The people are somewhat friendly. They work efficiently and theyre good at what they do. The prices are reasonable and the location is clean. They tried to upsell me about four times and werent happy I didnt bite but I was happy with my nails in the end

Ive been looking for a good pedicure and I found it! Amy was amazing. She took the time to patiently work with my abnormal toenails. My big toenails are only partially attached to the nail bed and Ive only found a few people or salons capable of helping, but this is THE place in Vancouver area. My toes feel better than they have in well over 2 years. Ill be coming back for sure.

The place is clean and well organized. Nails are pretty uneven and thick. Maybe it was a bad day, Ill go back 1 more time and see if they are better.

They always do a good job on my pedicures, some times better than others, but when my 16 yr old daughter goes in with me they seem to rush her pedicure & not take as much care with her. She went in there by herself one day & she got excellent service. Not sure why.

Came in without an appointment, and they welcomed me in, had me wash my hands before anything, and then got started. I am so happy with my deluxe pedicure, and my full set.

I had a gel manipedi. They did a nice job. When I wanted to pay with my debit card the owner asked me to pay with cash and directed me to the ATM machine inside the salon. No receipt from the salon. That psrt was weird and I probably wont come back because of the weird payment practices here.

Went here to get a fill. Had a nail that broke off and the lady who did them doesn’t know how to do longer acrylics. I had to teach her how to cut and file the nails. She made me file all my nails myself and then when putting on the new nail she was filing so hard she caught my nail on the file twice and ended up ripping up my nail. I was bleeding on the counter and crying at this point. The acrylic nail wasn’t attached anymore and instead of doing a new one she hit it with nail glue which burned my bleeding nail to the point it hurt so bad my hand was shaking and numb with the pain. At this point I’m just crying and want to leave so bad. I let her paint them and went to leave. The acrylics are bumpy and not filed evenly on top and the nail is holding on to my nail bed with superglue. Paid full price with the “discount” of not paying for the nail they had to fix cause they ripped it up... worst experience of my life.UPDATE: Lost the nail all the way up. It’ll take months to grow back..😭

I have been bouncing around to different nail salons trying to find a place that does a decent job, I finally found the place! I got the best manicure I’ve gotten in a long time. I had a male technician and he was fabulous. Paid attention to detail and so friendly. I will be coming back.

I did not catch the gentleman’s name that gave me my manicure last night but I have to tell you he was amazing I called 20 minutes before they close hoping to you get a manicure and he said yes he was so nice I had the best manicure I ever had my nails look amazing the length I wanted the shape I wanted the color I wanted and he was so gentle not Rough I was so relaxed . As a distance runner my feet take a lot of beating and as a man I dont really know anything about self care outside maybe a soak or some lotion.I always thought the idea of someone else touching my feet as weird and never would have imagined I would ever stopped in for a pedicure but I finally did.I was friendly greeted and seated immediately with an offer of something to drink while I looked through menu.Seats were comfortable and I do have to admit that I rather enjoyed my pedicure and will definitely be back again to pamper my poor runners feet!

I came here to get my nails done for my wedding, when I told them why I was here they had their best gel nail tech come and do my french tips. I love Diamond Nails!!! The entire staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I have had several nail artists work on my acrylic nails and they do a great job every time. Pedicures are great as well! They recently had a remodel and the salon is beautiful and always very clean. They have a beverage menu as well!I always see sanitation practices being followed carefully which is very important to me. Please make an appointment!! You will love them!

They are fully equipped for covid and working well. My experience was excellent. My only complaint was they requested cash only or the atm around the corner but waited until the end to say so.

I received a gift certificate for my birthday. Ive never been here and I rarely get my nails done. I went in yesterday, (4/19/2013) and they were terrific! Tina was working her magic on my nails and we chatted. She seemed quiet at first but she seemed more outgoing by the end. The other employees were very nice, chiming in on our conversation. Pretty soon we were all laughing and just having a good time. My nails look awesome, their prices are normal, and the service was wonderful. I highly recommend Diamond Nails.

I was surprised they were open on Labor Day but was happy they were! I got a beautiful full set nails and they were willing to stay late if I wanted a pedicure but I wanted them to enjoy being off work. But seriously... They were extremely accommodating!

Ive been going here for several years, they had been great, but 3 days ago I went to get a pedicure, after I got home I noticed the cuticles had not had anything done with them, I had clipped my nail but they were crooked before I came, she did not clip or file, the French manicure is so sloppy .. First time there and was so disappointed. First off the tech put solar powder on without even asking me what I wanted. I asked for square and got oval square. After gluing on the nails she said I had to purchase the nail file kit. She said they only had gel nail polish when they hid the other nail polish in the back of the salon. So I had to pay $5more. Then after my nails were painted she realized she didnt get my cuticles good so she started picking at that. I had to tell her the lengths were uneven on a couple nails. Also she didnt spread the powder evenly so I have dips working there nails. The powder is also thick at the base of the nail on some. Im looking into somewhere else to get my filling and will not be going back

They did an amazing job. I went in there with some pretty interesting nails that i had done at another nail salon approximately 2 weeks ago. They took the time to listen to everything i HATED about my previous manicure and made sure that every detail was perfect. Im loving my manny and pedi. Definitely going to be a making this a regular appointment for me.

I will only go to Diamond Nails. Ive been going here off and on for 3 years. Tina and Lana are amazing. Ive referred several friends and coworkers, the only complaint is how busy they get. I call about an hour or two before i go and its never a problem. Super friendly and welcoming staff. The one time i was unhappy with the shape of my nails, i went back and asked for someone else ( i think the lady was newer), i was welcomed back with no attitude or awkwardness. I usually bring in pictures off pinterest to copy and always get good results.

I really tried to give this place a chance. I was visiting from out of town and tried out this place since it was close to where I was staying. The first time I went to get my nails done the lady who started my nails was trying to clip off the dip and sliced my nail in two and it started to bleed. I broke a nail and came back to have the nail repaired and the lady did not match the other nails in length or shape, but I let it go it was one nail. Then within the next couple days I broke three more nails. I’ll admit I’m clumsy but I’ve never broke four nails within a week of having them done. When I went to get the other nails fixed she nicked my actual finger drawing a little blood.However, they were very friendly and had great customer service and it’s a nice salon.Wouldn’t recommend based of service between having my nail clipped in half and breaking four nails.

I paid for medium length nails, only 3 or 4 or my nails were medium length and the rest were all short, but I was still charged medium. None of the nails were even close to the same length. The nail polish was bubbly and missing in some spots. I noticed when I got home and spent an hour trying to fix it. She also kept checking her phone. I do no recommend and Im never going back.

My husband and I got pedicures, and I got my nails done. The staff was nice, the equipment was clean, the owner was awesome, she offered us drinks (water, soda, tea) for free. It was my husbands first pedicure and he loved it! The prices were reasonable, and my nails / toes turned out wonderful!

The lady completely messed up the dipping powder she was doing to my nails. It’s uneven there are waves in all my nails. Some random white spot on my thumb. She kept burning me. Sooo disappointed. Don’t ever go here for dipping powder. Biggest mistake ever.

Dont even bother with this place! I came in today with a gift certificate that I had found in a drawer with NO expiration date on it! When I took it in they said that after one year it expires and that they wouldnt take it! I couldnt believe it 20 dollars wasted. Its not a place that I would refer people too and I would never return!!

Went in with my mother to get my daughter her first mani/pedi at 2. Immediately they told us they can only polish her, no mani or pedi for her. If that’s their policy that was fine. We chose to get her polished.So we started our pedicures and the cocktails were nice. They were patient with my daughter sitting in my lap and the overall ambience was nice. We opted for one of the deluxe pedicures and it felt a bit rushed. My calluses were barely tended to on my heels. And the polish job is less than perfect. We also got our nails polished and it leaves something to be desired. My daughter only got her nails/toes polished and less than 4hrs after getting it done has about 3 fingers with absolutely no polish left on them even while we had made sure they were dry before we left.

Wonderful folks and atmosphere. Relaxing! Lots of choices for pedicures, all great. Highly recommend!

I have always loved this place, but today I was not impressed. My pedi was okay, the mani was horrible. I had the dip applied to my nails 3 weeks ago and it took her over an hour to get it off and scuffed my skin behind the cuticle on 4 of my nails. And everyone knows how bad that hurts. Then I was charged for a complete manicure that I didn’t get as well as being asked to use cash or the atm, I will not being going back.

Definitely would not recommend!! I called ahead to check the price of an acrylic fill and was told $17. When I got there she said $20 cause apparently pink powder is solar, which is partially true, but theres also pink acrylic powder which is what I asked for. I didnt feel like arguing so I just went along with it. Then I was told it was going to be $23 if I wanted it to cover the whole nail, which is what theyre supposed to do anyway. I get that its only a $6 difference and Im not even mad about the money, Im frustrated that I was not given a straightforward price to begin with. In addition both ladies I spoke with were very rude and very short with me. My nails were also extremely crooked, and I had to fix them myself when I got home. I gave her $20 and I dont even feel like these nails are worth $20.

I have gone to Diamond Nails off and on for quite some time. Each time I go the staff is very friendly. I agree with some other posts, that they do try to up sell all of their services. There have been a couple of times that I felt very rushed, and the end result said the same. I think that they may be a little overpriced, but Ive not been to other salons to compare. Overall the experience is good. Yes, Ill go back, but I dont visit regularly.

Worst pedi ever! She did not clip my nails, they are uneven in length and the French is uneven. Totally ugly! The hot towels were cold! Really frustrating. Going to my usual place to get them fixed. Customer service rating ZERO!

Horrible. Lady took an hour and a half to do an acrylic set. She stabbed my cuticles with her fingernail multiple times. The drill got outta control and hurt my hand. Didnt do the ombre design right, and was way overpriced.

I was not happy with my visit at all. Putting one star because it wont let me leave it without a star.I went in asking for LONG coffin shaped ombré nails.. Not a crazy lenth, but not short. The lady that did my nails said she couldnt do them long because if I hit it on something it would break. I wasnt even wanting them that long.Well, so she gets finished and they look awful. They are not ombré they just look like one color on top of another. And she realized it and offered to pain over it with a color.So now the look, style, and lenth was not correct.So she paints over it with a color I picked and loved and hoped this will make it better. The paint job was AWFUL. you could see the polish streaks and a ton of bubbles. And by that time my nails looked ROUND. so thats 2 times that I had them done.So a few hours later I went back and I was created rudely saying next time I should have asked for them longer. When I DID. I understand there is a language barrier but when I say several times thats not correct, it is NOT correct.So I tell them again I want them longer, and guess what. I leave again will my nails short. And not to mention, my thumbs are completely messed up. So, no. I am not happy about my visit. I paid $45 and I want my money back. After 3 visit and they are still messed up? This is RIDICULOUS.

I went yesterday what was December 27th and i got gel acrylic nails and when they did my nails they did not fill in my whole nail because I still can see my nails on the side and top very upset about it I like diamond nails a lot just not this time 😑😠
