Been coming here for 3 years now and they will always be my favorite place to go to get my pedicure done ✨ They are amazing, super friendly and definitely makes you feel comfortable!Also my toes and feet are always on point! Honestly best place I’ve tried since I moving back from California 🙌🏽

I had a such a wonderful experience at Reflection Nail. The service was wonderful and the staff also. I did dipping powder for my nails and gel pedi. They have lots of color for dipping. Im 3 weeks out and both are still in perfect condition!!! Will definitely come back here.

Very bad pedicure. I stopped going here 2 years ago because of poor appt scheduling by the owner.Decided to give them a try again. New owner very nice, but nail technician did a really bad job on cleaning and trimming the nails..They did allow me to come back but I have decided to move on again.

UPDATE- ALL MY NAILS ON LEFT HAND POPPED OFF ONLY 10 DAYS AFTER MY APPT.This picture is only 9 days after I had my nails done. The shape is inconsistent and my nails are not smooth. They were booked all day and I understand things are crazy due to Covid but she rushed through my nails and I didn’t get what I wanted. I went out of town so I could not go back to have them fixed. Super disappointed with how they held up, nails should not look like this at barely more than a week later. I had a couple pop off already and had to glue them back on. I was charged $48 and feel like they should have been better quality, wish I could get my money back.

Always a great experience. The owner treats everyone like a dear friend. They are taking extra precautions to protect their customers during phase 2 of reopening. Really grateful to have such a wonderful place to get pampered!

This is the best nail salon Ive ever been to. I will never go anywhere else. It is the cheapest place which is always positive for anyone. Just for gel shellac on my tips cost me $25. I also got my eyebrows waxed and it only came to $36. You can not beat that

Every nail ended up super wonky and I had to file more at home. They’re all super nice but the work wasn’t great. Still tipped 30% because she was nice.

Annie is awesome! My goodness what a great pedicure. Of course I was long overdue! Great experience, loved the leg/foot massage with the oils...rocks cool stuff! Over a week later and my nails still.look great! Thank you Annie, see ya again soon!

Annie always gets my nails done just the way I want with lots of attention to detail and never hurried not to mention the prices are very reasonable. They even offer lovely refreshments!

I hadnt had a pedicure in about a year. I had some mild calluses and needed cuticles cleaned up. Did an ok job but not good enough to make me want to return even though the location is convenient for me. Cuticles didnt look good, calluses are virtually untouched and I had to ask for clear polish. Almost 2 weeks later the polish still shines but thats not quite enough to bring me back in.

This is my second time coming to this location and Phillip helped me this time. Can I say WOW!!!!I have been in the Vancouver area for around 6 1/2 years and have yet to find my nail salon... but he won me over today. I have a condition we’re my nails will grow to the side slightly and honestly it’s embarrassing having to explain this to a new nail tech because you get the I know how to do my job look and they still mess it up.I walked in and told him what I would like and he smiled and said okay. To my surprise my nails were straight short and very natural looking just how I asked. He was very polite and friendly. Great music and very fun chill vibes.... see you in a couple weeks😊

Annie is simply the best, and a perfectionist, and she expects nothing less from her employees so no worries who does your nails!! Beautiful salon, top of the line equipment and the best color choices!! If you want fun nails or a special design- there is no better place in the area!!

Ive been getting pedicures for several years now and have had them in several states. This is by far the best service Ive had. Glad to have found this place.

This place did a terrible job on my pedicure. The lady I had was not very nice, did not hardly touch my feet at all. Then I had a different lady do just the painting of my toenails while the 1st lady walked off and started someone elses pedicure and the 2nd lady had no clue how to paint toenails. She made a mess on all my toes and a 3rd lady had to come over and try and fix the mess. They hardly touch your legs, although my friend who was with me had a lady, who looked like the owner, do a great job massaging her legs and her toenails looked 10 times better. The lowest price of their pedicures start at $30 which they hardly do anything for that price. I will not go back to this establishment. I took a photo of my toes to show but Im not sure how to post the photo on here.

I only go here to get my nails done. Annie is so friendly but all of the staff is really good. My husband even goes here for pedicures! He has an ingrown toenail and Annie fixes him up every time. If he were to got to a podiatrist they would just remove the nail of both his big toes, glad Annie helps him instead.

Nail fill is overpriced, 35 dollars. Either that or she charged me more. Also a week later my pinky nail fell off and I went home and fixed the filling job because a lot of my natural nail was showing

This place is amazing! The owner Annie is Wonderful. She stayed 45 minutes late last night to do a pink/white backfill. My nails have never looked so perfect. They most definitely have World’s Class Customer Service. Feeling Thankful!

They rushed through the entire pedicure and spent the whole time trying to sell us other services. Also, their waxing room door was open and we could see someone getting waxed while we were getting a pedicure. I felt sorry for the lady who was in there. Its a very pretty space, but the people who work there ruin it!!

I have been to this salon a few times one time not so great of experience but today I scheduled appointment with Annie she did an AMAZING JOB such a great massage and so friendly. Even more important she used new files and opened an autoclave pack with my instruments in them letting me know they are sterile! My feet look SO BEAUTIFUL THANK YOU ANNIE I will see you soon!

This establishment has literally saved me thousands of dollars in podiatrist bills! I am a male client who gets a pedicure twice a month to help regulate ingrown toenails. They have saved me from pain and discomfort! Reasonable pricing, excellent service, massage chairs and free bottles of water!

This is my nail place now. Great prices, great customer service, and they do a fantastic job, no matter who you see. I get both, my pedicures and nails done here. Have done gel and dip on nails.

They take off my Acrylic Nails like a boss! The guy who did my toenails was a pro. The hot coals are the best. Theyre super gentle with your feet and hands. The people are so nice and caring. There may be some construction around the place but thats because they are doing new pavement on the road. The people just seem like your best friend. You can talk to them about anything and they will listen. Love this place so so so so so so so so so so so much!

LOVE this salon!!! They are so awesome and genuinely caring. They have a ton of great services besides nails and pedicures. Annie rocks! The entire staff is very knowledgeable. You just cant beat their prices and we always have a great time while there and leave very happy.

I have literally never had my nails done so perfect in my life and Ive been to a LOT of salons. This man was so careful, and as I watched, their entire team is so skilled. They are professional, they are a quiet little spot, and HIGHLY, HIGHLY skilled. He even got it done in 50 minutes with rhinestones and all. Ive never had that take less than an hour. Thoroughly impressed.

Two of us went..paid for same pedicure..two completely different experiences. One of us ended up with two infected toes. Wont be back!

I am currently getting a pedicure & it feels AMAZING! I actually got a real leg/foot massage and it lasted a while, which is hard to find. I have been dedicated to another place for years now & I truly feel that they are giving them a run for their money (pedicure wise, havent had my nails done yet, but will soon) Annie is doing my pedicure & I love the end results. My toes look bomb! They were very welcoming and sweet. I was greeted and seated as soon as I walked in. Best part, Annie called me girlfriend anytime she asked me a question LOL & they offer mimosas. Very nice, quiet, clean location. Came here with my mom and sister for pedicures together, and they took good care of all of us. They were able to help walkins as well, because they managed their time well, but made sure that we were helped first because we had appointments.They have pedicure chairs for up to 8 people at once, and 5 or 6 nail stations, plus a private waxing room. Very nice, wed definitely come back.

Id visited once before and given the high rating, couldnt recall why Id never returned. I gave Reflection a second try last Saturday and wont be back. The service was not friendly, and less so once Id chosen the basic pedicure. In the middle of the pedicure, another customer came in complaining about three nails having come off within a few days. Rather than helping her then, they told her to come back the next day.I also got a gel manicure which was light on the manicure, and many of gel colors on the swatches were no longer available. The color I ended up with has already begun to chip--four days later. My cuticles were also sore immediately afterward since the tech used a nail file to break polish away from my fingers after the gel had set.Overall, there are places in Vancouver with better service and comparable pricing.

Love these ladies! They go above and beyond. I had a very specific need for an event and they did such an amazing job. I ruined my paint job and went in for an emergency repolish. They did another great job! This army mom thanks you ladies for giving me the perfect army nails to go see my soldier! Thank you for all of your hard work.

The spa portion of the pedicure was good- great products and service, the polish was old and didnt apply well. The top coat was only over about half the polish so it looks meh.

Annie the owner is a real fun loving sweetheart. Always get treated well and she makes an appoint to know and call you by name, I like this. Always an offer of tea,coffee,mimosa or a glass of wine. Enjoy my time there.

This place is amazing. Its so easy to relax here. I was offered wine or a mimosas. Nail techs are very nice and pleasant conversations. I would highly recommend to everyone to go here.

Staff were kind, customers seemed happy. Nail technician tried to upsell a few times. They disinfect the basin after each customer. If you use a debit or credit card, they charge $1 surcharge which used to be against Visa/MC policy years ago.

The shop is nice enough but they nickel and dime you for everything. They charge for your file, heel scrubber and toe separaters. Also charge for using a credit card. Most customers (I would think) just want to know the bottom line and not all the charges of getting there. I think this shop has lost a customer.

No where else does my gel nails last longer than it does here! The place is really relaxing & everyone is super friendly & inviting. I will definitely be returning here.

Great place

Went in an the place was dead. I asked for a full set of acrylics and was immediately seated, which was amazing. They offered me drinks and we had light conversation. As soon as the man sat down to do my nails, all talking stopped. It was silent in the whole salon. I asked for medium length oval nails in a dark red, what I got was short stubby flaming red nails. They also charged me $40 which is a lot for the crappy service I got. Won’t be going back there again to drop $40 on nails I didn’t ask for.

This place is Awesome! The staff is super friendly, they offer mimosas ( and other beverages), the salon is clean and Steven did an amazing job on my pedi and full set of nails. Definitely coming back!

Nice enough people. Poor color selection for Shellac gels. Misquoted the price over the phone. Last 2 times I went there, the shellac nails came off easily prior to the 2 weeks. One fell off literally the next day. I complained, but the owner didn’t offer to do anything. Very disappointing.

Had an appt at 9:30 on a Saturday when they open. I arrived on time and the place had people a ready getting pedis and nails done.Was told I had to wait 20 minutes. After 30 minutes I got up and left.Your not the only gig in town Annie! I now go to another where they not only do a great job but make clients feel welcome!

The staff here are always so kind. I have difficulty with ingrown toe nails and they are gentle and persistent. Just started getting manicures and acrylic nails. Annie was patient and answered my questions.

I actually came here because of the good reviews, my salon was booked and Ineeded a nail fixed. The lady didnt repair my nail correctly and worst fill Ive ever had. The nail broke off and when I returned to get it fixed they couldnt find the color. I said we will need to paint a different color and the owner said no. It wasnt my fault they didnt have the color. Wont be back. Rude.

The owner knows your name after just a couple visits, they dont often have conversations in their language- which I really appreciate!! They do a very good job!! 😁😁😁

Out of 3 experiences, 2 being getting acrylic nails, the second one being the cause of this review- on this experience the lady glued the under part of my nails to the skin so taking off the nails has been more painful than usual as they are glued to my skin. And she made the nails themselves longer because she had placed them too far back on my real nail. I don’t remmever her name I just remember her sitting in the far back left corner. I will be getting my nails done elsewhere after this third experience. Plus they take the old nails off in a very weird way than I’m used to.

I have never had an issue having my eyebrows waxed. Ive always popped into places near wherever Im at to have them done, and have had wax and nails done at Reflections many times because they are close. The evening before I had court I stopped in to get my eyebrows done and she waxed one of my eyebrows almost half way. She never said anything, let me pay full price, tip, and leave without saying a word. I had to draw in my eyebrow for a minth and it grew back shaggy 🙁😠

Friendly people, reasonable prices, free beverages, large-screen television and brow waxes are only $10! What more can you ask for?

Im very disappointed with the way my nails turned out. My nails are now uneven and the paint is covered with dust specks. This was probably the worst shellac manicure Ive ever had. I wouldnt recommend this salon.
