This was a fantastic oil change experience! The guys were quick, efficient, and 100% professional. I am 1,000 miles from home and I feel confident that I will have no problem getting there. I would highly recommend them and if I’m in need while visiting again, I will certainly be looking them up in future.

Just came to Vero for weekend vacation and noticed oil on the driveway. We had gotten an oil change prior to leaving. The staff quickly identified the loose oil plug and fixed the problem. I attempted to pay for their time and was refused a bill. I will not soon forget the professionalism of the staff. Thank you

The guys did a great job. Was my first oil change with a new vehicle so they looked it up, made the recommendation for the right oil and went to work. Drove out of there less than 15 minutes later ready to roll. As an added bonus, never had to leave my car. Pricing was reasonable. Service was great!

Service was quick. Price for synthetic oil seemed very expensive. Usually when you get a price for an oil change thats the price they charge you. Here they charge you the price then they charge you for an oil filter and a charge to get fid of you used oil. By the time they charged all of this plus taxes the bill was $15 more than advertised price.

Not professional. Oil spilled all over engine then tried to short us on our oil. Brand new truck that developed a oil leak immediately after they touched it. Thankfully a professional elsewhere was able to complete the job.

This place is a total rip off! I stopped yesterday to get an oil change for my 2014 SL 550 Mercedes after calling first to make sure they had an oil filter for it. I was assured they did. So They drained the oil and removed the old filter and then informed me that they didnt have the filter after all. The guy told me hed have to go pick one up and hed be back in 15 minutes. About 25 minutes later he showed up put in the new filter and told me its really expensive. I figure, its an oil filter how much can it be?Then he gives me the bill. For an 8.5 quart synthetic oil change they nailed me for $188.81, including the oil filter at $39.99! Want to know the kicker? The filter at Mercedes is $17.99 and its available on Amazon for $12.99. So, word to the wise. Stay away from Speed Lube. I know I wont be going back.

Asked for a price on an oil change was told that it would void my warranty if I didnt use synthetic oil. $90 I walked out to my vehicle opened up the manual and found out that was not a true statement. Next to be on the safe side I looked it up on the internet again that was not a true statement. Why would they miss lead someone? I had two vehicles for them to do and would have gone back. Very ignorant not to think the consumer would not check especially since this wasnt my first oil change.

First time and last time. I heard a rattling sound a couple of days after my oil change and discovered that the engine oil cap was never placed back on. I should have known... because the man was distracted by his phone and spilled oil on the engine while working on my car. I hope my engine is not damaged.

Dont go they are clueless. Droped a nut from plastic eng cover. In front of me And not even try to get it back.

Horrible service. Went to try to get my oil changed and see what other services they provide since I am new. Man with long hair was not very clear.. was rude when we didn’t understand him telling us to get out of the car when he said we didn’t have to and came back asking “can I help you” in a rude tone. I’ve had faster better service anywhere else but here.

Fast and friendly service at a good price. I don’t usually leave reviews, but my car battery died at the gas station right next to them. I went in there for help, and to ask for a jump start, since I used them the day before and they were familiar with me. The manager immediately drove over to the gas station to jump my car. Unfortunately it didn’t work. So he grabbed his employee, and the both of them pushed my car to an open area for the tow truck to come. Luckily the tow truck driver got my car started with a power box! These guys went above and beyond to help me out! Thanks again!

I brought in a 2007 Volkswagen rabbit for a oil change. They put the wrong oil in my car. They also did not cap off my oil correctly which led to me having to pay a tow truck driver over $200.00 for my car to be towed to European performance just so I can get my oil filled again and get capped off correctly. Definitely was not worth 35.00! Thanks Kevin!

Ive been here quite a few times. The service is great. I dont know a whole lot about cars and this is the only place that they dont try giving me the run-around. I appreciate the honesty and the efficiency of everyone there.

The location I stopped at only had 1 person working saying the second had a family emergency. The attendant asked if I would like him to direct me into the building or go to their second location. There were 2 attendants at the second location. One man did all the work and the second was on his cell phone the entire time either texting or playing a game.

Worst service ever. Overflowed my parents oil and almost blew there engine... they did send someone over to fix the problem but with the oil over flow it caused other issues and the guy who backed the car out of the driveway backed into a basketball net when he came over to take a look at the damage! All my parents want it their car fixed so they can drive it. They paid over $100 for the oil change and want them to pay for the parts and they will put them in. Like really. Jay the owen will not call my parents or allow them to have his number. This is a small town and all their aski g for is for you to fix your mistake made and the problems it caused nothing more. Just whats fair and the right thing to do. So beware if they make a mistake they will not hold up on their end of the deal as any business should.Thank you.

NEVER NEVER NEVER ever go here....Rude right from the beginning...I asked if he changes the oil filter and he said...What do you think I dont...I dont know that is why I am asking....They took my oil from a big blue container....it was scary....Horrible Horrible service and they lied right to my face by saying they checked my air pressure and I was watching them the whole time as I was the first one there and they did not...they called me a liar...OMG.......They are miserable and hate their jobs and my car and I paid the price which would not be bad if I had good service...I do not trust them and will warn everyone to stay away...In reviews and social media...I left a message on the website to as I called the Stuart store to talk to the owner and the guy on the phone took my number to call me after I insisted 3 times....this is crazy...I will keep an eye on my Ruby and hope she is ok...NEVER COME HERE...!!!!

Will not be back. Charged over $100 for oil change and tire rotation, which they did not okay before work was done. They said the oil change was $29 and tire rotation $30 .... They apparently don’t know how to handle a cash transaction, and my car mats and seats were full of grease when they were done. There is NO WAY I would ever recommend!
