They did my manicure in 15 minutes, I have product all around my nails and the shapes are not even. They didn’t clean my nails, file, trim, anything. Just put the dip on and I was done. My nails have so much product on them they’re sticking to my skin. This place is awful

I love them! They do a fantastic job at dips. Other places I go they do them too thick or they crack. These last me 3 weeks. They are all very nice and professional. The prices are competitive!

Queens Nails gives the best manicures in my experience, and I’ve tried many places. I’m always happy with the finished product. Their pedicures are also my favorite. Love them! Family owned.

Second time going with this group. I love how the atmosphere is relaxing with a few TVs on with either music videos or afternoon talk shows. They team up (when available) to get you primed and polished in no time. The prices are great and the experience is wonderful. This is my favorite salon!

Brought my girlfriend here for the Queens pedicure/manicure treatment.. she talked me into getting a pedicure done with her. The ladies were funny and attentive and the man who did her nails was kind enough to do them for her while we were getting our pedicures so I wasnt sitting around after. Two weeks later I took my daughter after seeing they have princess plans and she loved it too.

Horrible horrible horrible. I showed him a picture and my nails look nothing like it. I asked for jewels and got none. My friend asked for matte black and got shiny black. It’s like they didn’t hear anything we asked for. If there gonna rush around they shouldnt welcome walk-Ins! They have no customer service whatsoever, will not be back

Took my fiance here after she had a long day and the new owners are great!! We ended up getting manicures and pedicures (first for me) and they gave her a great facial as well. Will be bringing my mom over when shes in town for our wedding. Id give them a shot for sure!!

Tran and his team, including his beautiful bride have done a wonderful job of taking care of us today. Granddaughter Cali said it was awesome.

I have been coming here on and off for years! I have decided this is my last time. They seem to think that they do not have to offer ANY customer service or hospitality in any way. It’s like you’re not even there. My technician Lynn was nice enough as a person but she has a lot to learn about customer service. She ripped the chair remote out of my hand, when I told her it wasn’t working right she didn’t even care. They call themselves a spa, it’s more like an assembly line where no one cares about anything except talking LOUDLY among themselves. I feel it’s highly inappropriate to yell across a room when you’re working with customers in your space. Now I need to find a better place to spend my money!

My sister, my daughter and I went to this nail salon not even a full week ago. We did not have an appointment and the inhospitality and unfriendliness seem to show during our visit. My sister got a full set of shellac/gel nails and paid $45. I got a fill-in with shellac/gel nails and paid $35. My eight year old daughter got shellac nails and I paid $25 for her. My nail is coming off at the top which should have been covered in the fill in. My daughter loves her nails and no complaints that I know of from my sister. Good Luck

I felt like I was in a Jerry Seinfeld episode. I felt unwelcome and as if doing my manicure/pedicure was a chore and a joke. Lots of native tongue and laughter. My only solace was that she got a workout doing my heels. I wont be going back.

Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. I got acrylic set/shellac top and the lady wouldnt let me pick my own color, made all the nails crooked, and when I asked for short they gave me long. very nice people but very poor work.

This place was terrible. Typically when you go and get your nails done they ask what you want. Here they sat me down and just started to put on nails. Then when it came to the length I wanted I was laughed at along with being trashed talked in their native tongue. The cherry on top is two of my nails broke into pieces within 3 days of having them done. I will never go here again. Wish I could get my money back.

So happy to have the new owners back in Iowa. If youve not been here recently, youre missing out.
