Nice, until you start actually renting. So many things were left unfixed before we moved in and had to deal with workers coming in and out and not picking up after themselves. Had them come back numerous times to fix something and never had the parts or didnt finish what needed to be fixed. Was shamed for having dishes in the sink after Easter weekend. Roaches and spiders all the time. We were desperate after the hurricane, but the house isnt even worth the almost thousand dollar rent. We were late and now will be evicted with only two days to move out. I understand we signed a contract, but this real estate company is purely about money.

Great realtors

This was the absolute worst experience i have had. They were very rude and not understanding at all. Jeanette was late when we were to meet her to tour the house. I also was to have a procedure and was not able to climb stairs due to my back surgery and she still would not let us out of the lease. We were accused and charged with things that were not true. It was over all a horrible time leasing from them and i will never again have anything to do with any of their homes.

Way overpriced townhouses! All the paint is peeling off the doors and trim.

She did a fantastic job of taking care of the many details from the paperwork to having service people do the necessary repairs.
