Since I moved here things have really changed. We now have a very good management staff. Wallace in forces the rules and Irina our financial person Assistant manager makes sure everything is run smoothly. Wallace makes sure that the grounds are kept clean and well groomed. No nasty garbage left around to attracte rodents. My only concern is some tenants allow there children to run around unsupervised. Children are the parents responsibility not the complexes. So take care of your kids part of parents job.children

I live here for a year they gave us a used carpet and had flees. They said when we moved out we wouldn’t have to pay and we still had to after they had said no. Also something had happened inside apartment that wasn’t are fault and had to pay like 800 for something ridiculous. And they give you 48 hrs to pay. And won’t accept apology or talk to office cuz there the ones who decide and will still end up lying. They take forever to call maintenance and they take along time to respond. I give it a 0 review

This is Tax credit apartments but after a year will negotiate with VHA on how much extra they can squeeze out of the housing (not the renter). I was told they have 3 section 8 renters left that have been there for years. I hope they dont push them out, there already to many overprice apartments Vancouver WA

If you want to live in an anthill where the most likely person to rob you is your next door neighbor. You deffinitly found the spot.In addition...I have a friend that lives in theese apartments and I had to find out the hard way that they will instantly tow your car if you park anywhere in the complex and are not a resident, now I understand the goal of this is to insure there is parking for all the residents, and that residents with multiple vehicles do not over use the parking area. That being said it is unreasonable that although I came to pick up my friends family to take them shopping (they do not own even one car) and I parked in a marked parking spot that was specificly for ANY RESIDENT my car was towed within 10 muinites. I had barely time to walk inside and for their kids to be dressed and ready. Walk out and end up with no car. 530$ later I finally get my car back 4hours later and we went shopping.Concentration camps with poor matience.

Looking at the reviews, I guess Ive been lucky. Ive been here close to 2 months and so far havent had any problems. The neighborhood is a lot quieter & safer than where I moved from in Sacramento. The only issue that Ive had is parking. And thats just one of those things. Unless they want to tear down a couple buildings, parking is what it is.

These apartments are TERRIBLE. The management gave us an eviction notice with 3 DAYS to move out after not giving us our court day meaning we missed it and our chance to defend ourselves without any notice until month later with 3 days to move out. The manager avoid us when we wanted to ask for more time to clean our place before we left. It took maintenance nearly 3 days to come change our fire alarm.

Super horrible place to live. Staff is rude and superficial. Really bad part of town. Water constantly flooding the parking lot. Exploiting fees to Affordable Housing personnel is unjust. Unless you have no other choice to be homeless. Dont live here.

( IT TOOK US 3 1/2 TO MOVE IN, EVEN THOUGH THEY TOLD US IT WOULD TAKE 3 DAYS !!!!!) WORST management/security/neighbors EVER people here suck! I have been to 43 states and 9 countries and Ive seen ghetto Ive seen bad environments but no 3rd world country compares to this mess. NO ONE HERE CARES, its COMPLETELY dirty in this residents you cant walk a couple steps without seeing trash or dog waste everywhere. IT IS DISGUSTING, trash everywhere outside peoples doors, on the grass, next to the trash. I have talked to Management over 5 times, made 3 written complaints, asked to be moved to another unit. NOTHING has been done to this day, now I have to end my lease early and pay an extra $500 because of how horrible everything is! THIS IS NO EXAGGERATION: THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE YOU DO NOT WANT TO LIVE HERE. If you are single or a couple with no kids, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU!!!!!! there are kids constantly running around, destroying PRIVATE PROPERTY, having screaming matches everyday till the sun goes down even at 5/6am when its time for school you hear EVERYTHING. Inconsiderate people live here!!!!!!!!!! My car has been broken into, my dogs are service animals and are being constantly harassed by kids, you WILL REGRET living here. MANAGEMENT IS SO INCOMPETENT THEY CANT EVEN DO THERE JOB!!!!!! they lie about housing, they lie about doing something to better your situation they LIE about EVERYTHING. NINA is the WORST MANAGER EVER shes either under educated, illiterate or just lazy because she literally cant do her job! WILL NOT DO ANYTHING TO HELP YOU, maintenance sucks to; everyone walks around pretending to do something and when you ask for help or complain they act like there busy and dont have the time of day to help you. WE WILL MOST LIKELY BE IN A LEGAL BATTLE WITH THEM DUE TO SUING THEM FOR HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT HOUSING AND MUCH MORE! DO NOT MOVE HERE, I PROMISE YOU WILL HATE AND REGRET EVER SECOND OF IT! IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!

Before we moved in Irene, the lady that will most likely show you your potential rental, is incompetent to the point that she will tell you false information, she lied to us about the amenities we would have in our apartment and would never let us see our actual unit until after we signed the lease. In addition we had horrible horrible neighbors that would constantly sweep trash (i.e. food waste, q-tips, used tampons, food wrappers etc.) out of their second story front door and it would rain down in front of our door, which we inevitably had to pick up so our dogs wouldnt get sick. These neighbors also never controlled their children which is a common problem here. Their kids spit in other kids faces, throw balls at our windows to scare the dogs and would bark at our dogs to agitate them. They also would have screaming matches right by everybody bedroom windows early every morning. These neighbors also would host teenage parties, cops showed up several times to stop fights and other mayhem but never got anything done and the parties would continue. (the teenagers love to bang on doors late at night and run) After complaining 3 times and other neighbors also calling the police as well, the management didnt do anything to accommodate us or force the neighbors to comply with the rules stated on the lease. They actually took the neighbors side arguing that they have been here 6 years longer than we have. We decided to end our lease early because being homeless is better than paying to live in these apartments. The complex is littered with trash and dog waste because people dont pick up their dog poop, in the first 3 months here my vehicle was broken into twice despite their security that drives by 4 times a nightI wholeheartedly recommend anybody considering here save their money and time, you will be extremely disappointed

I lived there from april 2014- april 2015, the only reason i moved out it was because i needed to save money for a car, Irene the asistant helped me and my 5 year old a lot always attentive and great service, never had any issues with my then one bedroom apartment, when i moved out me and my sister in law cleaned the apartment so good that i got my whole deposit back !!, looking forward to move back withing the next two months, my son loved living there, cant wait!!🙂

DO NOT live here. I loathe the management at this apartment complex. The neighbors are ghetto, and the management really does not respect you as a renter. I rented here a number of years back and I still have a sour distaste from this rental property. Upon move out, they were kind enough to charge me an extra $1,100 to paint the interior walls. Their rationale for painting was that I lived there for less than 2 years and it was unsanitary for the next tenant. When I asked how that is MY responsibility they simply told me that it was policy. After fighting them for months I just caved in and paid it. DO NOT RENT HERE, Very unprofessional staff, and not a great place to live.
