I purchased a Kenwood DNX575S from the big box store in Valdosta and my Android Auto never worked. I was jacked around by the big box folks until the warranty ran out. I was actually shopping for another stereo unit and had heard good things about Ultimate Audio and stopped in to see what they had to offer. I spoke with Dom who asked some good questions and offered diagnose the issue. I needed a $20 part that needed to be ordered, but in the meantime would direct connect a cable for me.I could not be more pleased with the service and pricing, but I more pleased with how I was treated! I was not jacked around, talked down to or ripped off!If you want a quality product, professionally installed and be treated as a valued customer Ultimate Audio is the place to go! They also are on Facebook Messenger and will reply to you quickly!
