We enjoyed our two years at Bay Quarter Townhomes, overall. The Association changed some rules on us and we couldnt park my husbands work-van there any longer but other than that, we dealt with Crestline Realty and James Gurnee, and could not have been more pleased with their prompt response and solutions to our needs. I am sure missing them now, as we rent a home with a completely opposite and unpleasant experience. Kudos to Jim Gurnee and Crestline Realty, and the nice people we met while living at Bay Quarter!

The Place is well maintained and the staff is friendly-ish, however if you wish to terminate your lease greater than 60 days prior to the end date, they will tell you no and generally be as unhelpful as possible in regards to the people renting their property trying to better their lives... ie. Purchasing a house with a lower monthly mortgage, and needing to break the lease, they will not let you out even with advance of 60 days notice and an offer of backpay to cover the 100$ increase in rent the charge if you go month to month. Further more they raised our rent drastically ($100) after our first year of tenancy. Granted the lease was signed and we are obligated to finish the term but the callous corporate agenda and no regard for persons in a real fashion indicates to me the OWNERS ARE JUST MONEY HUNGRY AND BLEED THE TENANTS AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE BEFORE FORCING THEM OUT WITH RENT INCREASES.
