This was my first visit to C & C Auto Repair. I had cut a coupon for a $19.99 synthetic blend oil change! I thought maybe it was a misprint because it usually costs a whole lot more than that. I was wrong; I did get my oil changed for that price plus tax! The owner, Jason was very pleasant and I was taken care of immediately! I chatted with Jason and his Dad while the oil was being changed and by the time it was done I was hooked! I will definitely be taking my vehicle there from now on!! They are honest and won’t try to sell you something you don’t need!Thanks so much Jason for the exceptional customer service!! I will be back!!

I kept hearing their commercial on the radio, so I decided to give them a call and get a price for brakes and rotors for my car. I had been checking around with some other local businesses as well. When I talked to Jason and he gave me his quote, my FIRST response to him was; Are you SURE??. His price was so much lower than all the others I thought for sure he was mistaken. LOLWent there last week for the repair. He and his wife, as well as the other employees I encounter that day were very nice. I was very impressed.Today I popped in to have them check a small leak I had going on. Water pump..ugh. But again, his price was $170 less than I was quoted by another business. And he was able to fix it today as well!!I told Jason that he is officially my mechanic. Wish I had known about him sooner!

I found these guys by a google search, decided to give them a go. I can not say enough positive things... I needed a ton of work done. They were honest and the final price was fair, I actually was shocked by how fair it was. Everyone of the guys that I came into contact with was kind, friendly and knowledgable. Something that stuck with me was when someone said we change oil and we fix cars, we are not in it for mark up on price, we are in it because we like and know how to fix cars. Best place in Valpo! The prices were considerably cheaper (like over a hundred dollars cheaper) than everywhere else I was quoted. PLUS, I was able to bring in my own part (a belt) which I got on Amazon for $11- the same belt other places wanted to charge me $50 for. PLUS, everywhere else said it would cost 1 1/2hr with labor- C&C did it in 45min. Never going anywhere else.

I waited a day to post because yesterday was beyond the worst day Ive ever had with a owner/ mechanic. I felt I did my homework and read reviews and visited the website. Yesterday when I picked up my truck he wanted to charge me when nothing was done with the truck (that information was given to me by his employee) he ended up throwing my keys on the table and telling me to leave his property. He was very upset with me until the GUY who drove me to pick it up stepped out of the car to find out what was going on. He calmed right down and started to explain things. Im going to leave it at that and find a female friendly mechanic.

Jake from Auto Zone told me about C&C Auto Repair Shop. So I took my van to have my ABS & Traction lights looked at, cause I dididnt feel safe driving my van with these lights on. I get a call from the owner Jason saying he replaced the wire that had broken & thats why my lights were coming on up in my dash. He tells me itll cost me $20-$30, so when I got to his shop he went in great detail to explain to me what was the problem & what he did to fix it. Then I asked him what I owned & he nothing. I said, Are you sure. He said it was free. I couldnt believe that this man would do something so amazing for me, he was a true blessing. I gave him $20 & told him to take his help to lunch. Ive been telling everyone about what this man did for me, cause I live off of a small income & Jason doing this for me was a true blessing from God. Thank you Jason & everyone at C&C Auto Repair Shop. DO NOT wver take your vehicle to Toms Valpo Auto RepairShop. They were the ones who broke that wire when they put my van up on the lift to fix my alternator & Tom admitted to me that it was their fault, but he wanted me to pay $65 to just have them look at the problem they created in the first place. I will NEVER go anywhere else, C&C will be the only place I will ever take my vehicle to. They are the most honest place I have ever know.Yall are.. AWESOME.
