They are responsible for putting up signs for the apartments where they towed my car from dont have visitors parking signs up

These people cannot read simple requests, are harsh on the equipment and charge far higher than more quality services.

Bad customer service and probably needs more cbls or training

They usually only do recovery. But they had told my truck to Phils before. and they were the least expensive company that I had found. It was pouring down rain that day and I am so grateful to them

I put my last dime into my truck and barely had it a full day when it got stolen off property i was told if i was too late to get a permit i needed to park in visiting(which was full) and to haul my medically inclined infants in the cold.. now im being told to come get my truck... when it had all three carseats i need for my kidshappy birthday to my 2yr old etx took her party and her cake...funny part is those ppl above dont have permits and the park in front of my apt and flash their bright lights on me so im hoping its not a race issue but we will see when i get there#HyrdocephalusAware#Tortalcalus#ProtectMediMomsFromhate#HateCrimeToPickOnMedicallyInclined#JusticeForKamora

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Everyone I spoke with was very rude and was hung up on multiple times. The signs they have posted on their building is a lie because no one is in the building. You have to call and wait for them to send someone to the building. Thats is you can even find this hole in the wall. Would not suggest for anyone to use and if you have to deal with this company be ready for a frustrating day.

Terrible place. This place is violating Texas towing laws and I have called the state. If your car has been towed by these people, do not hesitate to fight it as they are not operating in accordance with state law!! Terrible customer service, everyone is rude, overcharged to get my car back. I had to drive all around town because nobody would answer the phone and they weren’t at any of the given addresses from online. Awful awful awful place.
