We bought a house that was built by Pacnorth Homes and we couldnt be happier. The single level floor plan is open and beautiful. Overall the floor plan flows well and fits our familys needs quite well. Philips response and timeliness to our questions and concerns have been answered quickly. I would say that the overall quality is probably the best you will find in todays market.

Phil is so awesome! He has the best customer service and does a great job on his work from start to finish. He repaired a bunch of things around our house varying from electrical, plumbing, and now he is doing our lightening. He is professional and wears a mask to be cautious during this pandemic. Anything from small to large jobs, he can get it done. He is your man!

I couldnt be happier with Philips services! He was timely in his initial communication. His kind, helpful attitude was lovely. He was able to fix all of the items on my punchlist quickly and for a very reasonable price. His vast experience in both years and scope was very appreciated as he knew how to quickly address each problem. Highly recommended - I will call upon Philip again for any future handyman needs!

After searching for someone to put in a front deck, we decided to go with PacNorth Homes. A decision well made. Philip went over everything he needed to do as well as supplies needed, thoroughly . He completed the job timely, with additional help from his son Tim. The end result is a beautiful cedar deck! BTW, he also did some side jobs for us as well. Very reasonable.Thank you Philip!
