I went here for the first time today. Called ahead and made sure they had time for me, for a dip and a brow wax. The salon is immaculate and beautiful. I was the only person there when I first arrived, but there were three others when I left. That being said, my esthetician took her time to actually give me great service. I have a tremor and she still managed to make my nails look immaculate. Prices are comparable to everywhere in the area. I will be back and 100% recommend .

I took my mom here for her 60th birthday. She has neuropathy and has a hard time with anyone touching her feet. But they were awesome! They didn’t touch the tops of her feet and respected our wishes with what to do. They were all very nice, respectful and pleasant to talk to. I will be back. Oh the facility was very clean!

Me and my daughter went to get our nails done. All the nail polish we had to chose from were almost empty and old. It didnt dry right and I couldve done it better at home. Was very hot and ignored needs for water. They finally brought a child sized water after 30 minutes of asking. My nails looked so bad so had they had to re-do a couple of them they seemed more annoyed then I was paying over $100

One of the nail techs cut me several times on two of my fingers where it wouldn’t stop bleeding. Most painful experience ever at a nail shop!

Best Mens Pedicure in the area !Ha has fantastic hands when giving lower leg and foot massage.Definitely going to be my regular Pedicure place !

I had much back pain but now it doesn’t hurt as much.The customer service was professional and work high quality.When I made the appointment—as soon as I walked in—they were ready for me.Everyone was clean and were wearing masks.5 stars! Great atmosphere, amazing prices, fun and friendly staff

I came to this place with very high hopes after many recommendations.I asked for a dark ombré with glitter on top and a moon design. She first started with a black powder all over then proceeded with glitter on top. It was looking awful and patchy so she told me I can either take them off or put a dark color to cover the mess. Which was not what I wanted I Just wanted an ombré. I wish she would have been more honest with customers and say she couldn’t do the design. THE WORST!!! I don’t recommend at all

Not good. My daughter came in with 1 short broken nail... without asking the lady cut them all to match. Way too short! Also not to edge and bumpy and left extra shellac on thumb. When asked to fix this, she refused.

Awful. Totally ruined my nails. Did not listen to what I wanted. Do not go here. Never coming back.

I previously posted a great review. The first time I went I loved my nails but noticed that a few days later my nails were cracked. I thought maybe I was just being rough and cracked them. So I went back. But just 4 days later again i noticed they were cracked. So I went in and was told they only guarantee dip powder for 3 days. I couldnt believe it. They could clearly see that my nails were cracked. Not chipped but cracked along the middle of my nails. Not just one but 8 of the 10. They didnt even bother to look at them. I really liked them but unfortunately they lost a good customer. I have taken my business elsewhere

I went in for a powder dip manicure. The tech didn’t seem to understand the process and kept asking the manager questions. She ended up cutting me with the nail file. She didn’t do the dip correctly and the very next day it started chipping. A $50 manicure that didn’t last a day. 3 days later and I have multiple chipped nails. Horrible job and I will not be returning.

She’s gone to a bunch of places, but they have earned our business going forward. Every time they’ve nailed it. The options seem endless and they really go out of the way for special situations. No other shop has compared. Thanks for such great work.

After looking all over Vancouver for a decent place for acrylic nails, this is the first place I have been where they were precise, gentle, and friendly! Usually after a visit to a nail salon, my nail beds hurt and I get cut by the files at least once. Here the staff are so nice and my nails are perfect!

Started going here because another nail salon I used to go to irritated me. Quiz does my nails and she’s amazing. The entire staff is kind and the place is really clean (thank God!). They also have a rewards program, to thank you for giving them your business. Definitely must try!

This place was a nightmare. I had a previous experience getting a pedicure here and it was fine. But today the nail tech cut me and I had to tell her to stop because my toe was bleeding. She ignored me and put super glue on the wound and tried put my foot back in the water. I refused, since I was no longer comfortable with her proceeding with the pedicure, she got mad and just walked away to do someone elses nails. I was left just sitting there, I finally had to tell one of the other nail techs that this wasnt okay and that Id just leave. I never got an apology even though I was left bleeding. I would give this place zero stars, I wasnt going to pay someone to butcher my feet. They shouldnt treat customers this way.

My first experience at Pamper Nails was very pleasant. My nail technician Kim was very nice and was not so rough in doing my pedicure and manicure, so I felt so comfortable being there. The place is clean and not so cluttered. So I would really recommend this place to my friends. I am surely to be back to see Kim. I am glad that I stopped by this place on Wed 5/23/18.

Went in with my sister, mother and 4 year old and we all got our nails done. The women who worked there were friendly and funny. It was a great experience for all. The place was very clean which was pleasant. Definitely going back

I called in on my birthday to see if there were any same day openings as my other salon cancelled my appointment last minute and they squeezed me in. Everyone was so nice and they did an AMAZING job. I was still there when they closed at 7 and never felt like I was being rushed, took her time and did an incredible job. The salon was quiet and calm and I loved the vibe. Such an awesome place full of nice talented ladies. I got exactly what I wanted. I was nervous about trying a new place since I havent had my nails done since I moved away from the salon I was a regular at for 2 years but they totally nailed it. Ill be back for sure! Worse experience I’ve had. I thought it was going to be a good place to go and get my nails done because of the ratings I saw on the internet and some reviews were great. But I’m guessing that those employees that got the good reviews were not working that day because honestly the girls that were there had no personality very dry tried making a conversation to let her know exactly what I was looking for but she just kept cutting me off. Also she kept on burning me the whole time after I told her she was hurting me and did not care an let’s not say the least the end result was awful it was not the right shape some were more pointy then others I showed her a picture of I asked for almond shape also she left them so bulky big it looked like I had gone to the store and bought some press ons. Overall I was not a happy camper so no I will never go back to this place i literally I wasted my money. So upsetting!......

Went in right after quarantine was lifted. Good practices, nice staff, just got a pedicure and was expensive.

Used to come here before and decided to come back to get a pedicure by looking at their good reviews. Salon is seem clean. So I decided to treat myself a deluxe pedicure with shellac. However, at my point my cuticles didnt get to clean good enough and I felt my deluxe pedi/shellac wasnt last more than 45mins. Another, there was 5 people working there but so far I only saw three licenses on their wall...??? Unprofessional! Wouldnt recommend !!!

Angel is the sweetest nail tech Ive ever gone to. I was referred by my sister and wont go anywhere else!

I am a mom to a 3.5yo and to a 3 week old and thought Id spend some (hard to come by) time and money on myself to boost the confidence and get some good for the mental health me time in. BIG MISTAKE going here. I would give zero stars if I could. First of all, when I walked in the employees were all on their phones. The sign for services and prices was very small and hard to read. When I picked out my color I sat across from the manicurist who didnt say a single word to me the entire time. Never offered additional services, a glass of water, or even extended a how is your day going? Okay, thats fine. No small talk is okay with me. But then after she quickly filed my nails did spend some time removing skin around my nails and cuticles. Then she very quickly painted my nails. Stood up and said now sit and let them dry for about 15 to 20 minutes. Umm... okay Ill sit here staring at a wall or the tv that is placed on the wall that has no sound and is left on the menu option on YouTube with nothing playing and offered no sound when it was playing before. Once the employee left me to sit and let my quickly painted nails dry, she joined the other 2 employees who were also on their phones the entire time. During my non relaxing or enjoyable drying period my thumb nail got messed up so I told the employee, she offered to fix it. Thankfully. But in between costs she was on her phone ever second she could fit in. And once it was finished, she resumed to the front couches to join the other employees who sat around on their phone the remainder of the time I was there. So, I thought to myself, hmm this place must require upgrade to deluxe manicure if you want a massage or lotion or cuticle oil used.... and I tipped the lady fairly generously considering the lack of work she did. And I went on my way. Got to my car and cried. Because I just spent hard earned and hard to come by money on myself for a service I could have performed myself. And I would have only been away from my babies for 30 mins max and could have used that money on diapers for our newborn. So, I got upset, called the place, as I had already left. I asked how much a standard manicure was and if you get critical oil, lotion, and massage? She said yes you do. So I told her I was just in there and didnt receive any of that. She said, yes I was the manicurist who did your nails and I did all that. I said, no you did not. She argued that she put lotion on me and massaged while I was watching t.v with no sound. ... I am a mom to a 3 week old, if I got a massage of ANY magnitude, I would have been thankful and in heaven. I argued, no maam you did not. That is a lie to keep saying you did. She then offered a completely awkward redo if I came back and wasted more time sitting awkwardly in front of someone who cared less about my experience with her service. I dont have time for that I told her and I also let her know the service she provided was not quality. I hope she considers this for her next client and that we dont have time to go back for quality standard service.

Moved from colorado a few months ago an needed a new place to get nails done and this place did an absoutley amazing job on my mani and pedi. Gorgeous nails and colors. Both ladies helped me and chatted with me the whole time. Best customer service and nail experience I have ever had!! Highly highly recommend.
