Brian was helping me with an ac problem and gave me a good price price on a new stereo system. Just need a little more swings with them before 5 stars. Good folks.Took my wifes care in because it was running rough and lacking power. Was told it needed a tune up. Had to pay almost $600 upfront. Didnt fix the problem. They kept saying they would make it right. After 13 days keeping the car and doing nothing, the owner refused to do anything to make it right. Very shady and dishonest shop. Stay as far away as possible.We took my wifes car to another local and very reputable shop and in less than 3 hours after dropping it off, it was diagnosed, repaired and running like a top. Had nothing to do with anything this place kept saying. You would think after keeping it for 13 days they might have been able to do something. WRONG.

After being under new management, I felt that my concerns were being met. I was leaving the country soon and due to COVID, it was nearly a year and my radio equipment still hadn’t arrived. I would check in periodically for updates, but it wasn’t until the new manager took over, that I felt that something would be done. Long story short, I finally had my car taken care of, after I left the country. I was pleased, but my rear camera does not work and my steering wheel controls are not functioning. I called back the same day that the radio was installed to ask about the rear camera and was told to follow the instructions, everything was hooked up correctly. I’d think that my rear camera and steering wheel controls would have been set before my car was retrieved. I mean, I’m didn’t pay myself for the labor.

They took a bit more time than they had originally planned with my custom sub enclosure build, but the work that was done was worth the wait.The guy who worked on my car; John, knows what hes doing.Overall, shop could work on communicating with the customer a bit better but I still left their shop more than satisfied with what I had paid for.Would definitely recommend for custom sub enclosures they poured their heart and soul out into making my dream come true.Thank you.

Called basic audio preformance this morning to find out what was wrong with my speakers they immediately wanted to inspect my vehicle to find the real reason why my speakers wasn’t playing audio and in less than 10 minutes they was able to tell what the problem was paid for install and my speakers are great I love basic . So if you want something done right the first time I recommend basic audio

Worst customer service of any business I have ever witnessed. Don’t bother scheduling an appointment, because even if you do, you can still expect to wait at least 2 hours before they service your vehicle. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Overpriced-under qualified. Terrible customer service. Charged $100 for one piece of tint that took 4 hours. FOUR hours to remove one piece of old tint and install ONE new piece. Never again. Went to Tallahassee with my last car- entire tint job was done in 2 hours and that was the whole car!

Had a very bad experience. If I could rate this zero stars then I would. Eleven months ago, I received their window tinting service and they burnt both of my backseats!! In the last 11 months since the incident occurred, I have gone at least 5 times to tell them that they have to fix my backseats and they have told me to wait for a call from the manager. I am still WAITING for them to fix my backseats and it is DISAPPOINTING that they have done NOTHING since it has been almost a year!!😤 They never gave me my money back and havent given me a call!! I WOULD NOT recommend service from them!! AT ALL!!!😡

Very very dissatisfied spoke with them about a full install agreed on price and time called several times during the week to make sure the time and date were good,told me each time yes loaded up equipment drove over on time but once I got there totally different story very unprofessional and greedy in my opinion.

I’ve done business with them for years but will never do business with them again. Got my car diagnosis and was quoted 305 for repairs after so said repairing the car they notice the issue was still there and said that I had another issue and that would be 350 to fix. A waste of time and money.

They have great service. I have been to other shops and felt like I was being robed. Came here and they were way cheaper on parts and labor. Got a good selection on radios subs and amp and gave me a great deal on all the work I had to get done. I will be going to them for now on.

I had an appointment at 10am for window tint. They already rescheduled my appointment once. Called yesterday to confirm my appointment, and it was confirmed. When I got there, at 10, no one was there. Waited 10 min. Called the business line and the cell phone for “emergency road side” and no one answered. Txt the “emergency roadside” #. No one responded. Called the “emergency roadside” number again he answered. Said he needed to reschedule for the 2nd time. No thanks.

They did good on my tint except they BROKE my spoiler and put it in my back seat trying to hide it and didn’t even bother to tell me. I didn’t notice until I got in my back seat smh.

Wally an his staff have done work on my truck multiple times an each time have given me a great deal on cost. The work is perfect have never had to go back to get them to correct something has always been done right the first time.

I got my new radio installed back in February 2017 on my secondary car (mechanically broke down) was parked for over 5 months. I finally had the money to get it fixed, check out the radio and the rear speakers do not work. The fader setting on the radio only would play music from the front speakers. I went up to bassic audio, explained the situation and he said my rear speakers were blown. 10 minutes later he comes out and says its the factory amp. 5 minutes later he said he can fix it (wiring no parts needed) for $125 and re-wire. I was FORCED to pay this even tho they did the wiring wrong to begin with. They would not give me my keys unless this was paid. DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS for speaker servicing as they do not do it properly, then charge you for their mistakes.

J & W Complete Auto Repair bought parts from Langdale Hyundai for a car they were apparently working on, and then wrote them a bad check for the parts. When Lee, from Langdale Hyundai went down to get the parts or the money, they had installed the parts and wouldnt make the check good. We have attempted to collect several times, but they will not pay. Buyer beware!!!!
