who are in the military and are stationed near oceana/Damneck :)

I’ve been living here for about a year and two months. I love it compared to my last couple homes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My friends always compliment the grounds whenever it’s their first time here. Would highly recommend!There are Karen’s here tho, beware...

Don’t waste your time. Management there is all females and they all have attitudes. Don’t even bother. This place is way too expensive for what it is anyway.

Haven Apartments like its name is a paradise on the heart of Virginia Beach; ‘a great place to call “home”. The office staff and maintenance staff are friendly and always greet you with a smile. The staff are very helpful to our needs and are quick to attend to any issues that arise; maintenance, preventive, lockout etc. The gym area is open 24/7 with secure access and is rarely crowded. The pool area is lovely with fanciful lights displaying at night. The grounds, facilities and parking lot are kept clean everyday by friendly courteous workers. My family and I, love our time here and will always recommend it to others.

We moved here about a month ago and we’ve loved it! Kimberly was super helpful and attentive to our needs. As busy as this area is, when we drive back our place it’s peaceful. Follow up emails and texts asking how we are liking Haven so far and if we need anything make this decision to live here even more reassuring.

From the day we walked into the leasing office we’ve been cared for as though we were the only people they’ve seen all day! Kimberly has been so helpful from the moving in process, paperwork, emails, and she even went as far as calling us to make sure we are settling in just fine. The community is absolutely beautiful and rather calm and quiet, the apartment wowed is since our very first preview, we are loving the open floor plan, huge kitchen, and abundance of storage space.12/10 recommend Haven to be your next home!

Kimberly is the absolute best! She made us feel so at home before we even knew we were going to move here. We have only been here two weeks and we have fell in love. Between management, the maintenance team and the complex as a whole it’s perfect. Very quiet and peaceful area and you are right by everything. I couldn’t ask for a better home!

I have been living in Haven for over a year and now and between the management and fast maintenance service this has been the most pleasant place to live. I decided to transition into another unit on the property and it was a very smooth and easy transition. Nikki and the office staff are friendly, helpful and very well organized.

Absolutely love the complex, my apartment and the staff ! Nikki and Kimberly were great during the whole process from start to finish. The apartment is spacious with an open layout and the community thus far is amazing, quiet, clean and child/ animal friendly Which is a plus since I’m expecting and because eventually I will be bringing my pet here in the future. I’ve seen multiple properties before seeing Haven Apartments and Townhomes and honestly none compared nor wowed me! Haven Apartments Townhomes is affordable and gives you everything you need and could want. From the Updated amenities to spacious rooms and open floor plan and most importantly at a great price and they have accommodations for military personnel which is great! I’m glad I kept looking for an apartment until I came across Haven, because I had I not I wouldn’t have ended up in such a great community with great staff who are quick and efficient and excellent on turn over time with any issues.I wouldn’t want to rent from anyone else ! HAVEN takes the win for me !

Upon moving my family to Haven Apts, i had viewed many other properties before hand. However coming into contact with Ms Nikki and her staff really sold me...I loved how they took there time with me, answered all my questions and concerns, toured me around the property and lastly the were all so very professional, polite and eager to assist me....CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING. After several apartment complexes with horrible experiences some with little to no contact as soon as we walked in here ot felt like home. Working with Cheryl was a great experience and very professional she helped with every little thing we asked in a very timely manner the communication was spot on I highly recommend Haven apartments and Miss Cheryl.

I moved to Haven in 2015 and for apartment living, i love it! I have had the pleasure of living in both a non renovated and renovated apartment . Both I love and find very cozy. The renovations are nice and gives an updated look to the apartments. I cant wait for the pool to open in the summer! I love having my own entrance to go right into my apartment. It makes me feel safer. The area is well lit as well. I do wish we had assigned spots because parking can be limited and it can be nice to park near your own door especially if you have a bunch of groceries! and some times non residents park near your apartment, or residents do because there is no where else to park, but other than that I enjoy living here. Kate, along with the other girls, in the leasing office have been amazing at answering all my questions and concerns when I have any. Haven is a great place to call home.

It is a perfect location! Has great amenities. Things that can be improved on:Spraying grounds for fleas, and mosquitos! Dogs can be treated but if not treated outside, its pointless. Pool could stay open until 10 during the summer. Upstairs townhouses are very warm, dispite them trying to fix it. The AC units are too small. There needs to be more community events. Extra charges for guests is dumb, tack on another $200 for utilities that they bill you for. 70$ for sewer is ridiculous! All in all its not bad, could use garages. Weve been here a year and going on another! Id recommend it.

Moved into Haven Apartments less than a month ago and I love it!!! Love all the newly renovated appliances, everything is just beautiful! The pool and bbq area is just amazing. I may be renewing, I dont want to leave!

PLEASE WEIGH YOUR OPTIONS BEFORE MOVING TO HAVEN APARTMENTS!!!If you have a decent standard of living and you prefer professionalism, courtesy and an apartment staff willing to go the extra mile to make sure their residents are pleased with their community do not move to Haven Apartments! This staff puts on smiles but they do not care about their residents and it shows in the way they handle situations and inconveniences. My husband and I have lived in the Haven community for going on three years now and for almost three years we have been passive and patient to say the least; we wanted to leave this review within the first year of living here in all honestly but we had faith that our problems would not be reoccurring. Especially with moving into a new unit. WRONG! Since living here we have had countless issues with these apartments. False advertising of apartment layouts (they tell you youre moving into one floor plan without giving you the chance to view the floor plan then when you move in its a completely different floor plan that isnt even listed on their website or in their brochures so youre moving into an apartment thats completely different than the one they assured you of)...Roaches, spiders, slugs wasps(we had a severe wasp infection on the second floor of our townhouse where my at the time 9 month old child was sleeping and it took us three times complaining about it before the staff took action. Turned out they were coming through holes in our upstairs ceilings and bathroom vents that were all thrown together.) and WATER DAMAGE, WATER DAMAGE, WATER DAMAGE!! In each apartment weve lived in here we have had consistent leaky sinks, water thats scorching hot or doesnt get hot at all and leaks that have nearly caused mold damage. What pushed us over the edge with our dissatisfaction is the blatant disregard for our loyalty to this community over the pass years even with all of our issues. Our refrigerator stopped working TWICE and the first time resulted in us having to throw away nearly 200 dollars in newly bought groceries. Which they refused to reimburse us for. And their only answer was it wasnt our fault the appliances were just old. So in other words oh well we dont care, not our problem. The apartments are very cheap, and poorly put together and the office staff needs major work on their customer service. Haven Apartments definitely needs to do better. This review is well over due. ✔️

Thin ceilings/walls. Extremely loud and almost unbearable if someone lives above you. Even worse if they have kids or a surround sound for the TV. You can hear everything including a person using the restroom. I reported noisy neighbors to security (during quiet hours) and to the office and it didnt help. So its pretty much your own problem to deal with so good luck. Bad interior. Loose base boards. Definitely overlooked the quality control when they renovated. Cheap interior. Looks good on the outside and online but when you look at the details inside its a different story. Bad plumbing which creates drainage issues. You can smell the waste line on certain days in the summer. Our toilet literally rocks when you sit on it. Water damaged walls in the bathroom with a bad repair job. Bad location with one entrance/exit to/from the community. Good luck avoiding an accident while leaving the community during rush hour. Wouldnt waste your BAH on this location. Recommend going with a different community from SL Nusbaum. Alot of emphasis (text/emails) on keeping the community clean but not a lot of communication in regards to adhering to quiet hours and respecting neighbors. If you decide to go with this place ask alot of questions and know whos living around you before you sign the lease.

My girlfriend and I moved here in July and I must say everything has been great. Kate at the front has been nothing but nice and extremely helpful to us and anything we need done from the maintenance department gets done almost immediately. My neighbors are great and even the construction workers have been extremely friendly. The best part is, Haven is pet friendly.

Ive lived here for a year and absolutely love Haven. The staff is great and the amenities like the gym and pool are a plus and always clean. The added convenience of living so close to shopping and recreation cant be beat.

Been here about a year & a half now. It’s been the BEST complex my family & I have lived in since moving from Brooklyn. The amenities are great!!! The pool, 24hr gym & grill area are beyond enjoyable & staff/maintenance are friendly, quick & on top of ANY concerns or requests. The units are spacious & beautiful with all the new upgrades & up to date appliances. It’s location is great, with all local shopping centers, grocery, restaurants, wal mart near by & great school district. You definitely get your moneys worth living here. I LOVE my home & would recommend Haven to anyone!!!!

My family has been here for going on a year now and have only dealt with the new management so therefore I can only say mostly good things about this community. Haven is a great place to live despite all the renovating that is going on. The maintenance and management team make it known very clearly that the renovations are happening only to improve the quality in which we chose to reside. With that being said my family and I do run into problems with water being shut off but are prompted of these matters immediately. the water has been the only problem for us. I have seen no bugs in my home! I also can assure any new tenant that decides this is the place for them that the maintenance and management team try there best to do whatever they can to provide you with the best service. We are still in an older unit and have personally seen the inside of the newer units and are thrilled to move into a newer unit coming soon!! I am so excited and I think this community is beautiful! I am and will continue to be understanding of the happenings during renovation.

Moved here in January, and my daughter and I are happy here, the only bad thing about this place is that the walls are too thin, lucky for me I have good neighbors they are all military like me, so we go to bed early in order to wake up early to go to work and are not too loud, hopefully they dont move anytime soon. The renovated pool is amazing, and this place is close to all the supermarkets and restaurants, and of course the oceanfront. I want to add that the maintenance team is great, any issues with the townhouse they are quick to fix it.

Love it here. Moved here a year ago and will be extending another year. My family of three are in a two bedroom one bath. I love the newly renovated space. I was very picky about selecting a home and Im glad we chose Haven. Only downfall was that I expected a private entrance like advertised, but we do not have one. The pool, gym and grill area is wonderful. The maintenence crew is super cool and works very hard keeping the community clean. They are quick to fixing any problems we have. Which isnt much.

If I could give it less I would. The office staff is absolutely horrible. I was planning on moving here but how they treated my girl friend and I, I’d rather go to Thalia Garden more space anyway

New management has really fixed up landscaping in the last few months. Neighborhood looks a ton better! Me and my wife have lived here for over a year and already plan on transferring to an upgraded apartment before spring. I dont mind paying a little bit more, because were getting granite counter-tops, new cabinets, new appliances, new carpet and the washer dryer will be included in our rent. When this place was Bancroft Hall they didnt make any upgrades. New management is cleaning this place up. I cant wait to move into a new apartment!

Great location, community and I love the rates of the apartments and town homes. I feel so welcomed in Virginia Beach. The staff and super friendly and helpful. They did a great job in updating the old apartments.

A tenant since April 2015, I only have experience with the new management. They are making a sincere effort to ensure that the renovations are not a burden to residents. They have improved significantly in notifying us when there may be a disturbance, whether due to construction in our vicinity or a temporary suspension of our water supply. Renovations-no matter where you are- can be a nuisance, but the beautifications around the property have been noteworthy. In addition, I find the staff-both office and maintenance- responsive, helpful and timely. I have had less than pleasant experiences with other management in other locations in the past, so living here has been a breath of fresh air.

I dont recommend this place. When entering the property please look at the way they handled the construction they even drilled right threw the cabinets to fish some of the refrigerators hosing. Bugs in the apartments roaches and snails. The dog area is disgusting you cant even walk your dog. Maintence crew is always speeding around the parking lot. Ive seen them almost crash a hand full of times! When you go into the office your not the only person complaining. Construction is funny there in an apt. For three days and completely done??? A lot will be missed at that speed. Also the walls are so thin you even hear the neighbor breathing. For the amount of rent they charged your better looking at something else.

The renovated units look great and I cannot wait for the pool and fitness center to open! The staff from office to maintenance are friendly, helpful and have always been accommodating! I love how pet friendly the community is, and you cannot beat the location!!

It appears to be a very nice place on the outside; however everything is cheaply done. Floors are not aligned to doorways or trim and other areas like they should be. They will send rude text messages to the entire complex threatening to charge you for maintenance issues, even though it is completely their responsibility to fix them. You pay for pest control despite the fact that it is the apartment complexs issue to handle (I have never had pest issues before until I moved into this complex). The maintenance requests take days to handle, and they do not often complete the entire job. Its patchwork just like how these apartments were built. They have a key fab for the gym that has not worked in 3 months, yet they promised it would be up and running days after it stopped working. The pool is in desperate need of cleaning. They spend more money on landscaping than keeping the actual apartments up and running.

This apartment complex used to be Bancroft Hall apartments, look for reviews under that, because changing the name doesnt fix the integral structure issues, just covers them up and makes them look nice.My partner and I had the most horrific experience living here. Aside from the apartment not being up to date, the apartment was not even ready on time, and when it was there were carpet staples everywhere, and we even discovered mold in one of the kitchen cabinets. After informing maintenance, they merely attempted a cover up job and did not actually fix the problem. We also would sometimes get up some days to find no water in our apartment, and then it would come back on later, and when we would call to complain they would tell us they were working on the lines, but gave no advance warning or notice except maybe one time. The air conditioning in the apartment is really lackluster, and though we complained about the heat reaching over 80 degrees in some rooms, we were told that we would just have to deal with it. We arent allowed to have a window unit either to help alleviate the problem.They say it comes with a washer and dryer but please be aware that you are actually renting them and they have to be hooked up to your sink. So no washing and cooking at the same time, or running your dishwasher at the same time. The complex was not willing to work with us, even under the new management, and we have had problem after problem, and then being threatened with arbitrary legal action that wouldnt even make sense, nor that current tenant law would support. Bottom line, although I may not have lived here myself under a lease, Im so glad that we did not decide to move and share a lease with these people. I have lived TONS of places and have never been so disgusted at the people behind the scenes.Dont live here. Its not worth it. Matter of fact, RUN as fast as you can from this place.

People if your place has an infestation of w.e bugs or mold dont wait months for mngt to fix your apt problems. We have this office building called The Department of Health and give your legitimate complaints. Make sure you got proof that you let your mgt know of your apt issues first, they should act on it within days not months.

I recently moved into Haven after relocating to the area for a job. The renovations look so nice and the floor plans are soooo spacious! The girls in the office were incredibly nice and helpful during my move in process. I cant wait for the summertime to use the new amenities!!

I initially gave a great review due to the Loni, who was and still is an amazing sales person. Due to multiple things, such as giant holes in the ground where you are supposed to walk your dogs taking about a year to get filled and most recently my dishwasher overflowing and spilling water all over my floor, but the emergency maintenance line goes straight to voicemail. Then no one even bothered to call me back, so I had to call again. Only to be told that they werent sure if they maintenance was working on it because they just go in and take care of stuff. Finally got a call back later, before lunch to be told they cant fix my dishwasher cause the dishes in the sink are in the way.1 star for a decent neighborhood overall, even though getting a decent parking spot is almost impossible sometimes. The other star is because how amazing Loni was when I first moved in.

The community looks good from the outside. Life quality is good too. That said, I Cant wait for my lease to be over. First they showed me an apartment but during signing the lease they gave me a different apartment without my consent, mind you I came back the same day I took a tour. Turning off water without tenants knowledge(sometimes) claiming its an emergency.UPDATESo I moved out, Ive never been late on my bills so Id get my 500 deposit back less a month water bill since they always bill it a month behind.The made sure the came up with something, alot of fees, and tripled my water bill. They returned a less than 1% of the 500.Just another group of suckers wanting your money.

Terrible place to live ....they absolutely do not care about their residents at all... They have never offered us anything for the crap that weve had to go through since haven took over ....when it was Bancroft(lived here for 3 years before haven) it was an amazing place to live .....now I Hate it and cant wait to leave.

Since receiving the letter, Haven has made every effort to better our living situation. We sat down with them and discussed our issues with them and THE NEXT DAY they gave us a credit towards our rent for the time that the hole was in our wall along with a personalized, handwritten apology letter. It seems like there has been some communication breakdowns during this entire renovation and company changeover process, but every indication is pointing towards them making a genuine effort to improve the process in the future.As mentioned before, they used to operate under the name of Bancroft Hall Apartments. Since changing names, they have been doing renovations to both the property and units, but I guess they are too concerned with making money off of increased rent in those units to care too much about their existing tenants. My wife and I have had nothing but problems since they switched names and consequently replaced all of their office staff.It took them 3 months. THREE months to replace the AC in the gym in the dead of summer. Meanwhile, theyre busy renovating unoccupied units in full swing. I was told countless times something like Oh, what do you mean its not fixed yet? Maintenance said they fixed it. Or It should be done next week. Didnt take me long to figure out they were bullshitting me.Now, I have a hole in my wall that leads directly outside and theyre giving me the same run around to the point where I actually had to write them a letter threatening further action if they didnt fix it. Theyve had shady contractors performing the renovations as evidenced by the hole they left in our wall when performing electrical work for the unit directly below us. (All the electrical work required access to the attic above us.)Will say the walls are decently thick, though. Previous neighbors that lived below us had two young kids and we could only faintly hear their cries.

Run as fast and as far as you can get from this place. There are bugs in the townhouses and when its not your fault they say it is and charge you for it. Furthermore, Kate is the Queen of Do it my way or I will evict you!. She is rude at best as well as the rest of the office.

DO NOT MOVE TO HAVEN APARTMENTS!!!!I have a number of things to review on haven apartments. I am unbiased and I will tell you the truth about this place along with the people that work here. My first problem with haven apartments is the management. My wife and I have been here almost 3 years now and we have had back to back problems. You would think management would try to satisfy our needs with all the problems that we have had. They handle situations poorly. Our refrigerator was not working properly causing our food to go bad, throwing out nearly $200 worth of food. David claimed it wasnt their fault and there was nothing they could do but maintenance told us we had an old rerigerator causing the problems.The person running the show (Kate) dodged us when we called but says her door is always open and she is ready to resolve issues (false). Last year construction workers drilled the sidewalks with my car parked right next to it and put scratces all over the side. They did nothing about that. I filed a claim with my insurance and they took care of it. Nobody here is on the same page. My next problem is the actual housing. Haven apartments are so cheap. They love to cut corners and save what they can. There is a cable box system connected in my closet. There were holes in the wall that had to be closed, water leaks. Everything was wrong when we first moved in here. We have had roaches, wasp, spiders. My son was not 1 year old when he was sleeping in a room full of wasp. It took them 3 times to come out and fix the problem. If i could rate these apartments half a star I would. The maintenance workers have been great. Every single one of them have responded quickly and respectfully. We do not like conflict but our recent issues have brought us to this bad review. They need better management!

Great experience to date. Beautiful granite counter tops and vinyl flooring.

If you love stinkbugs, cockroaches, loud construction, the water bring turned off constantly, 90 degree interiors WITH the A/C on, no parking spots and only one dumpster for the entire community then this is the place for you!Every time the office is spoken with they talk over you, cut you off, and blame it on renovations. For the prices, there should be accomodations until contruction is over as to not interfere with daily life if the residents really do mean as much as they try to say.We seriously cannot wait until our lease is up in June.

Amenities are great, community is good. But, tons of rules and the walls are paper thin.

The office staff are great!
