We have had a fantastic experience with Miller! From the moment I requested a quote from them for remodeling two showers in our home, every person we interacted with - from the initial appointment scheduler all the way through to the installers - has been extremely professional, responsive, and taken the time to understand our needs. Even the salespeople who came out to measure and give us a quote were wonderful and never once tried to pressure us into getting things we didnt want or need! To top it all off, when we were getting close to the installation timeframe and there was an unexpected shift in our plans, the owner was amazingly helpful in getting our showers installed a little sooner than planned. The work quality is great and we are very much enjoying our new soaking tub and shower. Begone with that old discolored fiberglass shower that came with the house! These new showers are so easy to clean and have transformed the look of our bathroom for a very reasonable price. If youre looking for a tile shower, consider this instead. We were thrilled that the installation only took about 5-6 hours per bathroom so our house was able to get back to normal very quickly. Miller will be at the top of our list for any future bathroom remodels.

We just had a walk-in shower installed instead of our tub. Robby and Chandler did an outstanding job! I would recommend this company and these installers if you are in the market.

Miller Home Renovations recently replaced our bathtub/shower, and were very happy with the result! The BathPlanet products are great, they look really high-end and clean up really well. Its honestly the best bath and shower Ive ever used--it feels like a very expensive hotel! And the folks at Miller were great to work with. There was a little hiccup with the installation and it took and extra half-day to finish, but I appreciate that they wanted to make sure everything was done correctly instead of quickly, and it was still much shorter than the 2-4 week installation quoted by traditional tile companies. And there was a technical issue with the financing and the owner dealt with it personally to make sure everything worked out, and he was great to work with, very professional. Id happily hire them again when we re-do our other bathroom.

I had Miller remodel both my master and guest baths. They did it in 4 days. I wouldn’t have believed it if I hadn’t seen it myself. They are like a well-oiled machine. The result is beautiful. The crew was fast, efficient, and responsive when I made changes to scope of work. Time will tell if it holds up and looks as beautiful in the next few years as it does now. For now, I’m very pleased with how both bathrooms turned out. Another thing I liked about them was the fact that they had the fixtures their company offered all in one place. In other words, when the design was coming together they brought samples and photos to my home. That wouldn’t work, I guess, for some people. But for me I loved not having to run all over Portland picking out tile, flooring, fixtures, bathtub style.

My mother in law used Miller Home Renovations to have her shower installed. My husband is a general contractor and his schedule was way too full for the time frame she wanted it done in so she went with Miller. They came and installed the shower and the coloring was wrong! It wasnt what she ordered. They used 3 different colors of calking. She called them back out a week after they were done because the calking was already coming off. The kid came put and used yet another different color calking. When they did the install, the plywood in the wall was bowed and not flush, my husband pointed it out. They blamed the plumber who replaced the pipes, but he never worked on that side. They didnt finish the job the frame around the window wasnt done. They sent over the kit and told us to do it ourselves. The whole thing broke. The material for the shower and window was so cheaply made. I would never recommend this company to our friends or family. They charged her $8000 it was not worth that at all.

So far a very nice experience working with both the contact people in their office and the salesman that came to our home. The company was very quick to respond to our request for an estimate. The salesman that came to look over our job was very professional and easy to talk with.

THESE FOLKS. Let me tell you what. Punctual, very friendly, sensitive to pandemic safety issues, professional, and those were just the first 5 minutes. The workmanship was astounding - the final product makes it feel like taking a shower in some ritzy Italian hotel. Day 2, I did notice the most minor crack in some of the caulking. The office reps were sincerely invested, and they were able to come out the SAME day, and take care of it. Cant speak highly enough of our experience. If you dont think you should treat yourself - you should, and ask them to help.

They came and did my shower quite a while ago loved how efficient and nice they were. Only thing is calking may need changing (it has been around a year) but im confident they will get it done as fast as possible. (Keep forgetting to call them)

We had a bathroom remodel completed through Miller Home Renovations (Bath Planet) about 3 years ago. I decided to review them at this point because you do not usually see reviews for something that was done that long ago. The bathroom remodel has withstood 3 years of use and it still looks like new. John Richie did everything he and the company promised to do. Recently I had the opportunity to test their customer service to an old customer. We are now getting a shower door installed and need to patch 6 small holes where the curtain rod is attached to the wall. I asked for a small favor (a small amount of caulk that matched our shower) that most companies would have charged for and they came through. Enough caulk was delivered to my door 2 days later at No Charge. I really was not expecting that after 3 years. When we purchased the bathroom replacement, they told us (at that time) if we ever needed anything at any time in the future, please call them. Needless to say we are totally satisfied with the quality of the job, the service from the company and thanks to John for the favor. We absolutely know that if we EVER had a problem, it would be taken care of. From a 100% satisfied customer.

I just want to say how pleased I am with the work your folks did for my bathroom. Your technicians were very professional, prompt, and clean. They did an outstanding job. I would like to say thank you to Joel for doing such a great job. This project looks better than I had expected. I have had previous contractors do work on my home but none of them did as good of work as your crew. We are still deciding if we are going to do our other bathroom and if we do we would love to have your team do this work. I will contact Dan when we make our decision. Again thank you so much for the excellent work.Richard and Ann

We first saw the Bath Planet product at a Remodel Show and talked with Ken Miller’s team about our needs. Since we only have 1 bathroom the need to have the project completed in one day was very important to us. The team listened to our concerns and explained the installation of the Bath Planet product. They were honest with us about the 1 day installation, that in most cases they can do it in 1 day but everything depends on what they find after the old shower/tub fixture is removed. To make a long story short, Ken Miller’s team of installers got in there and did a beautiful job. The biggest thing for us was that it took them 1 day as promised. We highly recommend Ken Miller and the Bath Planet product to anyone! One last thing, the price for the project was less than we thought and being on a fixtured income that is important. Again we would recommend Miller Home Renovations to anyone.

I love the delta shower but I hate the service from the owner. We hire them to changed everything in our bathroom, except getting the walls painted. Their guys rushed to get the job done and was committed finishing within 4 days. They ended up installing our new flooring unbalance where alot of the areas were squeaky when we walk on and bubbles some areas. We asked them to fix it, but the owner didnt seem happy to start off, trying to denied the lack of work from his guys. At the end it took an extra 3 weeks to change new vinyl becus the guy who did the concrete underneath did a slobby job so they cant fix it! It was a nightmare 4 weeks waiting for them to complete my bathroom, not becus of the mistakes, but the attitudes from the sale guy/owner of the company was unacceptable. The total cost of our bathroom ends up $20,000 and the service I feel was nothing! The owner act like they did a free job for us, and up till today I cant describe how that 4 weeks went by as a nightmare.

We hired Miller Exteriors in March 2013 and I believe the work got started in May 2013. They were hire to do a two bathroom remodel. This included new floors and bath System in both bathrooms. We kept the old vanity and sink in both bathrooms. We had to extend a wall in both bathrooms to accommodate the bath systems. The original cost of everything was $11,945.00. We basically paid for two bath systems with wall accommodations and new vinyl flooring in both bathrooms. We did our own painting and kept the old vanity and sinks. What we ended up with were nice looking bath Systems and flooring and shoddy finishing work. No new molding was put around the new section of wall. Where the vinyl floor meets the original floor, no threshold was put in. Just a line of caulking that is now wearing away. Over the last two years they have had to come out to unplug our guest bathroom sink. Apparently they decided that they could wash their drywall tools in our bathroom sink. Our 1948 house pipes could not handle that sort of buildup. We found the residue after they had left for one of their final days. Ken told us to give him a call if we ended up having any issues with draining. We did have issues with slow draining until something must have broke lose and caused a complete clog. Ken forgot our earlier conversation and tried to blame the issue on us. Eventually he had a plumber come out and fix the issue. We also ended up with a nice looking soaker tub that could hold water. He had to send someone out to install a stopper plug because apparently his guys forgot to install the bath plug when installing the soaker tub. I would much rather have the original plug working than a stopper plug. My wife called about our ceiling light hanging from the ceiling right after the work was done. He told us that the ceiling light was already like that. She let it go because it was his word against ours. I do have one question though? If it was originally like that, why would I pay almost $12,000 for a remodel and not have you just replace the light??? Also, right after the work was completed, the bathroom fan that was 7 years old sounded like a garbage disposal. Again my wife mentioned it to him but he brushed her off and said it was like that because it was old. No Ken, it is like that because your guys left the fan running while they did their drywall work. Probably for ventilation but then replace the fan. It was a fan that went from being quiet to being very noisy after your guys finished. There is also a hairline crack/ chip in the bottom of the shower. The contract says all work must be free from all defects. Now its not a huge deal but it has never been free from all defect. When you purchase a remodel for this price, you want everything to be new, not cracked. I did bring it to his attention. He sent a lady out to take pictures. She asked if I had taken any tools into the shower with me and maybe dropped it? Not, I dont typically shower with and tools. I never heard anything about it from him. Our installation Workmanship Warranty is now up. The door trim had no caulking around it. One of the bolts broke on the toilet while the floors went in. Rather then telling us, they just stuck the floor bolt back into the toilet base and let us find it on our own.Why write a review two years later? Over the last two years I have had to contact them multiple times for something. They have come out twice in the last year just to fix the sliding shower doors in the master bathroom. For some reason, the door slips out of the bracket. It becomes a hazard because its heavy and a huge slab of glass. This last time it took him three weeks to get someone out here. The guy came out and was surprised to see the clamp and slider completely off the glass. Im thinking there is a serious lack of communication going on. If I were a contractor, I would be embarrassed to have my name on this work. Not professional all.I have also seen his name as Miller Home Renovations. His contractor License number for WA is MILLEEL926NQ, OR is CCB 183891
