I do not think I have ever been so disappointed in getting my nails done from here. I used to be a regular and had not been in for quite some time. Went in to get it acrylic with dip on my nails and was going to get a pedicure. The lady rushed did not take her time my nails are uneven, thick, there is Divet’s on the top of my nail. When I tried to ask her to fix it and tried to explain what I didn’t like it then seems like she got an attitude. I will not be going back ever again. Also I did not get a pedicure because I was so disappointed in my manicure. These photos don’t even do justice on how bad they look.

Got a shellac manicure and a pedicure today. I love this salon. So clean! I’m picky about hygiene and also about if the techs are rough or gentle (cuticles can hurt!). This will be my go to nail place from now on. A kind, professional and clean place-and my nails look incredible! Lurve!♥️

This is my go to place now for a shellac pedicure! Chairs are awesome and it’s always been a treat. I really like the decor and they play relaxing classical music. Today I decided to try a shellac manicure and got my feet and hands done at the same time. Great experience for someone who wants to be pampered but doesn’t want to have to spend 2 hours. (You can elect to do them separately) The massage with the pedicure is great! (Side note, I asked for an ombre shellac pedicure and really happy with how it turned out!! Dip is not for me.)

Had a tech that sad sorry and laughed at me for her mistakes. Thank god for Jenny at least saying my manicure (as much as possible)

I had a gift certificate from my son and used it today. It was my first visit, was an amazing experience. Very clean, plastic lined tubs and my toes and legs feel amazing. I recommend the deluxe pedicure with Shellac. My hour with Jenny was top notch! Thank you Jenny

I definitely recommend this place, my girlfriends manicure and pedicure were beautiful! Also, I tried the VIP pedicure and it was amazing! The attention to detail and care the employees provide is bar none. Also, customer service was pleasant and the girls were very experienced.

The shellac was peeling within a week and she used two different colors of pink, very disappointed I’ve been there before and everything was good but this time it wasn’t

First time was amazing. 2nd and 3rd they ripped my cudicle on my big toe so much it bled and was sore for days. We will be finding another place to go.

First, they were all very friendly and nice. I got acrylics on my nails. The length of the nails were not the same. They are not smooth and I can feel ridges on all of them. I came out and I had shellac stuck all over my hands. Worst of all the day after the nail extension was not fully glued on and I had to cut my natural nail so things would stop getting suck on stuff.They were all very nice, but the quality was not there.

Best nail salon I’ve ever been to. The staff are so friendly and polite! I love coming in to just relax with my nail guru and chat. They slay my nails every time I come in, her quality of work is off the charts amazing. I definitely recommend coco nails to everyone who appreciates a kind atmosphere and attention to detail.

My daughters and I came in July 31st (2020)to have a manicure and pedicure. We had been there several times prior and have received good service and enjoyed our time. This time was VERY different and will likely be our last time. One of my daughters received a manicure that was very disappointing. The manicure was rushed, and once we left they immediately began to chip. We were leaving on vacation the next day and she was unable to come in to have them fixed right away (she came in within 6 days)Having had such good experiences we thought there would be no problem coming in to have them redone. When she came in to have them redone, she explained the situation and immediately felt very uncomfortable in the way the staff handled the problem. They originally wanted to just paint over the existing color, but it looked horrible and when my daughter explained she felt they needed to be redone completely the staff began to question her in a rude manner. Everyone working came to look at the nails (wish I would of taken a pictures, they were all chipped) and questioned her about who did it, where did she sit, etc. My daughter was uncomfortable and felt they were questioning her. They finally had her pick out the color. My daughter asked if they expected her to pay for this, It was obvious they did expect her to pay, when she pointed out it had just been 6 days they did finally agree to redo her manicure. After they decided to redo the manicure they rudely said to her that they needed to know who previously did the work because that person would need to pay for it (again all done in front of customers, not professional at all) This is unacceptable - you provided poor service and poor customer service you should just take care of the customer and decide after how to handle it among your staff not in front of the customer. There was no apology for the poor service and when she was done she was rudely dismissed, again modeling poor service. Word of mouth is important. Treating customers with respect and dignity is important. We live in the area, have supported your business and we expected better from you. VERY disappointed!!

Worst customer service. My daughter had an appointment today and when she walked in, the first thing they said was she was too young to be there. She’s 15. After insulting her, they continued to talk about her in their native language making her feel extremely uncomfortable. The manicure she received was painful to the point that it left her bleeding and her thumb swollen. Her nails look awful and nothing like the picture she provided them. Worst manicure ever! We will never go to COCO’s again. Not one redeeming quality.

Coco Nails is the absolute best. They are extremely precise, detailed, & personable. The salon is always clean & organized. You can tell they love what they do! They remember me each time I walk in & remember what I like. She will customize my shape to exactly how I like it & make sure I’m completely satisfied. I’ve been getting my nails done for years & have never been happier!!!

Super clean, beautiful nail salon. Very friendly staff. Offer refreshments. The even do a neck/ shoulder massage with a manicure. They do a very detailed job with your nails. Would highly recommend.

Such a great experience here. Staff was friendly and fun. Also did a fantastic job on my manicure. There are many colors to choose from, and I could tell they really took pride in their work and cared about whether I was happy with the final product.

I love this nail salon! I have been to many salons in the Urbandale, Clive, WDM area over the years, but this one is by far my favorite. It is very clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly and does an excellent job. They take their time and want to make sure they do it right and give you a relaxing experience. At other salons, I have had problems with techs accidentally cutting my skin(fingers and toes) when they are cutting my cuticles, but I have never had this happen here. Not even so much as a pinch! The prices are great too. I am so happy because this salon is less than a mile from my house.
