I call Crow at 7:05AM on a Weekday to have a vehicle towed 6.6 miles, both origin and destination inside the Tyler City limit. A woman tells me somebody named Scott is on the way and he will call me in the next 5 minutes, it will be $75 for the Tow. At 7:15 AM somebody not named Scott calls and says he is on the way. At 8:30 AM nobody has arrived, and nobody has called me back to update me. I call the main number at 8:35 and now a man answers the phone and tells me nobody is on the way nobody will be all his guys are busy. I don’t know about everybody else but when I’m at work and there has been a mistake there is attempt to correct it this guy just said, “oh well”. Left me in a real jam trying to make my appointment. I call their competitor Hi-Way towing and they had me picked up and on my way in 15 minutes. Call Crow if you want to get left stranded somewhere, call Hi Way Towing if you need help.

Mike at crow towing was the best. We had a really bad tire blowout situation and after AAA displayed terrible customer service, he was a sight for sore eyes. Wonderful, professional, and would 100% recommend them.

PHIL our service technician was absolutely wonderful and was VERY prompt in picking us up when we were stranded for almost 3 hours waiting on AAA to dispatch the towing company to let them know we needed their service. Unfortunately AAA was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and we were saddenned as we have been AAA members for almost 30 years. They never contacted Crow Towing until we called AAA back numerous times and finally AAA supervisor contacted Crow Towing directly and almost 3 hours later we were finally picked up. Phil with Crow Towing didnt understand why they were never contacted by AAA til 2 hours later after we made our initial call to AAA. I am filing a complaint with AAA as their customer service was very poor. PHIL @ CROW TOWING IMMEDIATELY CAME TO HELP US & WE ARE ARE SO GRATEFUL FOR HIS KINDNESS TO US IN THE MIDDLE OF OUR ANGST AND FRUSTRATIONG WITH AAA.

My car decided to breakdown on I-20 right outside of Tyler. I made it to the nearest gas station and called Triple AAA. They sent Crow Towing and Im so glad they did. The tow truck came quickly and he waited for my ride to get there before leaving. He parked the car exactly where he was asked and waited until I arrived at the drop off location. I will be telling Triple AAA about my great service as well as all my family and friends. Thanks for the friendly service Crow.

So getting a tow means your vehicle is broke which is never fun, but if you need one Crow is the best there is. Had a issue, was able to put my keys in my car, called dispatch, within an hour a driver was calling me and getting my car to the mechanic. Driver, Rocky I believe, was very professional and got it done. I have had to use them a couple of times through the years and they never disappoint. Keep up the good work!

I locked my keys in my truck and they were able to send someone much faster than the other services I called. They gave me a great price and they were very professional and kind. Clifford and Benny were so polite and had my truck unlocked in less than 5 minutes! They even offered to jump start the battery for me before I even asked and they recommended a fair priced mechanic who could help me with some minor repairs. Highly recommend!

I was stuck on a busy highway with two kids, broken down. Glen came to tow my car and was by far the best person alive. He helped with my kids and my autistic son even took to him so well, he even let my kids see the “big truck” which made them less scared by all the cars flying by. From the phone call, to the time I left the side of road there was excellent service. 10/10 recommend.

I am so thankful for Ricky and Dunn at Crow Towing!! I placed my AAA Roadside Assistance request and Ricky was there in 10 minutes! He went above and beyond in helping and transporting me to pick up my other car in a different town, including staying longer to help me maneuver my blocked car out of the garage. Dunn helped with getting me a new battery and took care of checking, getting a new battery and replacing it within an hour. He went over the scan test they do and made sure I understood what each reading meant to help me know my best options for what to do with my car.I appreciate these guys so much!

Our car broke down unexpectedly almost 20 miles from home. We called around for quotes and they got back to us almost immediately. Their price was very reasonable and their estimated times were spot on. Very punctual and professional. I had a blowout on I-20, and I didnt have the tool to lower my spare tire. I was told by AAA that they didnt have my tool on their truck so they would have to tow it. Another problem was that I was pulling my 7x12 enclosed trailer. That meant I would have to pay $125 to have trailer towed as well. Cameron came out and was able to lower the tire with a 1/2 extension that I had in my truck. This guy was great. Anyone else wouldve taken advantage of the situation and towed my truck and trailer to get more money. This was the best road side service that Ive ever had all thanks to Cameron.

I broke down near my destination. Called Crow Towing and they were great. Mike, their driver I had the privilege of meeting is hand down the nicest guy. Got my truck to the dealer and kindly dropped me at the hotel near there. My experience with them was excellent and I highly recommend them.

Lemme tell you, Josh is a keeper at this company! I walked out of my home to a dead car battery. I called AAA and they sent Josh from this company out to assist me. He arrived about an hour after I called (which was a lot faster than it would be) and he was amazing. My car battery was pretty much fried from being so old and the cold weather did it in. He worked on trying to get it to even crank over and when he finally got it started, he informed me that if I turn my car off again, it probably wouldn’t start again. I was going to drive to an auto store to get the battery replaced but was absolutely terrified of driving my car in that condition. He replaced my battery in the parking lot in under 20 minutes and it was like a brand new Jeep. Josh was incredibly kind and knowledgeable and he deserves a raise!!!!

There over priced for towing and there drivers will lie to your face then lie about things later. You can forget about ever getting a correct recite from them because they never send one. Just because they show up at a police call they charge you 250.00 dollars for never touching your vehicle. I put my familys motorcycle on my own trailer and still got charged that amount before the police would allow me to tow it myself. There scammers with a tow truck..... Dont use them ever.......

I have only ever used Crow towing. And I will only ever use Crow towing. Last night was horrible for me. I was stranded in the freezing rain for hours trying to fix my car until I gave up and called Crow. They had someone one out within 15 min. The driver went above and beyond my expectations. He was very knowledgeable about my car (prius). He did everything he could to get it started. My car was a special case due to how priuses work. And he did great. He didnt give up. He was very nice, and very professional. I felt completely at ease. He got my car towed to where I needed it and in the exact spot I requested. Cant remember the name of the guy that helped me out. It was around 1am on the morning of the 9th. Had a wreck. Car was banged up. Clifford did an incredible job today, getting my familys large van exhumed from VERY deep clay soil! It was a heck of a process, especially because the van was completely dead, surrounded by trees, and presented its own problems with being an overly complicated Mercedes. Clifford took the time to make sure everything was done properly, and that the van was up and running when he left - he was truly a pleasure to work with. The price was very reasonable, especially given that Crow came all the way out to Frankston, and had a crazy task!

The sun was in my eyes, I couldnt see where I was going and ended up dropping the front end of my truck into a huge washout that was a result of the recent heavy rain. Not sure what to do and usually frustrated with towing company wait times, I looked online. I called Crow Towing. They sent out a guy named Mj Nelson. He called and said that he would be there in 15 minutes and he was. He showed up in a very new, very clean tow truck. He was incredibly nice and professional. He pulled me out without any trouble or drama. Before you knew it I was back on the streets. The price was very reasonable. The service was outstanding. If I need a tow again, Crow Towing will be my first call. Thank you Mj and thank you Crow.

A great friend of mine was in a terrible accident with all three of her kids in the car and one of her children was pinned in the car and taken to the hospital by ambulance. They left the hospital with 3 traumatized children and very upset, scared parents and realized they forgot to grab their house keys. Even though you were open, you refused to let family get the keys so they could get into their home and they had to break in so they didn’t delay getting their children inside to comfort them, not to mention the oldest was in severe pain with a broken nose and eyes swollen shut and very scared. Not sure how you have a 4 star rating with poor customer service such as this. And yes, again you were open and still refused to help this family.

Had a different situation with 2 cars today and Crow and their driver Ricky was AWESOME!! He had to go above and beyond to load both cars out of precarious places and he did it PERFECTLY!!
