Like how one of the workers today said three different closing times. I watched her tell a woman coming in. Closing at 7:30p then tell the next one 8p and there is a sign clearly saying 8:30 last wash how is it a last wash when it is not even that time. Then walked back over as she was cleaning to tell me you know I am closing at 8:30 sir as I am putting soap in a load at 7:45p Plus they say they close at 10p. So if closing is 10p and last wash is supposed to be at 8:30p. Does that not mean I can put my last load in at 8:30 then dry right after before you even close? You have an hour and a half to completely clean this small place. If it is closing time at 7:30p, 8p, or 8:30p make sure store hours reflect the accurate closing time. I loved this place before but one person working here has a 2$ work attitude. I will be figuring somewhere else to go.

Great place to wash my cloth. Very friendly staffs and a lot of snacks and ladys stuffs. I love their bags and accessories. It is funny that I can buy cute bags and key chains here.

The ladies that work here are nice and keep it real clean I give them a 10🥰thank you hard working ladies.

It’s big clean we are in and out it’s our go to laundromat. Snake drink machine they got the price time game comfortable seating area plenty of parking overall best laundromat in Victoria.

I wanted say kelleye decker helped me with allot of things. I would recommend management for that young lady.

The staff was super nice. The machines were clean. A few machines out of order. There are some really comfortable couches to sit on. The bathrooms were really clean. Tons of tables together which is helpful when doing so many loads.

They have everything real clean good service snacks and good employees

I stopped in to wash clothes I bought from goodwill and I was impressed! Very clean even though its a older location and the staff was friendly and the washing machine werent as pricey as the other locations!

Great place to wash. Too bad someone called the Health Dept on them for allowing people to choose to wear a mask or not to wear a mask. Now you are hassled if you dont have one on or if its in the wash.

We were able to get all of our laundry for a family of 4 done for under $12, bazinga! Machines were a little old-school but all worked wonderfully well, no complaints. We highly recommend!

What keeps me coming back are the blue and yellow bags!

This place sucks, machines are old and expensive. Plus they cry about wearing a mask. Dont come to this laundromat. Theirs new owners and machines at the laundromat at Lone Tree and Ben Jordan, and they are cheaper.

We chose this place because it had all good reviews but I have to say it didnt live up to the hype. Machines were old and broken down. $3.75 for one load of clothes. The best thing I can say is the dryers didnt take long.

Mary Margaret does a awesome job I drop clothes off regularly. Very nice and respectable. Clean place with nice amenities. Mainly go for the service being that I drop off. She is a older lady and does a great job, she needs a raise. She is the reason me and my coworkers drive from port lavaca. Although the place seems a little understaffed for a full size laundry mat and one employee to maintain customers and do the laundry wash dry and fold. Seems like she is overworked when a 2nd employee would help. Lady never complains and is always polite. Hope the owners sees this

The staff is helpful, but the owners are not keeping up or replacing worn out equipment. It used to be tip top, but not anymore.

Dryers dont give you all of your dry time and when they shut off the Workers try to act like your trying to scam them for a measly .75.

Great place Ive been coming here since I was a kid. The snack vending machine has reasonable prices but the soda machine is way over priced for a can

My dryer went out and I had to dry my clothes and this was the closest place I could find it was late and when I got there it was 9:30pm the young Hispanic girl at the front was very nice and even stayed past closing to let me dry my clothes. I wasn’t rushed out she even asked me if I needed help carrying my stuff to my truck. She looked tired but kept a smile on her face . Great customer service The place was very clean.

The previous manager and Joe used to work there. They always had everything ready and if there was a delay, they would call me.I brought in laundry yesterday, and was told it would be ready 5 p.m. the following day.I went to pick it up, and I was told it was never done. They were busy earlier. I asked why is it just sitting there and no one was working on it.The girl asked, Oh, you still want me to do it?Really?I wont go there again.

This is the place I go to when I need to wash a big ol load of clothes because the machines are way to expensive but its worth it when you are washing all of your big comforters. They changed up the technology on them and now you can keep track of your washer and dryer on your phone which I think is awesome. ! Its very clean and the employees are great at helping you load and unload your clothes. Only thing I hate is that sometimes the small machines dont dry unless you put ton of coin. Other than that. Great place to wash.

Large place. Clean. Most machines works. Customer service is helpful. Place for snacks, detergent. Couch & TV for kids!! Worth the prices and very reasonable. Clean tables to fold clothes.

Staff is always available and helpful. Had a washing machine not thoroughly spin my quilts, they were sopping wet, staff started up a bigger washer to the spin them for me, very understanding when I told them the problem and they thanked me for letting them know.

Really enjoy going here. All the staff is always very friendly and go out of their way to cater to your needs. Machines are reasonable in price. They also have wifi and a couple of TVs with movies going for the little ones.

Last wash is at 830. Today the girl tried to say it was at 8 and already counted her register down at, then didnt want to give me the free dry we get with the wash bag we bought. Every time they do this. We go because its clean but the employees that close always try to close early.

While in Victoria for Hurricane Harvey recovery, I twice used their wash & fold service. The staff was great and Joe helped me greatly with an emergency wash & fold as work had me leave town on short notice. Thanks Splish Splash!!

Great machines, clean bathrooms, helpful staff, immediate response to problems - especially when someone leaves their laundry in the machine, safe, free Wi-Fi, have TV that plays movies everyday, lots of sitting area, family friendly environment. The best part is there is a little grass area in the back for the kids to play.The only thing that becomes a problem during a busy business day is lack of parking spaces.

I can’t even get quarters at a laundry mat!!! Wow, lady said no more quarters, so why even have a laundry mat or how about stop being lazy and find some quarters if you plan on having customers.All these machines that take quarters and you have none for me. Sad business
