Not only did they accommodate last minute appt. but hairstylst listened asked alot of questions to make sure we collaborated on exactly what I asked for before even I was put at ease because I was getting such a drastic cut. I left with a great cut that looks so healthy. I opted to sacrifice some length for a thicker cut and am extremely happy. Hair grows back but I still can style it . Such a cute cut!!

My stylist was very kind, personable, felt like I’ve known her for years. My hair cut came out great BUT I paid additionally for a blow dry and style and I left with damp frizzy hair, very disappointing specially since I believe the woman that did it was the manager. As a former stylist you should never let a client leave your salon looking like that if they paid for a service. Will not be going back to Supercuts as I feel like they just want you in and out of the chair without fully satisfied customers and with how bad it was she should of known with out me even needing to tell her which is why I didn’t

Jordyn has amazing skills, gave me exactly what I wanted and even showed me how to style my hair. I usually dont like talking while I get my hair cut but she made me feel like Ive known her forever. I got my hair cut and it was great I loved it expect after a few days I decided the front needed a little bit shorter. I went back just to get it trimmed a little bit and the lady who trimmed it (from what I know is the manager) didn’t even try to trim it she only cut the front part and instead of just trimming the front shorter she cut it completely different, didn’t bother fixing the side it was suppose to blend into so it is two different lengths and she cut it straight across like I have bangs now. I loved the lady who first cut it but now it looks ridiculous and I have to wear a hat all day at work because of it.

I had a bad experience a couple months ago with a new hair stylist but this week I went back and I really enjoyed the major improvement. I also had a new hair stylist, Alex, and she did an amazing job. The best haircut I have ever gotten. She was new there but she really knew how to cut my hair. I really loved the fact that the manager did a quality check on my hair cut which was really great. This is all I ever wanted. I think I just found my long term hair stylist at Supercuts, thank you Alex!

I went in to get my hair trimmed Im trying to cut the black dye out of my hair slowly. My stylist asked how short I was willing to go. I said shoulder length. She promptly cut it into a short bob cut that in no way reaches my shoulder. Im required to put my hair up for work and now have no way to do that. I cant style this hair it just is always ugly. Safe to say Im never going back its clear the hair stylists dont listen to you.

People give Supercuts a bad rap. Im really picky about my haircuts and they have never done me wrong. My son is biracial and when he was little I would bring him here and they were wonderful!! Its almost time for another visit...

Always a great haircut with Mariah. The other stylists there are equally qualified I just always use Mariah! Call ahead make sure you get on the list and you will be happy with your haircut!

This place is good for the men but other than that dont do it. They only know how to cut basic styles n even that they jack up

Their service was way overpriced for a simple fade. Its $19.00 for a hair cut. However the employees seemed cordial.

I asked for layers, which I received. I said I didnt want any length cut & she confirmed right before she began cutting. She did it anyway. About 1 inch was cut off from the bottom. My hair came out nice, got the layers I wanted. But it couldve looked nicer if she wouldve stuck to my request. This is #1 reason why I avoid professional hair cuts at a salon.

People in this place do not know how to cut hair, you look worse coming out than you did going in. They cant you hair the way you eant, only give excuses why they cant. I would not recommend this place.

They were so busy that there wasnt a remote possibility I could have afforded the time for a great haircut. Bravo to every employee their for keeping a tight ship.

Calling ahead greatly improves wait time, some stylists are new graduates so speed and experience suffers at times

I have been here twice and both times the hair stylist refused to listen to what hairstyle my kids wanted. The stylist simply cut their hair however the stylist wanted to. My son wanted his mohawk trimmed and his stylist cut the bottom half of his mohawk the same length as the sides.

I just moved here from Los Angeles 3 months ago Ive looked all over trying to find a barber went to one place and she just didnt know what to do lets just say the hair cut was all bad so I had to let it grow out Ive tried supercuts before in LA so I said why not went in and this hair angle named Samantha Sam for short cut my hair just the way I like I went in looking a hot mess came out looking like a million dollars thank you Sam I will definitely be back
