We went into contract right before the big freeze this year and things went down hill quick! Jamie Powell was on top of it and turned a bad situation around! From contract to close she kept us in the loop, stayed on top of the sellers agent and hired all of our inspectors! We were informed of any updates and were guided through all the tribulations! We wouldn’t have our home without her! She is responsive, knowledgeable, and a go getter! She really works for her clients! Thank you!!!

When it comes to getting things done, Jamie is ON IT! The plus side to working with someone like her is not only her motivation to push to get her clients the best deal, she has so much random knowledge about things to look for during your home buying process. I mean any question you could throw at her, she has an answer; if she doesnt shell find one within 30 minutes for you. By far one of the best communicators, which is really important during (what can be) a stressful process.If you need help getting connected with great people for certain services such as painters, appraisers, lenders, inspectors, etc. she has that information for you as well!I couldnt imagine anyone being disappointed by working with this woman. It has taken me almost a month to get an appointment with the realtor of the land I want to purchase then once I do get a meeting and file the paper work I had to call to see the status of the application he then informs me I was approved but I inform him I will be leaving out of town in next couple of days on Business so if can I place deposit for land I was approved for and he said yes but never calls back I called office and cell and left messages and still no response VERY UNPROFESSIONAL... Agent was also very Rude to the point I wasn’t even going to fill out the application for land! He said is your husband with you when he saw it was just Me A women and then when I picked My land he says will it be you and your husband I once again said No just me, Thank you!!!

Very positive! The Buyer negotiated several elements from the time the contract was signed to a few days before close. Kim was always available and did a great job in explaining what was being requested and applying any changes with amendments, etc. promptly and accurately. We were fortunate enough to use Kim in selling our old home and purchasing our new and would highly recommend to anyone for either service. A+++

It was so easy working with Al to find our perfect home. He was available when we needed him and got back with us late in the evenings with contract details and closing information. We were able to close in 30 days which we thought was phenomenal.
