I want to commend Sam at Muggles towing for coming to the aid of a nice elderly lady who had a flat tire and four of us men who stopped to help but couldn’t get the lug nuts off the wheel. Sam came up and had the right power equipment to remove the lugs and get tire changed. He did this free of charge and was very kind. So thankful for Sam and others that go the extra mile to assist folks in need.

Blindsided by the curbside! Drove off the curb and got stuck. Trey with Muggle had me on my way in a flash. Thank you!

Chris went above and beyond towing our car in for service. Despite the late hour and freezing temperatures he arrived promptly and was professional, cheerful and polite. He was very careful and knowledgeable about towing our Tesla. This was an isolated experience for us but if ever needed again we would recommend Muggle Towing.

This is a family operated business. I have no knowledge of how towing companies work, but must say, this Family is a good one. Good customer service, kind people and fair. Had truck towed with these guys and they were absolutely professional and got the job done quickly. Needed help getting some items from truck and they went above and beyond to help me out. I would recommend them in a heart beat. Fast Friendly and definitely Professional. Call them if you need a tow or pretty much anything you want be disappointed.

They took three and a half hours to pick my husband up and jumpstart car in the middle of the driveway in an area where you cant really pull in or out because its a Circle Drive. I didnt communicate with them though so I dont know about the rest of it

Their medium duty truck came to pick up my big ol Ram 3500. Quick load, and the driver was very helpful and understanding of my situation.

I was stuck on the side of the road and another local company was supposed to tow my vehicle 2 hours from what they dispatched. I ended up calling Muggle Towing, LLC and it took them only 15 min from the time I called to pick my car up. The driver was very polite and took good care of my car. I wish I wouldve called them first!

Called to get a price quote to tow my vehicle in Tyler, less than 7 miles and wanted $80 to send a truck plus mileage! Over $100 total. Another company did it for $60 total. This company is a ripoff!!! Buyer beware befor letting them tow your car!

Trash !!! Repoed a car from my house and lifted it from the back end the car is front wheel drive they left it in park and dragged it a half mile while you could hear the tires burning and the front end scraping, went to pick it up and 1 tire is completely blown out and the other has wires showing you can clearly see the tire marks down the road from them dragging it ... not mad about the repoe but at least know how to do your job without messing up someone vehicle !!!

Promised an ETA OF 1 hour... called to delay another 2 hours.... then never showed OR called another hour and 1/2 later... cancelled our request as they dont stick to customer service or even a phone call!!!!!!
