I made an appointment for an estimator visit my house to quote some exterior work. Estimator never showed up and nobody answered the phone when I called to check on ETA. I called again the next week to give them a second chance and reschedule. Again, estimator did not show up and nobody answered the phone. When rescheduling, the man I talked to started to blame me for the missed appointment. That was weird.Thanks anyway...

Hired them for hardi plank siding and small area of versetta stone. they cut corners and didnt do the job we were promised.six weeks of problems.finally chased them off.do not want them back.better off taking a loss and pay someone else to finish the job.I think if a person says they will do a job, they should know how to do it.homeowner beware of this company not just the stone, didnt do the job right.just ordered new screen door through lowes and they came and measured it.front doorway is no longer square and has to be reframed in order to get the screen door to fit.we tried for six weeks to get someone from the office to come out and talk to us,not once did they come out while we were home.mason finally said he would come out the next day after my doctor appointment so we could go over several things,but came while we were at doctor . We called when we got home like we agreed on and he was already there.he said they would caulk around doorway,fix porch light and the rest was the way it was.. said josh was a expert.would not even talk to us about the rest of the house.no j channel around stone,no caulking around stone..window sills not right,sheeting to low in driveway, they installed the sheeting.no flashing where its supposed to be. how can this company get by with this.very unprofessional and shoddy work.WORST contractor we have ever worked with

Buyer beware! First red flag, I dont know of a single reputable business that drums up work by cold calling random people. Second, if theyve habitually violated the federal do not call list for years, as they did when they called me today, youd better believe theyll take that same corner-cutting attitude to the rest of their work.Be sure that if youre on the Do Not Call Registry to file a complaint with the FTC and also the OR/WA Consumer Protection departments in which they currently have a total of 17 complaints filed against them.

Right Turn Construction is a great company to work with. The owner Jeff came into my parent’s house and did a quick inspection of the roof and told us that the builder did not install a drip panel which is causing the side of the roof rot and leak. Therefore the roof needs to be replaced immediately and they will install the drip panel along with the new roof replacement and have 30 years of warranty. The next day owner Mason came in and gave us an estimate that pretty much match up with few other roofing contractors we spoke to but with lower quality roofing materials. I went ahead and proceed with the contract and few days later they came in, finished the roof in one day and cleaned up the area around and told me that another final inspector will come in to do one final inspection. Overall I am very satisfied with the work they did and they are a very easy, honest and competitive pricing company to work with. If I need any additional work done on my parent’s or my own house, they will be the first company I call.

Easiest, smoothest project I have ever had done. Estimator (Mason) came to our house, asked some questions about the deck we wanted then made a sketch for us right there which we approved of. Their architect/draftsman drew up some actual plans. They got the city to sign of on it and in less than 3 weeks we were partying on our new deck exactly as it was sketched! Hire These Guys!!!

I got a glossy flyer hung on my door by these guys and called them. The next day an estimator came out and looked at my roof and gave me an estimate. I dont usually go with the cheapest estimate but Scott (the estimator) knew absolutely every thing about roofs and I got a good feeling about the company so I bought a new roof. The roofing crew leader (foreman?) showed up a couple of days later to order the roofing I think. They came out the next day with a full crew and had my old roof torn off, new roof on and everything completely cleaned up in one day. I was completely amazed after I watched different company take a week to do my neighbors roof. I absolutely LOVE these guys and will use them again and again for other projects as the years pass I am sure!!!!! Keep up the good work.

We recently received a call from Right Turn Construction asking if we were in need of a new roof. We actually are in the process so we said it would be fine to come out and give us a quote. To our surprise they were out later that week as scheduled, even early. The production manager Scott Price was very personable, very prepared and did not oversell just provided the quote and answered a few general questions. We asked for referrals for a chimney professional. He said he would call us the next day as the info was back at his office. He called exactly as he promised. I have read several reviews about this company and I find the complaints to be about cold calling and how unprofessional it is. I would just like to say we welcomed the call and we found no fault in it. I understand peoples need to be concerned with safety and protecting ones privacy. Just remember these people are in a very seasonal, temperamental business and they employee hard working people that rely on consumers to utilize their services. They really have no choice but to seek out business, when was the last time you walked into a construction business when you were ready? Or when was the last time you looked them up in a phone book. Speaking as a woman whos family owned a local business, we relied on referrals and calling people as we saw needs that we knew we could fix. So next time we want to leave a review, I would ask that you keep in mind they are employing someones dad, brother, sister, aunt, mom, dad, grandpa...who rely on keeping business steady. We were impressed and will most likely go with their bid.

First they called about 4 times before I answered. Talked me into giving me a bid on my roof even though I had someone else in mind. They were late for the appointment, without a call. John came out. He did not like that my husband would not be in on the bid. It is a simple one story home. He asked to come into the house to discuss the numbers. My husband was working on some outlits, and said he was busy and just give him a bid and we would get back to him if we had questions. That was 2 days ago. Have not heard a word. They just wanted to give us the high pressure sale. YOU called me I did not call you. And I never will.

They built a deck and a deck cover for me. We had one design problem with our funny roof line that they took care of in about an hour of thinking and drawing. I am so happy that I chose them for this project since no one else that I had out could figure out what to do for the deck roof.

I would feel better about this company if they hadnt called me this morning asking very personal questions about my home. This day in age, when identity theft is rampant and scams are around every corner, I refuse to divulge information to some random person calling my house. The man seemed irritated that I refused to give him detailed information. Sorry but cold calling just isnt the way to drum up business anymore.

Total skeazeballs. Constantly engage in illegal cold calling. Despite what they say, they continue to violate the Nation Do Not Call registry statute. I will now lodge complaints with the FTC, the Oregon Attorney General and the Washington Attorney General, and i will include in those complaints any of this guys typical counter attacks on those who review himTypical response from these people. They apologize and then keep violating the law. You dont need my personal information. You need to stop calling people illegally. You dont use a list provider. You hire people to comb through the phone book, and you never check with the DNC registry. They have the nerve to cold call us, even though we are on the do not call list, then when I finally agree to a free estimate and schedule an appointment THEY DONT SHOW UP! I probably shouldnt be complaining and just be thankful we dodged a bullet on this one!! SMH

Littered our North Portland neighborhood with flyers on every door even after there was a NO SOLICITING sign. When I called and told him I did not appreciate that he got really snarky and rude and argumentative with me. NEVER would I hire a sleazy company like this, let alone anyone who has such poor communication skills!

I notice there are no complaints from actual customers of Right Turn Construction. You would think with the number of years in business that at least one customer would complain if not a good company. These all seem to be people that dont like sales calls and want to punish a good company for their marketing methods and not the actual business or work that they do.

Cold called me looking for work and I gave an appointment. When he, came out to review the scope of work for my roof replacement. I assumed it was going to be a $10K+ job and was preparded to get the work done. Geoff V. did not follow up with a quote and did not return calls. Really odd way to do business. No followup.

Called several times begging for work. I finally agreed to let them do an estimate on a bathroom remodel. The guy took measurements and promised to provide an estimate. This was early August. I have not heard a word from them in spite of calling and asking about the estimate. The promised callback never cameMy advice: AVOID

Wanted repair on an awning and found a man very courteous and offered to put me in touch direct to the awning guy who would take care of me.

I do not like your business practices of continuously calling people who DO NOT request your services and are on the DO NOT CALL list. I understand cold calling, but perhaps you should better vet the numbers you are calling before you do so. I will be reporting your company and your practices to the FTC.

If your looking to get a roof put on your house dont have them do it! They left garbage nails all around the whole house! Not even one year of having this new roof put on the shingless were rotting and they told us it was then end of the production on the shingles that went bad so we had them replaced and now there are even more rotting and falling apart. Its getting to the point were when we call them its a run around not calling back being put on the back burner is not ok!

This company has been warned before about making cold sales calls when I am on the national do not call list. And they know that. But they do not seem to care. Reporting them again. They are really low life people

I got a cold call this morning along with many personal questions. When I asked how this woman got my home #, she stated from the Coles Directory as a homeowner I have been on the Do Not Call Registry since October 2014 but she must have forgot to check the list I guess

I had a very small project done (1 window and 4 inside doors). They told me it would take a day and it did. They cleaned up and it was like they were never there. I plan to use them again with my roof next year.

These creeps just started calling over and over until I finally answered the phone, then got mad at me when I told them off for bothering me. Thats okay, I filed a complaint with the FTC

I wish I would have read the reviews from others before I hired this company. As it stands I would not hire them to put together a cardboard box for me. They lie they exaggerate and they continually blame each other for their shortcomings. Anybody thinking about using this company better read other reviews and make a better decision than I did.
