This company was amazing! I called 3 others with no luck before calling them. They were so quick to show up and help and very friendly. Handled everything for me and allowed me to go home and get out of the heat. My car was delivered to the Chevy House with no issues and everything went great! I really appreciate the assistance and professionalism!

My son got into a wreck and this company was called to tow his car. Being from out of town we didn’t know what to expect. The office staff was helpful and worked everything out for us.

My daughter in law/son called this company to tow my vehicle that was sitting in their driveway because they were mad at me I was supposed to come and get my car the next day from their house Do tow companies come get cars for this reason with no charge for free? The front desk lady was very rude to me she didnt want to hear my story.

They should call this place highway rip off instead of towing . They towed my sons car from a wreck and wanted to charged 600$ . They driver and office personal is very rude and over priced i wouldnt recommend using highway towing. If you wanted to use a good towing company you should try isaacs or crow they seam to be a lot better towing company

By far the worst experience I have had in my life. They not professional at all. This lady Sara has no type of customer service or manners at all. She hung up on me 3 times she was screaming at me and she sounded like she didnt have any teeth. There prices are outrageous. This place is such a dump. I dont know why the police even uses them. Maybe with all the money they take from people they can buy her some teeth and manners.

Last Saturday my car desided to go up in flames. I was so stressed out but the tow truck driver was super sweet and very nice. On monday when I went to take care of my bill and everyone was super friendly and very nice. They truly seemed to care about my needs. If ever I need a tow again I know exactly who is getting called! Thank you everyone from Hi-Way Towing for the excellent friendly service and helping me threw a dark moment in time.

Horrible Horrible awful people.

Says 24 hours but undoubtably that’s only if it’s not after 2am or before 6am. Tried calling for over 2 hours and just get redirected to a different number’s mailbox. Useless.

They drop my truck off at home and ruin the grass because he got stuck . So i guess the guy was mad and lock my only pair of keys in my truck while the truck was on. I went and told him before he left and he said, well i dont have my locksmith tools with me. And he just left now this was my first time using a tow but even I know he was responsible for that. Never again will i use Hi-Way Towing

My truck keys were stolen at the gym (as well as my wallet), and I called another tow company for a tow back to my house; that tow company informed me they only had flat beds, and that could ruin my transmission. After waiting 45 minutes, and dealing with a rude driver, who never showed, I called Hi-Way Towing and they came with the right tow truck quickly. Not only that, I was parked in a very difficult spot to maneuver, and Mr. Turner was able to get my truck, take it to my house, and park it in my garage PERFECTLY. He was one of the nicest tow drivers Ive ever met. He even helped me with getting someone to change my locks & saved me another tow trip to a Kilgore dealership the next day (and gave up $160 in the process). I would HIGHLY recommend his services, and cannot thank him enough for his kindness during such a stressful time!

If your emergency is after 11:00 pm and you are delivering oxygen to the hospital. He may not get out of the bed.

I was broke down in a turn lane at the intersection of Front & Glenwood today due to a bad alternator. I called these guys and they sent someone out right away. The tow was done quickly & professionally! Great job!

After having my car break down 45 minutes away from my home, I called to have my car towed from the dealership I had made it to with my vehicle to a place in Tyler. They assured me that it would be no problem and that it would be taken care of that afternoon. When I had not heard from the automotive shop the next day as to what was wrong with my vehicle I called to find out that it had not arrived!I called back to Hi-Way automotive and was told that it had been marked through and skipped and that they had an available vehicle to go right then to go do it. Obviously I was annoyed because the sooner my car can get fixed to be available to drive the better and yet even though they had made an error on their part they were not willing to lower the cost in any way. I went ahead and went with them anyhow due to them having a truck ready to go right then and there; yet when I call almost two hours later to see if it had arrived it still hadnt and that they were just now on their way to pick up the vehicle, so now I have been delayed once again. I will definitely not be using them again if the need ever comes up for a towing service.

I called for an emergency tow. Driver was prompt and courteous. He put my car exactly where I asked him to put it. Very professional.

Im outside of their office waiting for the police because HI-way towing picked up my truck by accident completely destroyed the front end of my truck and dropped it back off in the middle of the yard when they realized they had the wrong vehicle and now wont give me any information about the driver or the supervisor. So here I am waiting on the police because no one. Here wants to take responsibility. The overweight lady in the office was rude and literally said it wasnt their problem.
