Service department is a joke!! Brakes went out on my cherokee, they only will tell me I need a part replaced and they have no idea when it will get there. All I got was Hopefully this week. Its a Monday. It was dropped off LAST WEEK!!!

I will still give the service department for stars but they really dont deserve it this time I have a 2020 Jeep Renegade that I bought in July of 2020 in about 2 months ago the windshield washer tank broke they ordered a new one they installed it but it still leaked so I went back they said they fixed it they said it was a loose clamp Within 2 days it was empty again I took him back they said was loose clamp and they said it was fixed it leaked again it was empty so I went back today March 21st of 2021 and they said they fixed it it was a loose clamp and I spent two hours at the dealership today so I had to make three different trips to get it fixed and hopefully its fixed this time but it seems like there was a loose clamp all these other times after they replaced it somebody wasnt doing their job or paying attention to the job they were doing I hope I dont have to go back for this because if I do Im not going to be a very nice man about it because I spent about six hours at the dealership over washer fluid tank that should have been fixed right the first time
