Visiting the city of Victoria needed to wash my clothes, this place is great, very clean washers, driers, and restrooms. The staff cleaned every single minute i was there they were very friendly, they deserve a raise or some kind of bonus, if i ever come to Victoria again, i will come here.

First impression is best and this place is well kept and clean. Nice, wellsized rec area for kids, very clean machines, various sizes of washers and dryers with ranging prices for wash types. Coin and debit card accessible. Kudos to the owners!

Very clean. Nice machines. Was able to use my visa debit card on the machines which was very convenient. But there is a 25 dollar hold on my card. And it should have only been 11.50. Im assuming the difference will be added back to my card. We shall see. Otherwise it was as great of an experience as doing laundry can be I spose.

Best auto car wash in town. At least of all the ones I have put my truck through it give me the best clean and the quick towel dry they do helps a lot too.

I like Metro wash. The people who are employed there keep it clean Ive never had an issue getting a washer or dryer. I appreciate the varying sizes, I especially appreciate the fact that they have old school washing machines because sometimes you just need an agitator for whatever it is that youre trying to wash. For the most part I dont have an issue with the prices, but like any other place that you go to, you learn the ins and out of the best machines to use so on and so forth. So overall I would definitely recommend Metro wash. Again they keep it clean and everyone from the employees to the patrons and considerate and wear a mask. ITS FLU SEASON ALSO FOLKS!I believe that theres a service where they will take care of some of your laundry for you. ( I dont wan to steer you wrong so I would ask) I would definitely recommend it.

I love that they have huge load washers. I just wish they had more of them.

This is the best looking laundromat Ive ever been in. The place is taken care of and the staff is friendly when you need help. I do feel like the place is a little expensive, especially when it comes to the dryers since you have to pay a set amount to start them.

Very clean, well kept. Machines range in price by load sizes. Reasonable and fast. Average machine was 25 minutes. Average dryer about 40 minutes.

Its always been very nice and clean and I like it that you can use your debit card and youre not confined to just using quarters

Very clean! Machines are well maintained and work well. Various sizes of machines and dryers. They also have a card/app with rewards program, that you can load with a debit/credit card and then you dont have to bring cash or change. I recommend going in the morning Mondays to Thursdays as its not as busy and parking is more ideal.

If you dont have any coins or the coin machine is broken. Can slide your credit card in the pay slot on machines.

I had 2 year old with me I was a bit hesitant in taking him. Boy was I wrong, fast service, good quality for the price. And outstanding service from the laundry attendant.

If your looking for value this is not the place. Its pricey, even for me. Im used drying for 8 or 10 minutes per quarter. Its 3 minutes over here. Washing is also high. If you can find another option do so. The one thing I cant knock them for cleanliness. Its one of the cleanest laundromats Ive been to. But its just too pricey for me. They use Speed Queens over here for both washers and dryers. I had them at the laundromat I went to back in Miami. The washers gives a few options which is good.

Its a clean place with good machines. The washing machines are in good shape and priced Right.The dryers you need to put $2.25 in for 24 minutes after that you can add three more minutes for a quarter. 3 minutes for a quarter is high compared to other laundromats. Theres an ATM out in the parking lot and there are dollar change machines inside.They also have the button you can push to cause the doors to open when your arms are full or if you are in a wheelchair

Kid friendly now!!!!!!Update* They have taken the rides out and provided a play area with a TV ( kid friendly shows) tablets and table games. Much better! Bravo!!!!!!

Great place to wash clothes.. plus they have free popcorn 😊 oh and the machines vary some are inexpensive.. all depends on how much clothes you have to wash.. they also have huge washers and dryers .. the huge washers can wash more then 3 loads and is only $10 like I said its inexpensive and great place to wash clothes.. they also have a kid section with tablets for the kids!!

Very clean, everyone wearing a mask. Prices were higher than Im used to but my clothes got cleaned and dry. Only needed 1 cycle to completely dry clothes.

Yesterday was my 3rd time to use the Metro Wash and with assistance from your very helpful employee Norma. I was finally able to add cash to my Metro card and put soap and fabric softener in washer. Then set washer options and swipe card to start washer with Normas supervision.She has educated me with all the washer and dryer options so now I am capable to get my dirty laundry done fast and ready to go just the way I like it. Norma is the reason that I am now a regular customer of the Victoria TX Metro Wash. Thank you Norma.

Very clean atmosphere

Irene saw come in and instantly greeted me, helped me get change, pick a washer and showed me how to use the machines. So cool! I felt totally relaxed and comfortable. Great location and vibe. Irene and staff were very active around the place. Being from out of town, Irene made me feel like a local. Awesome place! I will be back and recommend to others.

Norma is such a courteous, friendly and is always ahead of her schedule. Very personable and warm. I recommend anyone doing business with this company to seek her out for anything you need. She’s such a hard worker and I will always request her when I need services.

This is hands down the best laundromat facility in a 100 mile radius. Spotless facility and machines, new quality machines that wash like they are supposed to and dryers that will dry everything on first time paying. Bedding, clothes, shoes it dont matter this place is A++++!!! Petra was amazing, polite, helpful and a very very sweet lady. They have FasCard so you can add money to the card without having to carry around a bunch of quarters and keep putting quarters in. If you need to do your laundry then you would be crazy to go anyplace else around. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We are traveling and visit a different laundromat each week. This is the cleanest, most well run one we have ever been in. No popcorn but it was early morning so I wasnt expecting it. The clean childrens area with cartoons playing was another nice touch. The bathroom was pristine.

Not everyone wears a mask, including staff/owner. Clean and well maintained.

It alright. Its a little high in price, so if youre looking for a cheaper option, this is not the way to go. Nice place though.

Very neat and clean laundromat. You dont have to use quarters only, you have the option to purchase a card for $1 that you can reload at anytime to use here. Has popcorn machine and tv area with some toys for the kids. TVs around for adults as well. Full service wash and fold as well

Very nice laundromat good washers and dryers reasonable compared to Arizona laundromat.

I disagreed with the charges on my card because first I have a holding charge of $25.00 and after 2 hrs put them back but the charge was 5.85 and suppose to be 5.50 very disappointed I dont go there no more

Touching peoples clothes without permission and being rude about it. You people messed up. Im telling everyone that goes to a laundromat to steer clear of this place. Im hoping your reviews drop dramatically. By the way, dont try to say call us and we will remedy this or blah blah blah. Playing nice was over the second you behaved unprofessionaly.

Many times we have spent a great deal of money washing detail supplies but never again. During our last visit we placed approximately $250 worth of specialty detail rags to wash and went back to shop to pick up additional items for cleaning. Within a 30 min span the staff removed my items and threw them in a random basket. When I inquired why their response was that I should have informed them I was leaving. Well I wasn’t aware of proper laundromat Etiquette and i wasn’t gone for hours with unattended items. The staff was rude and highly inconsiderate and I will definitely use another establishment and honestly they are way over priced compared to other establishments.

Soo hands down the beat maintained and courteous lau dromat around. Its clean, reasonable and the ladys inside are suberb . The only negatives are the panhandlers bother people over and over its annoying as hell. Next people bring there drama to the laundrymat cussing hollering and fighting.. One lady threatened to run someone over. Wish the cops patrolled more but thats another story.

Went here to do my laundry while renovating Walmart . Staff is awesome. Everything worked. And the dryers actually get the job done. Very clean. Loved it.

This place is overpriced and the dryers are not very good. Also, when I was taking some items out of the dryer, the machine timed out and took the money I put in. I asked the staff for help and they said there was nothing they could do.
