Brian was very helpful in going above and beyond in finding what I wanted. He was very helpful. I will be back for my next car. On the other hand your detail shop is very not detail. I wasn’t impressed about the way they cleaned the truck. I had to come home and clean it myself. Otherwise very happy.

Horrible horrible horrible experience. I have been a valued customer I have always maintained my vehicle and I am always maintaining my vehicle more than the average person because I am on the road at least 2 or 3 times more than the average person because of my numerous businesses. So because of that simple factor I get more oil changes I get more service done so I am at the dealership more than the average person but again because I love my vehicle I do what I need to to maintain it and take care of it I have always in Pass circumstances dealt with Scott who I believe is the manager in the service area and he is definitely amazing a pleasure and always make sure that our needs are taken care of a 1000% unfortunately recently he has not been working or in the building at The Times when I have been there and I have unfortunately been stuck with. DANA Who upon speaking with other friends that also have vehicles and get their vehicle service at the same dealership they have had the same horrible experiences with this individual as well as feeling the same way that I feel that he might have maybe a particular issue with certain ethnicity groups or races who knows but as far as my particular experience I can say that I definitely felt that I was judged. I definitely felt that he was very rude very disrespectful continued to walk off all your trying to explain your needs as well as did not communicate anything in regards to what was going on with the vehicle at times would make dirty looks or faces when you just ask simple questions. Like for example after your there for 2 hours waiting Hey just checking to see how much longer. I think its very professional in very rude for him to respond with obviously Your vehicle is not done yet otherwise I would have called you. So upset about his response I just walked away because unfortunately some people are so ignorant that they expect others To join them in their ignorance. So I simply waited another hour. And simply walked up an hour later which at that point was a total of 3 hours just to get an ETA or an idea of when the vehicle was going to be ready at which point he did not respond what so ever gets up from his desk and walks away at that point I then spoke with Brian who is also an amazing phenomenal Representative of your company who not only was able to answer my question in the moment treated me like a customer very respectful but also told me that he was going to try and take over and handle everything moving forward. Which I greatly appreciated. Unfortunately only certain things of what I brought the vehicle there were done and the other things unfortunately still have not been taken care of after bringing it there numerous times to get it done but I am confident that 1 day I will hear from Bryan or Scott letting me know that the vehicle parts will be in to be repaired but independently of that moving forward I have to really consider again my hour and a 1/2 drive North to the other Cadillac dealer Where I have purchased vehicle from in the past as well as done numerous business with them and never had issues and never felt like I was disrespected or judged. So at this point I feel that I rather drive the hour and a 1/2 to be treated like a human being like a customer like a person or even simple like a valued Cadillac Loyal customer. Versus the way that I have been made to feel by your personnel DANA. Is truly uncalled for. And I will say to any Cadillac customers like myself that actually love their cadillacs value their cars and value their time if you can avoid going here I would unless you can deal with Scott or Brian directly otherwise I cannot guarantee that you will not be treated the same way that I am or I was especially if your dealing with DANA. It is guaranteed that youll be treated horribly or rude if you deal with this individual it is also guaranteed that you will get dirty looks it is also guaranteed that he will walk away from you like your not paying your hard earn money is also guaranteed that he will make snide remarks. Vehicle was in for oil change, 30,000 mile service, problem with Cue screen. Oil life was not reset after oil change & did not have a new Cue screen to install - will call me when in - warranty replacement on Cue Screen. Also other customers were asked if they wanted their vehicle washed - I was not!

Our service at Linus was the best! Timely appt and quick, friendly service visit.It should be noted we had taken our vehicle to Schmacher’s in Palm Beach Gardens, where we made the original oil change appt. When Schmacher’s called us to set up the appt, we were told it’d take 2 hrs and was promised we wouldn’t have to wait at the dealership and that a shuttle would take us to a nearby restaurant so made lunch reservations. Arrived for the oil change and learned the shuttle couldn’t take us to the restaurant, but the service would only taken an hour. We waited in the waiting room-after 30 min, my husband noticed our vehicle had not been taken into a bay. After 45 minutes, it still had not been moved, so we asked for our keys and made a appt two days later at Linus, and we were very pleased with their service.

Linus Buick Vero BeachYesterday my husband and I went into Linus Buick in Vero Beach (where we purchased our last 3 Buicks) to inquire about extending the warranty on our car. We met with Brandon Hinton, the Finance Manager, to ask if it would pay for us to further extend the warranty now rather than wait until it came due. Brian explained to us that our warranty wasnt up for another two years, and for us to extend it at this time would just not be in our best interest. He advised us to wait, and then come back just before it is up, and we would discuss at that time.We couldnt believe how honest and forthright Brandon was being with us. He could have tried to sell us something we didnt need at this time, (we probably would have had no way of knowing), but rather he chose to do what was best for us the customer. Thank you Brandon!This is why we keep going back to Linus; their customer service is the best. They always seem to do the best for their customers.

I purchased a vehicle from Linus Buick GMC last month. Before I flew over 1K miles to come pick it up, I asked them to send pics (and have receipts) asking them if there was ANY damage on the car. They said absolutely no damage was on the car. Upon my arrival to the dealership after a few flights, I did a walk around only to find damage on the rear quarter panel. Mind you, this is a Certified pre owned vehicle that GM holds to high standards. I checked out GMs CPO Operations Guide book and the damage sustained to my vehicle prior to me picking it up would not qualify the vehicle to become eligible for certification; yet this dealer slyly certified it anyway. The worst part was once I pointed out the damage, the salesman acted like he had never seen it before suggesting someone must have vandalized it out back overnight. Moments later, I saw on one of their computer screens when they pulled up the tag number on that vehicle that they paid a touch up guy 3 months prior to touch up the quarter panel instead of correctly fixing it. The dealer wouldnt let me take it to a body shop to get an estimate (after I, of course, felt trapped after flying all the way down there) and kept downplaying the cost of the damage (in their defense, maybe they truly didnt know the cost, but thats why I kept asking to get a quote first). The used car sales manager suggested the damage would be about $300-350. I let him know I knew nothing about body work but knew the car was White Diamond tri-coat so with that logic upped it to $500 and still suggested that I didnt know for certain though and that I wanted a body shops opinion and estimate. He just reiterated it was a Saturday and the body shop was closed and that he wanted to take care of it on the spot. He returned to me and took $488 of of the selling price. Later when I contacted them after returning home, and finding out the true extent and cost of the damage, he said YOU are the one who came up with that figure. No. First of all, I said $500 *followed by a request to have a body shops opinion* and HE randomly picked $488 to take off because he just kept explaining how theyre already at such a loss (as if that was my problem or a means to not actually resolve/repair the damage that wasnt disclosed) and that $488 was all it would let him discount. Keep in mind, this $488 was just removed from the selling price as if I negotiated the car price lower; it was not written up such that it was to be used solely as a means to justify the damage or cost to fix it thereafter. Long story short, they made me feel bad that they were already losing thousands on this car. By the time I drove it back home 20+ hours and got a quote, I was told itd be over $2K to fix because there was a dent, the scratches penetrated the base metal, and there was a painted on pin stripe that added to the cost. I tried to contact this dealer civilly and give them a chance to make things right and they said we already took care of this before you left well give you another $100 but thats it. They should have 1) disclosed the damage to me prior to flying down as I would not have purchased it, 2) they should have sold me the car at the price we agreed on and allowed me the opportunity to get a few estimates and then cut me a check on the back end, and/or 3) fixed the damage correctly in their possession before certifying it to save costs while offering an actual CPO worth vehicle to the world. To make things even better, just for fun, I went on the dealers website today (7/26/19 @ 2PM EST) and selected a CPO car at random (2016 TAHOE) and upon quick glance noticed parts missing from the car and body damage. Dealers like this de-value what it means to purchase certified pre-owned. Of course these cars are used and normal wear and tear is to be expected, but not several thousand dollars worth of damage that should have been taken care of before/during the certification process.

Let me start off by saying Iv had my GMC Sierra for going on 4 years now and after recently moving had to find another dealer for service. They wanted almost double what Iv paid at another GMC dealership. After showing them what I usually pay they dropped the price from $140.00 to $85.00 to get closer to my usual 80 dollar oil change and would not do a tire rotation. Then came out and said I need new intake filter and air cabin filter along with other things. I just changed my cabin filter not long ago so that made question the other things. After coming home I checked my intake filter and it is fine. Save yourself from the upselling and scams. If I would have okayed the work those filters would have cost me almost $150.00 extra, not including the other stuff they recommended.

My wife wanted a new car and she had specific criteria. It had to be a station wagon, it had to be red, it had to have all the new driver safety stuff, and of course it had to be at the right price. After doing a lot of research online we settled on a 2018 Buick TourX. None of our local dealers had any cars that matched our criteria, so we had to search nationally.We used many web sites including this one and Buicks main inventory search. Found about 15 cars nation wide that matched, and started to narrow them down by distance. After going through a couple of dealers who misrepresented their inventory or werent upfront with their descriptions or price, I finally came to Linus and found none of that. The car was exactly as described, including the initial quote they provided. Since we were going to purchase remotely, fly down and take delivery, theres a lot of details that need to be verified. Both Rodney and Dan were fantastic at every step and detail. They were consummate professionals that made my wife and I feel at ease with this special type of purchase. Now at this point I should mention that the news had been forecasting an incoming hurricane which had everyone there boarding up their widows. In spite of this the staff at Linus took the time out to help us finish the deal and take delivery on a Saturday and late into their hours, actually staying after their closing time to get everything right.Everything about the experience was top notch and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We were recently in FL on vacation. We were driving a brand new GMC with less than 5,000 miles and the engine light comes on 😩 if we couldn’t get our car fixed we would miss out on events we had driven over 800 miles to see. Linus to the rescue! From Ms Amanda who met us at the door to the service tech to mechanics amazing professionals all the way. My car was bought new from Linus, has 23,000 miles on it and is under warranty until 2022. I brought it in for minor service and it cost me over $600.00. I think $300.00 for labor is ridiculous. I think I will bring it elsewhere in the future at these prices!

I requested a quote via email, received same, discussed options, and availability, gave them a credit card deposit and picked up my new Acadia that afternoon.Everyone else wanted me to come in and test drive the SUV. Dan Antolini, the Sales Manager, went above and beyond when he took on my case. I had just moved from NJ and left my lemon law car up north. He handled the very long and complicated process of doing a collateral exchange and ensuring that I was getting a new GMC Terrain with the same specifications as my old vehicle. What a GREAT experience!!!I really wish to thank the sales team, Bryan and Brandon, for such a great experience! I bought a Honda Ridgeline that was priced well below its value. Bryan, the primary sales man, was very respectful, courteous and did everything he could to accommodate my wife and I.Linus Cadillac of Vero Beach is a 195-mile round trip for me. I found the Ridgeline on line (Kelly blue book) and the price was very good (I have been looking for a while), plus there were multiple pictures of a really clean and well maintained vehicle. The pictures alone were what made me make this really long drive.The only negative experience was that I haggled with Brandon over $50 which I feel really bad about. Childish :( Sorry Sir! I am used to dealing with sleazy car sales people with phony courtesy trying to scam you. I feel really bad for being personally responsible for the only negative incident in the entire car buying experience. I do sincerely apologize.Jessica and the finance individual (forgot his name) were exceptionally nice and accommodating. Ryan in service did not return calls. Then when we dropped the car off, we were told we would be called before ANYTHING was done for a burnt out headlight (you could visually see it burnt out). Then when we get a call, we are told it would be $445 to change the lightbulb. When we said that we weren’t doing it now (as we are getting married on Saturday and didn’t have the extra money right now) we were told that there was a $70 diagnostic charge. When talking to Rhett, he kept explaining that they would not “driveway diagnose” our car. Yet this is why we asked repeatedly how much a headlight is before any work would be done. Then when asked why the price is so much, we were told the light bulb is $257 (even though every single place that I could find the exact same Phillips D3S Headlight with HID is $160 as the most expensive price), plus an hour of labor at $120, and about another $100 in shop fees. When asked what shop fees covered, Rhett could not tell me. Rhett also went on to say repeatedly that to change this light bulb, the front bumper needed to be taken off and replaced. When I told him, repeatedly, that every professional website, video, and GMC manual that I could find, said that you went through the wheel well, and didn’t even have to take the wheel off. He just kept saying, “Well that’s how we do it”. We bought two cars at your dealership in two days, and couldn’t be happier with the staff then, back in November. But this service department seems to be disorganized, uncommunicative, and not ready to solve any issue. I will not be returning our business, or recommending to this dealership again.

Did not fix what the truck was in for nor did they look at everything that we spoke about. 3 out of 4 time they could not replicate the issue had to go for a test ride with them then they heard the issues. Still did not fix after that even though they threw some parts at the truck. Truck was damaged as well while there and have not got a response out of them.

The service was excellent. I got the usual routine maintenance which included tire rotation. It was time for a new pollen filter and they changed it for me. They also washed and vacuumed the car. Wnd I must add that their coffee maker is fantastic. It grinds beans for each cup! Delicious.

Called for an appointment to have my Buick Lacrosse serviced, got in the next morning. Ivonne was my service rep. Very professional and polite. Car was finished in an hour with oil change and rotated tires.

Very nice of them to let me know ahead of time my 30,000 service is due soon and taking time to look a/for a thumping sound- the tires making; they were wearing on the inside where I could not see them. And getting a loaner for the day was great!
