This was my first visit to this salon. I had a gift certificate given to me so I thought I’d give it a try. The salon seems dirty. The gal giving the manicure never asked if I wanted nails trimmed or what shape. She filed my nails down so much and shaped them poorly. It was not a good experience and my gift card didn’t cover the manicure.

Friendly service, great at nail design and prices you cant beat!

Had an appointment here at 9:00. There is a big sign in the entrance that says masks are required. At 9:30, six employees showed up - three had no masks. Because they brought coffee and snacks for everyone, two others employees pulled their masks down to drink. I noticed a client behind me had no mask either. I could get out fast enough. I’m fine if you have a no mask policy, but don’t put a big sign up and then not follow it. I won’t be going back.

Good place to get nails done except some of the staff are rude and disrespectful. I was getting a pedicure done with a friend and the people doing our nails kept talking about us and were just plain disrespectful to us.

Gone in a couple of times. Each time I feel rushed. I thought it was to be relaxing? You walk in they do not find out what you like. Pick a color before you know how much.

I was looking for a short nail due to sports, I showed him a photo and he looked nothing like it! There to short clumpy and to thick, when I confronted him about the issue, he said “ I don’t want them to break”. I’m deeply saddened by the situation and the star on my hand looks like a five year old did it! He charged 41 $! I would like e refund.

We walked in hoping to get an appointment sometime today and they were able to get us in right away. It was my daughters first time getting a pedicure and they were very sweet and did an amazing job with her nails and mine!! We will definitely be coming back here! The prices were good as well!

Typically an excellent experience. Not today. The person doing my pedicure was too preoccupied by what the other workers were doing. Entire pedicure from start to finish 25 minutes.

I always have beautiful nails when I get them done here! The techs spend so much time perfecting their work and give you exactly what you want. Pedicure services are amazing as well! Best value for your money!

I was so happy with this place. I went a couple weeks ago and I got acrylics and the lady who did was super nice, and my nails turned out fantastic. I got shellac acrylics and the color stayed for such a long time! The price was affordable and the service was amazing. My mom got a pedicure and she said that it was the best pedicure she had ever gotten! Im going again to get my nails done for homecoming!

I have been having my nails done for years and I can say without a doubt they do an excellent job. Tuan is truly an artist and really cares about his work. They are all helpful and professional. I always get compliments on my nails.

My latest experience was so great I was so surprised and so so happy!Old review2017.Pros: Clean, well-ventilated space with beautiful decor and top-notch equipment.Cons: Customer Service is VERY Poor as is their work.- Quality of their pedicures is very poor (For starters: my first pedicure with them was so crooked, none of my toes matched in the direction they were cut in. Secondly, on my manicure they cut my skin so bad I bled in multiple places. Im not sensitive to pain, nor am I new to salons. I frequent them and have NEVER bled after a cuticle cut in my life!)- They are overpriced compared to other local salons - you can get better service for better prices.- The manicurists are not personable - nor do they talk to you and they only accept cash for tips. The second part is not a deal-breaker, but is inconvenient. The first part is rather alarming. Both times Ive attended the salon my rep wouldnt even talk to me! Always get my eyelashes done here. Very impressed every time. Its approx $70 first time but only $40 for refills! Best place to save some $$$$$$$$

Will NEVER be back! Made an apt over a week ago for 4 people including my two girls who this would be their first manicure. Got there and were rudely yelled at to pick a polish. They came one by one and took us to a chair my girls were separated and if not for my friend and I just taking chairs next to the girls they would have been sitting alone the whole time. When someone was finally able to get to my manicure I was asked more then once about who was paying and how I was paying if I wanted a pedicure and if I was going to get my eyebrows done! 20 minutes later someone finally got to my friends manicure but by then my girls were long done bored and had ruined 2 nails already. Extremely disappointed and frankly feel like I wasted my money. My nails still have polish on my skin my friends nails were only half cut and her polish isnt covering her whole nail! Save your time and money do not come here!!!! They have completely destroyed my girls love for wanting to get their nails done again!!!

Just went for a pedi today. Got right in, no wait. Everyone was polite and the woman who helped me was fantastic. She was polite, held a conversation with me and did a GREAT job on my feet. This is my second trip here and I will be back for sure!

Friendly and great looking nails

Worst experience! Very rude! Didn’t listen to what I wanted. I was in town for the holidays and wanted to get my nails done so my engagement ring could get fitted. I got tips put on and lady tired cutting them down short I asked for longer then she moved up slightly and cut it there without making sure that’s what I wanted. (I wanted them long but decided to let it go.) she asked if I wanted them square and I said yeah but not to shap on the edges so she gave me a circle shape. And when I told her that I wanted it more square she acted like I was a burden on her. She mad all my other nails way worse and not at all what I wanted after I told her 3 times what I wanted. She then pulled my hand knocking over the finger nail polish then yelled at me. Seriously the worst experience I have ever had.

Went there with my husband just to have our manicure,pedicure,and the guy at front never even see Hi or anything, Instead he yelled at us to pick out polish,we dont even want polish,story long short the lady that help us is more than rude,never recommend this place! Its a joke!!!

Good, consistent service at a reasonable price. Love being able to walk-in without an appointment. They accept cards to pay for services, but bring cash for tips.

Gave them a second chance and they did the same thing as the first time.. didnt listen to meI asked them not to clip my cuticlesBoth times the base of my Cuticle are inflamed, peeling and hurt. Frustrating

I used to really like going to this place. Honestly the best, but then the last time I went I told the gentleman doing my nails that one was not straight and he in a rude tone said Im still filling I was upset with that comment and wont be going back.

I needed my nails done but when I called my usual place, they couldnt fit me in. It was almost closing time. Signature Nails welcomed me and took great care of my nails. I will be back!

The ONLY place I will go to get my nails done in the metro. I drive out of my way to go there. Love it!

Great pedicure.

When using the dremel tool on my finished nails the young man cut 3 of my fingers above the cuticle to the point they bled. He apologized but did not discount my price. I had scabs on my fingers for over a week because the cuts were so deep. The dipped nails loosened at the cuticle area within 2 weeks allowing water to get behind the nails. I had to have them removed and I went elsewhere, after my fingers healed. Did not have any problems at a different salon.

Got a great pedicure here, but quite pricey from my local small town nail salon. A lot of workers waiting for their next client, so no real wait. Just felt like everything is pushed for an upcharge.

After dropping over $110 on Mommy-n-Me mani/pedis (my daughter just got nail polish even though I told them I wanted her to have a full mani) My pink & white dip wasnt even and the white went too far into my nail bed. I was willing to look over all that until I looked at my bank statement. They charged my card an extra $22 after I already tipped in CASH!!!! We wont be back.

I used to really like going to this place but then when someone was doing my acrylics they cut straight through the top of my hand with the drill and then didnt say anything.

They always do a great job and treat me very well.

Yeah, Im a guy and yeah, I like pedicures. I have them done here because the staff is polite the facility is clean and the price is reasonable.

Lack of communication. If you want anything different than what they do for every other client dont go.

Friendly staff, most of the time they can work you right in for a pedicure. They do a nice job, and have a relaxing atmosphere.

I was getting my toes done and my guy was very aggressive.. he was always a little spaced out was singing to himself then when it came to my nails 2 of my fingers started bleeding and again was just spacing off.
