The girl that did my nails was so sweet and she took her time to make sure I had what I wanted. :) sanely I’m awful with names and forgot hers because I’ll definitely be coming back to see her. Lena (hope that’s correct lol) is the one who waxed my brows and I love them! Overall had a great experience at this salon.

Loved my nails! The tips and the gel are so well done, I want to come back for more and try new colors!

Had my eyebrows done by Rose. She plucked way beyond where she should be insisting she was making them even. Well ended up not even and me coming out looking worse than when I came in.

First visit to this spot. I had an appointment. I was welcomed quickly and my pedicure began. BTW the deluxe pedicure is well worth it. Enjoyed the pampering. A little busy this week but we were socially distant. I will use the shop again.

Im in love! This place was overly accommodating. The staff was extremely friendly and pleasant. The prices were reasonable and about the same as most places. Highly recommend them. I live in Gresham and I plan to make the drive again because they are that awesome 😊

I love Anna! She does a picture perfect coffin nail. Its really hard to find someone who can do it, and she does an incredible job!The salon is pretty, busy sometimes and quiet others. Its very clean and modern and everyone is really nice, other patrons are too. I meet the best people here.Love it so much, I drive up from Portland!

Everyone there was very rude and short with me and the other customers. The woman working on my nails cut me THREE times. And continued agitating it after it started bleeding. She barely even apologized. The manicure itself wasnt great either. My nails werent shaped evenly, she got paint all over my skin, and the paint was so uneven. I am definitely never coming back!

I love Annie’s nails! My nails are done my Lena, and she is amazing at what she does. Really takes her time and makes sure I’m always happy. My nails can last more than 4 weeks but I get them done around the 4 week mark because my nails grow out too much. They never chip, and last for so long! Love this place.

Very clean facility and the nail artists are very talented and friendly. Starbucks is right next door for a refreshing beverage while youre getting pampered. Annies Nails is a no brainer.

I love the quality of the work they do here at Annies Nails! They always make sure your happy with the work they do! I would recommend this nail place to anyone! And the employees are great, very family oriented.

It has only been 2 weeks and the gel polish is chipping., which never happens in my regular place.. Lena purposely ended the polish away from my cuticle, right from the beginning, because she said based on what I told her I dont get my nails done enough. Look at Lillyas review with pictures of the polish way away from her cuticle- I think that looks bad. I was charged $10 more than my usual place, and instead of taking 45 minutes max, it took one and a half hours for gel nails. She was correcting the nail tech next to her for doing the steps wrong for a powder polish for someone else. She told me I should do a powder polish like she does(Lena) but I looked at her nails and they looked faded- not what I want. Will never go back

A girl who came in after me threatened to go elsewhere so they helped her first even though I had made an appointment for me and my sister. One lady ended up literally doing mine and my sisters nails at the same time and our sets were not well done and broke within the week. Would not recommend to anyone who is used to paying for quality.

They can paint nails fine but I feel like the customer service is bad every time I try and come here...I’m not sure if it’s just because I haven’t been able to understand anyone that has painted my nails or what but I always end up getting charged for something different than I asked because I can’t understand them or they can’t understand me. Last time I will go here. Sick of being over charged for the wrong thing...

They always have a chair available and they have TONS of awesome gel polish choices. Always a good problem when you can’t pick just one! My favorite nail salon in Vancouver!

I’ve been coming here every few months but the lady this time was SUPER rude. Muttering rude things (like oh gosh) when she picked up the wrong color that I wanted and had to switch colors (which took 2 seconds) and just being very tense with me. Makes me not wanna come back here, sadly.

Jackie was the best. Very congenial and soft heart too. My pedicure was gr8 & the prettiest pink color too.

We saw Tracy to have solar nails. She did a great job. We definitely will be back.

Wouldnt know about the nails but I definitely cant read cursive and thought this was an ANGELS nails (Im a loyal christian) not Annies nails, Turns out they wont feed me bbq pork while I get my mani, so I turned down their services. Nice staff though!Anyways I figured is leave this review so that nobody else ever gets met with the despairing feeling that I have from my empty bbq porkless stomach. Anyways Im gonna go lather some bacon up with some cocoa butter and lay it on my eyelids for moisture. Overall 3/5 strips of bacon from this guy.

I regularly get acrylics and my normal person couldn’t do them in time before my business trip so I went to Annie’s. They were rough on my nails and did a sloppy job. Two days later, the day I left for my trip, 3 nails were already breaking/chipping, the nail polish was wearing off and there was residue from the last color I had around the edges of my nails. It looked like I hadn’t had my nails done in 3 weeks. When I came back after my trip, they argued about fixing anything and blamed it on me. I’m not ever the kind of person to make a fuss but I was very disappointed at how they handled the situation. I won’t be coming back.

I am really disappointed in the service I received. The entire process was rushed because they had a party to go to. I even called ahead to see if the had time and was told yes. I had nails put on and they look horrible to the point I will be taking them off they are so embarrassing. Two different nail techs cut my fingers deep with no apology. I have gone to Annie’s Nails several times but this was it for me. I paid $90.00 for a crappy job.

I had a mani pedi and eyebrow wax done here before my wedding this year and it was great. Very clean and bright with nice technicians. My manicure lasted over a week (I think even 2). Ive been back one other time for a walk-in eyebrow wax and the wait was short. Plus, I was about 34 weeks pregnant and she brought a chair in for me so I didnt have to lie down. Classy place.

I have gone before and it was okay but this time as soon as I sat down the lady was on her phone no interaction and when she was doing my nails she actually yelled at me because I couldnt understand her. Im not happy about this and I will not be going again. They rush and try to get it done fast and it shows. Sloppy work and Im not pleased at all. If Im paying I should not be yelled at and should get my moneys worth out of it

I have been going here on and off for about 9 months and wont be returning. Honestly, they rush you in and rush you out. Paint is not smooth, its bumpy because they are going too fast. You dont get the services you are paying for, hand and foot massages are so fast you cant enjoy them so why do it at all. The last time I was in (May) I had my nails done before our family vacation and the shellac paint lifted with in 3 days. I went in, she fixed it but then nails on my opposite hand started to lift the day after she fixed the others. I have had my nails done this way enough to know the steps of what is put on and commented that she missed a step and she convinced me she didnt. Her hands were dirty and nails were jagged. So I tried to brush it off. I went back recently after several months and again I was rushed and got lumpy and bumpy. Just overall disappointed. I have tried to let little things go but its enough now. I dont like writing negative reviews but felt I needed to share. The people there are friendly and nice but when I go into these places I would like quality and time to relax and enjoy the services I am paying for, and frankly here I cant.
