Did a friends truck and did a great job, now I am going to have the repair done on my truck gave me a fair price.

Im unable to rate his actual body work as I never got that far. I took my vehicle and insurance estimate to Tom. He looked at the car and said it would need more money than allotted. The insurance company included the procedure for that in the estimate but Tom insisted I had to call the insurance company. After talking with the insurance company, I forwarded the estimate to Tom per his request so he could follow the procedure outlined. Two days later, I called Tom again as he had not followed up on his end. He made an excuse about having difficulty with the phones and asked for the telephone # for the insurance company. He assured me he would talk with them and get back to me. Two days later after not hearing from Tom, I contacted my insurance company and was told he never contacted them. I am unsure whether he didnt want the job or was unfamiliar with the technology required to deal with the insurance company. I would have appreciated some honesty on his end instead of being put off. I have never heard a word from him. He just left me hanging.

We have had numerous vehicles repaired here, and Tom is a true professional. VERY reasonable rates in comparison to other quotes we received in town. Quick turn around and EXCEPTIONAL work.

Tom is a nice guy but the quality of work I received was not very good. I had to pay another shop in the area to redo the body and paint work.

This is the only place I took my car for service. They are very honest, do great work, and are reasonably priced. I’m moving to Indianapolis and hope I can find a repair shop as good as Tom’s.

Absolutely ridiculous service. My son took his vehicle for a bumper repair estimate to be sent to insurance, then after a week of the insurance company not receiving the info I called this place. The man that answered was incredibly rude and told me they didnt have the equipment to take pictures and it was too expensive to get and when I asked if he atleast had the estimate he said umm no. I asked if anyone was planning to contact us to let us know that they were doing NOTHING and he hung up on me. I will never give my business to this place!
