UPDATE Its been 4 weeks and every single nail is still on, design and all, with absolutely NO lift. Obviously there’s lots of growth in the pics, but it’s been 4 weeks so that’s to be expected.ORIGINAL Went in for a full set and pedicure, I had a picture of what I was looking for and they had all kinds of colors and designs to choose from to get what I was looking for. My nails and toes both turned out great! I love them! Thank you Ann for my beautiful nails and thank you Nancy for my wonderful pedicure!

Moved down here a few months ago and this is the only place I will go. Danny and Anne are amazing. As well.as everyone else there and im never disappointed with my nails. Im literally sitting there as I type this getting a pedi!

I made an appointment for today August 6 2021 at 6.20Pm for 6 Pedicures, Some of us got good service but my sister Didn’t once we arrived home the nail polish came off, I call them back same day the agreed to fix it . Super clean place! I go to Anne and she’s very good! Always goes with my design ideas and is very precise and careful. Nails are nice and thin but strong, evenly set, and carefully painted!

I haven’t had my nails done since March! Danny and Ann are always so kind and will go above and beyond for their clients. I seriously love them so much. With the COVID outbreak, they are following all of the protocols (wearing masks, taking temperatures etc) so if you’re looking for a clean, friendly environment, choose Vina Ann Nails!

I want I usually don’t write reviews because never have a good reason to and if you can’t say anything good why say it lol. I want to apologize again I was 20 minutes late sorry. I have been in Washington for 10+years now haven’t found a good nail technician/shop well I think I finally have! I love nail art and so many can’t or don’t like to do or say they can and can’t. Well Ann was more than willing to do anything I asked i showed some pictures I liked and asked her opinion unlike most she answered my questions and offered her input not just agreeing with me I prefer that. I was late this time so I did something simple. I have done my nails for over 20 years so I know what to watch for with a nail technician Ann was very detailed oriented cared about how her work looked and asked me questions to make sure I was happy that doesn’t happen much anymore. Even tho I was late I didn’t feel rushed out thank you. The shop is clean friendly and it don’t have the assembly line Atmosphere to it like so many do and great prices next month will be the challenge fancy nails for Christmas than New Years! Great place I will be back for sure! Thank you again Ann see you soon!

I try not to be that guy, but, this place was not very good. I know that they were taking about me, in another language, and not politely (I have a translator app on my watch). The quality of the work was so bad, I left, and looked like I already needed a fill. She didnt ask or offer to do any prep on the nails, and put acrylic over my cuticles instead of pushing them back (I cant do it myself, it makes me squeemish). The polish was such a thin coat, I can see through the nail in some places. I felt so bad for the lady who did them, that I left a $20 tip. She probably doesnt have any returning customers. Hopefully $20 will get her enough bus fare to find a job at McDonalds.

My 2nd time there and excellent both times. Tina is Great.

This shop is great! Ive tried quite a few nail spots in Vancouver and this has been the best one. Everyone working there is so nice and mellow. The shop is very clean and they use fresh tools on each client, which I really appreciate. They offer complimentary drinks and we got $5 off for our first visit. Will definitely be going back! Taking appts only during COVID. Only myself and one other customer. They were sanitizing as I walked in and they are taking many precautions. I felt safe. The only thing they may want to consider is opening the door for fresh air.Had a pedicure done and it was nice. Relaxing and well done. Will be back again.

This was my very first time at Vina ann and I could not have been any happier. I was so satisfied with every staff member and the quality of work that they provide. We absolutely loved this placeI forget the young ladys name that did my pedi but she was amazing. She not only did my pedicure perfectly. She offered her baby girl play with my nephew so they both were occupied while his father and i relaxed. Plus yall they have mimosas. Cant go wrong with a glass of mimosa while getting a pedi😍

I was looking for a new nail salon and after checking out recent reviews decided to visit this place. I’m so glad I did! One of the owners, Danny, was from the previous salon I used to go to and I always thought he was amazing! I will definitely be back after my great experience today. The salon is clean and they use a brand new packet of supplies for every pedicure as well as clean tools. Their tubs are also lined with a disposable liner. Vin did my pedicure and gave me an amazing foot and calf massage!

Ive been a client of Danny for about 10 years (when he was in a prior salon) and Im thrilled for he and his wife, Ann, to have taken over this salon. Its a longer drive for me, but well worth the extra time. The new owners are clearly concerned about cleanliness and hygiene, particularly in the pedicure sinks. Theres a relaxing atmosphere in the shop, and customers are offered a complimentary beverage at the start of their appointment. I have a great deal of arthritis in my hands and feet, and Danny has always been very mindful of not causing me any additional pain. His work is meticulous, and from pictures Ive seen, so is that of his wife and other techs in the shop. Give this shop a try, and you wont be disappointed.

Ann, Danny, and Van are all exceptionally talented and kind. My mother broke her arm when she moved to the area and tried several shops to get a pedicure and manicure. Danny, Ann, and Van are the best and take really good care of her. I got a pedicure there when I was visiting and it was amazing!

I had an amazing pedicure there. The staff was very kind and professional. The ambiance was relaxing and the decor is nice. Everything was very clean and safe. Complimentary drinks make it the perfect place to relax, get pampered, and walk out with fabulous nails.

It took a lot of research trying to find a place my mother and I would enjoy getting our nails done and I am so glad I found this place! They did a really great job on both our nails. My mom had broken one of her nails before our appointment and thought she had to cut them all down. But they were able to fix the broken nail and keep it at a length she wanted. My mom was extremely happy with the result!They do great work, I would highly recommend checking them out!

Ive been going here for almost a year and they do such an amazing job. Ann has added the picture of what she did this time for holidays. Its red ombre with white stars and red with white at the bottom with white stars. Absolutely in love with the color and design. Thank you!

New in town, came here based on photos and reviews, walk in place is totally empty with no one on sight...after waiting I said excuse me send a lady comes out back. I told her o wanted to get my nails done, she was extremely frustrated, huffing and puffing, asking well what do you want. I told her Im new in town and I usually just get a gel overlay on my real nail. She huffs and puffs again and start well let me see your nails. Im holding my phone, wallet and charger so I out it in my pocket, she grabs my hands, twisting them, huffing and puffing. I said you know what you seem really irritated and annoyed. She says either an attitude, well I dont know what you want, even though I told her. I told her never mind and walked our. First nail shop Ive ever entered that was complete empty. Now I know whyResponse: I decided to give another try after seeing response from new owners. I had the privilege to meet them and Danny and his wife are the sweetest people! Danny has taken care of me twice now and he is very attentive and neat with his work. Glad I came back!

I decided to try a new shop and stopped by this one yesterday for a mani-pedi. What a GREAT FIND!!! I will absolutely go back and refer everyone I know to try this place. It is a great fit for me!! Loved the warmer foot-bath, the heated towels wrap, and the hot rock massage... and they even warm the lotions... I felt indulged and never rushed, the owner very pleasant... A perfect day to rejuvenate! To have such a wonderful experience just made my day! This shop is clean (equipment too), calming and beautiful.... and you dont have to carry a kit with you, which I like. (I care for an elderly parent so having some time off is rare, this was great!)

This place is great!! New and clean. Did a fantastic mani/pedi job. Lots of color options for gel. Priced about the same as everywhere else but much better job done. Drink options including mimosas. Found my new go to place!

This was the worst manicure I have ever got in my life. The lady first of all didnt seem to want any customers and she had an attitude. She soaked my hands for 2 minutes and started scraping away at my nails like there is no tomorrow. Lady if you have issues leave it at home. Than she said that it was my problem because my hands are dry. Wow

I have been here before and that is why I came back. NEVER AGAIN! Worst pedicure ever! It only took the lady who did it 15 minutes to do it. She must have had somewhere more important to be because he had her jacket on and was out the door before I had my flip flops on. That was only two hours after they opened. COLD water soak, no leg scrub, five minute total leg massage with very little lotion which left me with a blister on my little toe, cut on cuticle same toe which required band aids all day because of bleeding (I have photo), pretty sure no sanitizing of soak sink done I SHOULD NOT HAVE TIPPED OR PAID. Sorry I left without discussing experience with owner.WONT GO BACK EVER AGAIN !!! NOT RECOMMENDED TO EVERYONE

Great place for a pedicure! The decor is modern and the equipment is new and very comfortable.

Great salon, I wont go any place else for a pedicure, the deluxe is just that they take their time and the massage isnt quick or weak, its extremely thorough which is hard to find!

Worst experience ever! Customer service is non existent at this place. I decided to try this place out during a brief trip. Biggest mistake I did! The technician is the rudest person Ive encountered. How she expects to have sucess in a nail salon without respecting the needs of a customer is a mistery to me. She gave me samples for shellac color I asked for 5 different ones and each one she told me she didnt have. She told me in the nastiest tone You keep choosing the colors I dont have. I dont buy all of them always. Why would you present it to customers if you dont have it?! My nails have a shape I have never seen in my life. A kid would have done a better job. Ive been to cosmetology schools where the students have done a better job. My nails look like they need a refill and I just had them done 5 hours ago! When she cut one nail and I asked if she could cut the next one so I could compare the lenght, she looked irritated and harshly turned my hand over and sternly told me You can look at the back of the nails and check there. What a waste of my money! Now I have to pay someone else to fix them. I should have walked out like my gut told me but I was limited on my trip so I stayed for her to finish. So upset at how I was treated like if I was a nuisance for her instead of seeing me as someone giving her business. Above all Im upset at myself for letting her finish the disaster of nails she did on me. Save your money and walk away!

The place is neat, and clean, but the customer service is awful. Was passing through wanted to check the place out that was apparently a big mistake, left with negative emotions, and had lots to share with friends how surprised i was that people who work at salons could act this way. I was treated very rudely by the tech, the tech is arrogant and obviously doesnt know how to keep her emotions under control, im guessing she had a bad day. But that is no excuse to treat your clientele in this matter, at one point i thought i wouldnt be able to stand it no longer, wanted to just step out the door half way through my manicure. I will never go back there, and i will not recommend this place to my friends and family that is for sure.

I did acrylic nails. And the lady I had glued my nails wrong so now I have gaps between my real nail and the the acrylics and everything gets stuck in between them. It feels like they’re going to come off soon.
