Great service! Was looking for parts for over 2 weeks and I happened to make a Facebook post, and Mark actually contacted me! Gave me the best price around (literally looked everywhere)! The parts were ready the next day! Just so happened one minor (but important) piece was incorrect, and they swapped it out (2 weeks later mind you) without any questions! Most places would say it’s your loss! I will DEFINITELY be back for ANY future purchase! Thanks guys for the quality service!

Best parts and staff in the business. As a native to NWI, I wouldnt go anywhere else. And even when Im away I always call them because the price really cant be beat anywhere and I can check if some other place might be trying to screw me over (as a female Im always worried Im getting the women know nothing about cars price but the guys there would never do that and treat every customer with respect. Seriously cant say enough good things about them.

My passenger side window control located on my drivers door quit functioning I instantly went to Archies knowing I’d leave with the part Sure enough within 10 mins of being there I was handed my needed part, I paid a very reasonable price, walked out the door and installed it right there in a minute I pulled outta their lot with a working window control just like I knew I would Archies never disappoints

If youre in a wheelchair dont even bother, you cant get in. My wife went in and had an employee come out to speak to me. He was rude, disrespectful and down right mean. I couldnt believe his behavior. Id give zero stars if it were possible, even minus stars if I could. I was more upset when I left here than anyplace else Ive been. I hope they loose business because of my post.

Archies seems like a great place to work. I needed a new rim for my 2005 Prius and they had it. When I found the rim to be bent, I took it back and exchanged it. They even let me find my old tire that I needed to turn in for a road hazard refund. Kind people, to the point, and they were always positive and helpful. Bring a good attitude and get a good attitude.

The prices for there junk parts is sky high! Rediculousy crazy. Two old tail light covers for a silverado cost $85. Not to mention the employees are rather rude.
